There's always a plan B. Owens I'd rather go with plan C...

Rollins is the man. Him feuding with Triple H could be fun, but really I'm a bored by the him squabbling with his parents thing here. If he got to beat Triple H and that that, I dig it. Or as a one pay-per-view diversion during Rollins title run it could be fun.

You know, we've had three near occasions where a top babyface ended The Authority (Bryan, Ziggler, and Sting), but what if a top heel like Rollins ended it? That would put him over as an even bigger threat than the group that created him.

I only want this if Triple H isn't presented as a babyface. I'd much rather see it play out the same as when The Rock turned face against the Corporation.

Hopefully this means the end of the Authority soon (not like Survivor Series when they were gone for a month, then got back together), I think HHH/Stephanie are great, but the whole Authority/heel stable thing has ran it's course for me and it's just kinda repetitive now

I kind of want, mostly in the sense that Rollins isn't booked as a threat at all. This would help. Or he could be booked as a thread without wrestling Triple H? Just seems like an extra step to make another big Triple H PPV match feel like a necessity. It'd be a good one, but dude, seen enough Triple H matches for one lifetime. And in this scenario he might even be the babyface, I would not put it past them.

Worked wonders for Punk & Sting. Punk: Loses to HHH, then apologizes for doubting him the next night. Sting: Loses to HHH due to a sledgehammer shot to the face, then shakes his hand 2 minutes later. Rollins better hope Trips is in the same mood he was in at WM 30, rather than " Insecure Ass Kicker" mode.

Said it after the last PPV, The Authority will drop Rollins the night after Summerslam because of his attitude (he'll start to act more face, pick at Trips and Steph and stop them from doing something to Roman that would cripple him), Rollins and Roman patch things up over the save/still being brothers and because Roman wants to cash in his MITB on Rollins at WM, Dean will be the last to come around but by the go home show for the PPV he'll make the save for Rollins and Reigns reforming Shield. We get a few months of Shield vs. Authority until the Rumble that is won by Dean setting up the Shield Triple Threat.

As much as I like Seth Rollins' character, his matches feel really stale and it's hard to take him seriously as a threat. I think it's because it's always booked so similarly. You can time your watch on when J&J Security, Kane. and/or Big Show interfere in some way.
I'm not even saying he needs to win matches clean. There's other ways to play dirty and still look like a credible threat. The constant interference just gives me bad memories of WCW/nWo circa late 90's.

It'll be a good day in the WWE when Triple H finally retires from wrestling for good. So, probably the day he dies?

I'll pass.
It's still Triple H wrestling and I'm past done seeing that. Another thing is that I find Rollins to be about as much fun to watch as women's golf. My opinion only here.

Rollins will drop the title to HHH who will drop it to The Rock at next year's Wrestlemania.

don't see who would be a believable face in this scenario. So hopefully this is way down the line HHH right now is probably the one guy that could get people to cheer a Seth Rollins face turn. Even after turning on The Shield and everything afterwards, people will always side against the "corporate suit who tells you who to like" character that HHH is now. Don't underestimate the power of Scumbag Seth. He got an entire arena in New York to cheer Cena over him after a pretty short promo.

Rollins will drop the title to HHH who will drop it to The Rock at next year's Wrestlemania. I'd want this just for the absurdity. This should have been the main event of Wrestlemania 16, and here we are...16 years later.

If Rollins one day decided to cut a promo denouncing HHH and Steph and calling the Authority a bunch of horrible assholes, that'd get people cheering in a hurry, no matter how much of a scumbag he may be.

It would be a good story but...
HHH wrestling again? Nah, I'm straight brah. I actually think he's an amazing performer but I got no real interest in him wrestling again.

That would put him over as an even bigger threat than the group that created him. I love the idea of Seth Rollins cozying up to all of the McMahon family's corporate buddies and manipulating the Board of Directors into removing The Authority, in exchange for starting off the new regime with a clean slate. That way, the stale-ass Authority angle comes to an end, we get a neutral power figure, and Seth Rollins continues to dodge karma like the slimy bastard he is and adds yet another betrayal to his backstabbing portfolio.
