Its kinda make me laugh how Garrett complains in not getting payed even after stinking joint in the ring. Terrible or not the wrestlers still need to be paid what they are owed. Seriously though, with how today has gone for TNA, for Bischoff, his spawn, and Wayne Arnold to sue, when they were the beginning of the end for TNA is a piece of work. Dixie has done more than enough to destroy TNA, but the worst thing she did she bring in Bischoff and Hogan. Just when you think Bisch couldn't get any scummier, he tops himself. And Garrett should have paid TNA for even employing his useless self as a wrestler. Scummier? Look I think Bisch is a con man in wrestling, but if he's owed money from Dixie and TNA, then it's not a scummy thing to ask for it, and if they don't pay taking their asses to court. There are issues with TNA paying, so this will just be the first case. Yeah, If you have a contract saying you are going to pay someone YOU HAVE TO PAY IT. The only scummy thing here is that TNA is not honoring their contracts.

"Damn E they tried to phase you on TNA But TNA just made Eazy's payday" In all seriousness Panda should get ready to settle unless they want TNA's dirty laundry being open to the public. Bob and Janice should just get Dixie a fn reality show and stop burning all that money. They DID "stop burning all that money". That's why people weren't being paid in the first place

Just try to appease the Bischoffs by giving Garrett a world title run. It's the carny way to settle a pay dispute!

If Eric were still in TNA Garrett wouldbe become a multiple times World Champion by now, he would be what Arquette was to WCW.

Seriously Eric? You and Hogan killed TNA. You took over a promotion that had started to turn a profit, a promotion that had just started its hugely popular tour in the UK, that just released a videogame and was just coming off massively popular PPV's amongst fans and critics with the companty literaly being at its highest point.
And then you ruined everything. You spent all the money and drove the company to the depths it is now. Yes Hogan and Dixie helped you, but you need to habour 1/3rd of the blame and now you are suing the company? Get out of here you arsehole.

If that is the case, it's not an assholish thing to want to be paid what you are contractually owed. and with all the reports of TNA not paying their production people it is entirely plausible that they haven't paid Bischoff's production company.

In my view he cost the company millions however. That doesn't mean that he isn't legally entitled to the money that is contractually owed to him.

I'd love to know how they plan on getting that money. Repo Man! This does remind me...what did they do with that ridiculously awesome LED screen that hung cameraside and mostly just had IMPACT WRESTLING on it? That thing seems like it would have cost a lot of money, I wonder if the sold it or if it was rented.

You can say Eric killed TNA all day and all night but that doesn't change the fact that TNA let him do it. A contract exists for a reason. They did the service you asked for. Don't get mad because the service THAT YOU ACCEPTED ended up being bad for you in the long-term.

It really doesn't matter what Bischoff did to the company - he was fully allowed to make it happen and in part brought in to oversee such things. Everything he and Hogan did is Dixie's fault for letting it happen, and is immaterial to him not being paid for his work.

Everything he and Hogan did is Dixie's fault for letting it happen, and is immaterial to him not being paid for his work. Exactly. Dixie is to blame for Hogan/Bischoff coming in. She offered them money, they accepted, and now she has to pay them what they are owed. It's that simple. Bischoff's job performance is irrelevant because at the end of the day Dixie was in charge. Pay him and everyone else who they haven't paid yet.
