I just saw an episode of "Fillmore!" and it prompted this thread. That show was great. A ton of homages to traditional cop programs in the realm of a school, actually well written morals without needing to beat you over the head and the main character Fillmore gives some of the best "cowboy" speeches in the history of cartoon.
This guys video is way too long but if inclined skip to the top 3 or something and he does a good job explaining why this is a good show:
What are some children targeted programs you don't see mentioned a lot that you would.....like to mention?

Fillmore was an interesting premise.
Hmm, I really liked Aahh!! Real Monsters, if that counts. I don't see it mentioned a lot, but it was a lot of fun.

I'd say it is for sure one of these least mentioned Nicktoons. I've been meaning to watch it on Amazon Prime to see how it holds up. I "fear" not well. Puns.

Wild & Crazy Kids Heathcliff LOVED me some Heathcliff. I still know the theme despite having not seen the show in some 20 odd years

Nanalan. A little girl (Mona) would get dropped off with grandma (Nana) and her dog Russell. They would play all day and visit the neighbor who would have a puppet show. It was cheesy and goofy, and the wife and I used to put it on after the kids went to bed when we needed a good laugh.

I loved Fillmore, although it always made me lol when suspects tried to run away when they'd only end up having to come back to school the next day.

Exo Squad. Most of the cast got equal time in the spotlight, the art was good and it didn't talk down to its audience.

Tail Spin.
Doesn't quite get the nostalgia love like Darkwing Duck or DuckTales, but still a pretty quality after school cartoon that I remember fondly.
Another one was Bravestarr a short-lived cartoon from the 1980s, that had a cool space/western setting and a Native American hero.

Captain Bucky O'Hare Count Duckula And that All Star cartoon show with Gretzky, Jordan, and Bo Jackson. I remember watching that in the early 90s on NBC as a kid thinking it was cool. I started following basketball and football then, though I didn't appreciate Gretzky till later on
I'm glad people remember Heathcliff. I remember nicktoons in the late 80s-early 90s . They would have an hour block of Heathcliff and the Cadillac Cats. What was it in the 80s where the leaders got to be small?
Would Swat Katz count? Cause I loved the shit out of that show. I made my own Turbokat out of paper with their Speed of Heat design when they flew into the stratosphere.
Still has one of my favorite cartoon openings. Its in my Mt Rushmore of cartoon themes:
Swat Katz DBZ Tale Spin DuckTales/Garfield and Friends

Roundhouse never seems to get talked about that much since All That took its thunder. I went to the taping of the last episode as a kid.Don't remember how I ended up there, I had never seen the show until then.Really don't remember much of the show, other than the "dad" and his moving chair, thinking one of the girls was really cute and that the two black dudes that were on the show performed on Venice Beach for years after the show ended.

The Samurai Pizza Cats and their self-depreciating nature are my lifeblood. YES. Rediscovered it at the start of the year and was pleasantly surprised. Cyril Sneer and the pigs make the show for me. Also, my ringtone is currently this:

The Renford Rejects- Nickelodeon UK series about a group of five a side no-hopers. A fantastic Britpop orientated soundtrack and loads of cameos from some of the biggest footballers of the day, everything the 10 year old me looked for in a show.
