Saw it on Wreddit, figured it would be a nice thread here.
I'll start by saying Ambrose's Rebound Clothesline. He not only does it way too much but most of the time it's unnatural. There's times when he does it where it looks great (like when he was outside and he was thrown to the apron and does a 619 Rebound Clothesline) but most of the time it looks terrible. Not only do the wrestlers look stupid for being hit by it but Ambrose, from a character standpoint, can be more original with the move. I know, it's the company probably saying "yeah do it this way with the angle to the camera" and all but nah. Besides that, Rollins is one of the only people that can sell that move but Seth can sell salt to a slug so he's a different story. I love Ambrose but they've gotta work on this.
The only only other thing I'll mention is Naomi's Rear View (and Cole's constant "She calls that the Rear View" thing). No matter what they do I can't take it seriously.

When people "catch" a jumping finish. Most of the time you can tell the guy is simply jumping into the catch, not trying to hit their finish.

I seriously thought I was the only one who hated Ambrose doing that move so often. It was fun at first, but man is it overplayed now. I don't even mind when other people in other companies do it, but geez I see Ambrose moving to do it and I just cringe and look away. So sick of that move by now.

I know it's an order from Dunn, but I really hate how wrestlers will shift in the ring to obviously get in position for the hard camera. Completely takes me out of the match.

Falling for any form of outside interference.
It's such a stupid and lazy booking tactic and it makes your wrestlers, the guys who we are supposed to cheer for, look like braindead morons.
It helps NOBODY.

Add me into the Ambrose rebound clothesline group. Absolutely f***ing hate it. I think it would have fit Cesaro a lot better. He just does it wrong. Nigel's always looked great, but Dean's just looks really really bad.
Cena's smug f*** you smile to the crowd where he no sells after getting beaten down for 20 minutes and pops up for the 5 knuckle shuffle. Grinds my gears.

the irish whip in general. STOP RUNNING or when they're whipped into the corner, they can't help but to turn to hit their backs at the last second.

Wrestlers wearing their gear when they are not booked to wrestle. As attractive as some of these guys are to look at, I shouldn't see Miz in his underwear just to cut a promo or stand around backstage.

Or when guys like Rollins don't have an announced match but wear their gear when they would otherwise wear a suit. You know a sudden match is suddenly going to materialize.

Guys that sell punching or being punched by grunting like they just stepped on a pit of Lego.
I'm looking right at you, Mysterio.

midcard Babyfaces who claim they're the best around or they 'steal the show' when they are often left laying and proven wrong. Give them a character other than 'I'm better than I'm given credit for by the office'.

Directing everything to the hard camera. I was just looking at X-7 and i think one of the reason every match seems more fast paced is people not doing that (aside from spots like Chyna's slam that were gonna be slow anyway)

frequent near falls with sloppy covers that are done way to early in the match, i dont think anyone in the audience thinks theres gonna be a pin fall off the first bump in the match. If you gonna do near falls do them when they will count

F**king roll-ups. It's the modern day equivalent to the Women's Special Slap, meaning, it's stupid. Almost all of the matches that go on have a roll-up as the finish, and it plain sucks.

Give them a character other than 'I'm better than I'm given credit for by the office'. By the same token, really ANY gimmick where backstage politics are the core of the gimmick and why we should cheer or boo this person- be it that, the image on the uppercard babyfaces or heels who are left with the inherent "I'm going to win because the office told me I GET to win" story behind them- and how fans are supposed to react, either with the "you're fans, you don't get to decide- shut up and baa like the sheeple you are and cheer me as your hero because I GET to be" OR the "You'll cheer me- regardless of the bullshit I'm doing out here in the ring, you all know how good I am as a performer and you'd really like me to be given more opportunities in back..."
