If you would have told me 10+ years ago that I'd be missing those TNA moments, I would have laughed. I do, though. I miss them quite a bit.

The Best of 5 series between MCMG and Beer Money. One of the best series of tag matches up there with The Rock N Roll Express vs The Midnight Express.

I must also admit to the guilty pleasure of having enjoyed the whole Black Reign/Rellik shlock. Yeah, it was destined to become a self parody from the get go-but that was part of the fun.

Speaking of Daffers, her promo where she explains the Sarah Palin gimmick and then turns heel before starting her revenge feud on Taylor Wilde concluding in the monsters ball match was glorious.

TNA does funerals well, I loved the Funeral of Aces and Eights When the time comes, they need to do one for themselves. Try to bring people back for cameos like Father James Mitchell, Shark Boy, maybe even spring for Jeff and Karen Jarrett.

Just going through some old posts of mine, and apparently on an Impact in 2006 Homicide and Hernandez defeated two guys named Jeff Watson and Tyler Black in 37 seconds. Crazy. Holy shit...THAT Jeff Watson?!

It can almost be summarized as the years from when Jeff Jarrett let go of his death grip on the title belt 'til Jarrett and Dixie started screwing thing up.
Also known as '05-'07.

I remember when every Thursday in the summer of 2012, I actually looked forward to Impact Wrestling. Despite all the jokes and gifs, it breaks my heart that we can't ever go back to these days.

It's often forgotten because it was early in the Hogan regime, but the Mcmg/Generation me matches were excellent. Simple storytelling around gen me targeting alex shelly's neck, and ended with a very well done empty arena fight between the two teams that aired on tna's aftershow, Reaction.
Also, the Shelly/Sabin x-division title match that made me believe that he could have been elevated and become tna's shawn michaels.

I remember when every Thursday in the summer of 2012, I actually looked forward to Impact Wrestling. Despite all the jokes and gifs, it breaks my heart that we can't ever go back to these days. I'll never forget this PPV. I tend to watch them downstairs because the noise doesn't wake the rest of the house up when I go nuts if something incredible happens. Although this one looked good match-wise it also looked quite predictable. I think I had every result right until the main event, I'm a massive Aries fan and was watching the PPV in bed with my headphones in. When Aries got the win I lost my mind, woke the entire house up and ran around celebrating like a mad man. It was a genuine surprise and came at a time when TNA was, by leaps and bounds, the best wrestling company in North America. Such good times, it is a shame by October of that same year they'd completely killed all the goodwill they'd built up with me over nearly a year (since Roode turned heel and won the belt).
