Usually Dixie is the one surrounded by a group of black men. Whose idea do you think it was for them to show up and get involved.

Slammiversery is actually the #1 trend on Twitter right now because it says "What have the talent been told about cancellation?" lol The one time TNA trends and they can't say anything about it. I love it.

I love it. Not sure if it's the #1 trend actually but it was on top of the list. I don't know how Twitter works lol

EY was like "EAD Ryback" with that move. Really impressive.

Eric Young kicking out of a brainbuster after falling off of the cage makes me want to turn off the show as much as it did a year ago.

That one blond female fan in the front row summed up this match perfectly.

The best part's how the match wound up completely pointless because he promptly lost the title to Lashley like a week later anyway.

Not a great show but easily the best show TNA did last year. The opener, Lashley/Joe, and the main event were all good. In addition to that, the crowd was absurdly hot the entire way through.

Would any UK folk be kind enough to post a recap of the show for us Americans who apparently will never see it?

It started an hour ago and I've just started watching my recording of it, but I'll give a recap of it when I've watched it. Quick highlights of the opening few minutes: Pope is on commentary and somebody let Josh out of his box since they're doing commentary from ringside. 6 man elimination match Mandrews vs Manik vs Tigre Uno vs Crazzy Steve vs Argo(I think that's what they said, they didn't have a graphic for him) vs Spud. Josh Matthews during Spud's entrance: "..former X division champion. The penultimate X division champion" pics

I decided I'll just update match by match instead of waiting until the end. This way will end up taking a bit longer since I'll include pics and gifs along the way, but you get a bit more detail. 6 man elimination tag Crazzy Steve spends the first part of the match playing with his monkey before running the ropes a few times and then jumping out the ring onto nobody. Josh can't tell the difference between Uno and Argos. Mandrews misses a shooting star press and gets rolled up and eliminated by Manik. Crazy Steve sprays Manik with silly string, gets a high five off the ref and also one from Argos. Apparently this is a tag match since that counted as one. Argos pins Steve after a gutbuster. Manik won't tag in, Uno and Argos are working together on Spud. Ad break Tigre Uno got eliminated by Manik during the break. Spud dropkick Spud pins Argos after hitting The Underdog, we're down to Spud and Manik. slight miscommunicationJosh:"Rockstar Spud is doing his Hurricane Helms impression with the shining wizard." Manik gets a near fall Spud hits the Underdog from the ring apron to the inside to pick up the win. Not a bad match and the crowd were into it, especially when it came down to 2. Ad break.
Not an ad break, just my recording jumping backwards. Bromans breakup video Jessie interview: "Robbie was holding me back, I was the bigger star. He can be the bro, I'm gonna be the man." Ad break

Spud Interview That victory was one step closer to him regaining the X division title, the people are with him. It's like Finding Nemo: He kept swimming until he reached his goal and I'm going to keep winning until I become X Division champion again. Jessie Godderz VS DJ Z Jessie has a mic and repeats that he was the star of the team and is better than everybody. Zema enters and asks how he can talk that way about his friend? You run down Robbie, you run down these people, you called me a nobody! He mentions that before they started hanging out he was X division champ, what was Jessie doing back then? He was a male escort for one of the knockouts, basically you were her bitch! Zema takes the early advantage with armdrags and then sends Jessie outside with a headscissors. Jessie counters a dive with and elbow to the face. Zema fights back to his feet and Jessie can't connect with any of his shots. Crowd are chanting D J Z! Jessie with the thumb to the eye, followed up with a dropkick. Crowd are chanting Jessie Sucks! DJ Z tries unsuccessfully to fight back a couple of times. Jessie working the arm followed up with a boston crab for some reason? DJ Z taps! Magnus Interview Mickie isn't here tonight, this is about me and Storm. I intend to expose James for his mind games and manipulation, but first I have to take one of his students to school and his name is Khoya. Ad Break

EY video package highlighting the stretcher match and his title match. Next week Angle vs EY in an I quit match Magnus / Storm / Mickie video Magnus Vs Khoya Magnus calls the Revolution a cross between the Village People and the 3 Stooges. Wonders if the reason Khoya is carrying around a big, thick, long piece of wood is because he's not carrying around a big, thick, long something else. Magnus beats Khoya up a bit and throws him out the ring, Khoya just about manages to get through the ropes. Magnus beats Khoya up a bit and throws him in the ring. Magnus repeatedly tries to pin Khoya, before giving the ref a go. The ref gets 2 count. ad break UK Maximum Impact tour ad My recording screwed up again so we rejoin during the next match, Rebel VS Marti Belle It appears my recording is now playing in slow motion... Nevermind, it was just the match taking place in slow motion. Marti Belle wins after Rebel is distracted by Jade, even if it did take her a couple of attempts to actually pin Rebel. The match was pretty much what you would expect, I'll leave you with this highlight of it:

Interview with Kenny King, doesn't say anything hugely offensive or interesting. Ad break X Division Title match - Mica vs King Starts with a lockup, all the way around the ring, King with a shove when they break. Another lockup, Mica with a punch when they break that sends King outside "This is a wrestling match! Wrestling, not punching in the head!" Mica with slams. King hangs Mica on the ropes and hits a springboard dropkick. B DC Sucks! chant (I think?) Ugly spinny kick by King. King tries a pin with his feet on the ropes. Samoan drop by Mica. Mica misses a splash in the corner and King finishes him off to retain.

If you had to have someone from the Dollhouse wrestle, why would you choose Marti Belle, who's clearly the worst of the trio? That's so TNA.

Ad break EC3 / Anderson video recap Next week: Wolves vs Dirty Heels match 2 Knockouts Title: Taryn vs Gail Kim - 6 sides of steel Heavyweight Title: Angle Vs EY - I quit match
Main Event Bram VS Bobby Roode
Roode outwrestles Bram who gets frustrated. Bram can't build any offence and rolls to the outside. Fake ad break We come back as Roode hits a blockbuster Roode goes for the Roodebomb, Bram counters with a rake to the eyes and sends Roode outside. Bram shoots Roode into the ringpost to take control and bounces Roode's head off the guard rails a few times. Back in the ring, Bram continues to wear down Roode. Roode builds momentum with a few clotheslines before hitting a spinebuster. Bram blocks the Roodebomb by grabbing the ropes, Roode blocks the ddt and hits the Roodebomb but Bram rolls out the ring. Bit of brawling outside before they get back in the ring. Ref almost gets squished in the corner, but dives out the way. Bram hits a low blow and rolls up Roode to pick up the win.
Promo for next week, and that's the end of that chapter.
