My God, this would be incredible. This keeps getting brought up and I have the same response. Bailey isn't a badass. In fact, being a badass pretty much completely goes against everything that makes Bailey popular. Fair enough argument about Bayley, but you could still do it with the other three and maybe throw someone else in there with them. Take Paige off tv for a month and then do this for example.

Keep Bayley in the group, but don't change her character. Have them doing Nexus style beatdowns, then in the background Bayley's just hugging the person she's meant to be targeting.

I think it could work if they had Bayley be Bayley outside the ring but a bad ass in it so she has to be taken seriously.

I think this part at the end speaks volumes
WWE.COM: Last question: Do you call it Divas wrestling or women’s wrestling?
BECKY: Women’s.
BAYLEY: Women’s.
SASHA: Women’s.
CHARLOTTE: I say woman, so. Women’s wrestling.

Or after they beat up the person when everyone else leaves she hugs them and says "Nothing Personal. It's Just Business."

I like how Emma pretty much destroyed Bayley on NXT tonight, but she can't even be the JoJo Dillon of the group.

Bayley couldn't be a part of this. It wouldn't fit. The other 3 strangely do.
Charlotte is the Ric. She's the thoroughbred born to do this. Sasha is the Tully. Flashy work, flashy style. Becky is the (young) Arn. Tough and resourceful.
She sent in a video for TE so.... I'd sign LuFisto and make her my Ole. Call her Jenny something. The veteran, maybe past her prime, but she's seen everything and while the others stand out more, LuLu's the rock. (Get it, Ole / Rock? It was his nickname... oh nevermind.)
Then you have the Four Horsewomen.
Plus, the eventual breakup is right there: Charlotte has wrestling as her birthright, but Sasha may just get a big head and consider herself the best. LuLu is a tough "old" bitch, well, Becky is a younger tough bitch, and she might just feel like she's tougher than Lu. And I'd love to see that match!

Of course, Arn looked 40 when he was born, so I guess Becky got better genes.

Bayley would be Sting. She already trusts too much and her getting the title from...whomever will be a huge moment.

It's going to be depressing if/when we go back & read this interview a year or 2 in the future when they've all lost their personalities and fallen victim to the typical Divas booking.

OH, and by the way, that "Sasha is Tully" shit would hit the fan when Tessa shows up.

I wouldn't mind it if they tried to doing a Horsemen style stable with the Bayley character part of it. I imagine a similar dynamic to Eric Young in Team Canada, which leads to her getting superover in the inevitable split.

Bayley would be Sting. She already trusts too much I can imagine the four of them doing a Nexus style beatdown of the Bella twins only for the former BFFs to instantly turn on Bayley. They could be the shortest lived stable since Apple.

I kind of hope they go to the main roster as The 4 Horsewomen and just run in and destroy the entire DIVAs division one night on RAW or a PPV. Just not the followup where the divas, led by the brave Bella Twins fight back and win while promoting a side storyline for Total Divas.

In fact, being a badass pretty much completely goes against everything that makes Bailey popular. She could be the comic relief of the group and call herself "Badass Bailey" where she's friendly but wears an eyepatch, leather jacket, and anything else she thought was tough that she saw in movies. When trying to intimidate divas she could be like Adam Sandler with the gun in Airheads. "Excuse me! Up against the wall please! Seriously move it!"

Exactly what I was thinking. I thought maybe WWE was judging wrestler (and fan) reactions towards a Divas to Women's Div switch.
