You know you have heard when commentators make a big deal over a move that it seems a little annoying. For example, Joey Styles oversold Total Elimination when was done by The Eliminators. However, Styles overselling Total Elimination has nothing on when he yelled out "cat fight," which got annoying when his voice got higher as time went on when he yelled it.
Any other examples?

Joey Styles in general, in a lot of ways.
Great American Wrestling out of Knoxville shows the OVW TV show every Saturday, and I've noticed that their announcers subscribe to the "everything is more important if you yell about it" theory on commentary.

I actually miss Don West's enthusiasm now, but his oversell of the Pele kick every time which, lest we forget, Styles was doing every single match at that point, drove me to distraction.
Also a second for Vince McMahon, who is one of the worst play-by-play guys in the history of his company - that fake voice was terrible and every 2-count was called as a win.

Okay, does anybody miss "GORE! GORE! GORE!"? I sure don't.

A third for Joey Styles. Guy just overdid everything and made already bad matches worse.

Okay, does anybody miss "GORE! GORE! GORE!"? I sure don't. I actually liked it, though it made it odd that he was so enthusiastically putting over a guy he had no real on-screen ties with for a while. It'd have made more sense if he was his manager or something and just sat in on commentary.

Upon seeing the thread title, I was immediately reminded of the "Double underhook AAAAAAAAAAAH!!!"
(turn down your volume a bit before playing, trust me)

"The greatest night in the history of our sport!" -Tony Schovontay
Also, the ring announcer in the short-lived WSX was way too hype (highlighted by spinning around while introducing the Human Tornado).

Joey Styles. I missed almost all of ECW and from what I've seen since, I have no desire to watch it back based solely on his commentary.

I'd rather have overselling than straight-out ignoring the match.

That time Big Show overturned the announce table on Reigns, Cole kept saying "OH MY GOD, LOOK AT THE LEG, LOOK AT THE LEG!!! HIS LEG IS CAUGHT UNDER THE TABLE, THE LEG! THE LEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEG!!!!" Annoyed the shit out of me.

A "cat fight! cat ffffffffiiiiiiiiiiiggggggggghhhhhhhhhhhhttttttttttttttt!!!!!!!!!!!!!" being broken up via "Total Elimin-ay-shun!!!" onto both ladies involved, would have been the ultimate Joey Styles moment.

Jesse oversold the wave during the Dibiase/Roberts WrestleMania match. It was just a few minutes but seemed like an eternity and it didn't help that it was during a resthold in the match. It also didn't help that Gorilla wasn't into it either, Jesse was goading him into doing it but Gorilla no sold it. Considering it was Gorilla and Jesse's last PPV together, it's sad I remember this more than most of the show commentary. That, and "oh, THAT Axl."

I also nominate Joey Styles. It worked at the time, but damn is he annoying in retrospect.

Have to defend Vince on commentary. He's terrible but his overselling is completely justified. He has everything at stake, it's completely reasonable that he'd hype everything as much as possible.

Vince overselling Jake Roberts using the snake on an unconscious Ricky Steamboat. SNME I believe. You get the Daily Double of McMahon yelling and acting completely nauseated at the same time.
"AND LOOKADDIT, JESSE, HE JAMMED IT RIGHT IN HIS MOUTH!"
(Shut up, Vince, he did not.)
[Edit: Shoot, forgot David Crockett.]

Honorable mention to JR's overly enthusiastic "TWIST OF FATE!" call when Jeff Hardy was actually doing the Whisper in the Wind. He was so pumped that Jeff is hitting this big, flashy move...but constantly calling it the wrong daggone name.
