And David West is joining him. At least he made the right call. If he had gone to the Knicks, I would have questioned his sanity...

I'm excited but don't want to get my hopes up. I don't want this to be the Dwight/Nash Lakers where it seemed a foregone conclusion who would win and it ended in disappointment.
If Russ and KD are healthy OKC will be tough, plus Memphis and Houston are still intact. Also there's the small matter of the defending champions.

There's also that team that eliminated the Spurs in the playoffs, despite losing DeAndre.

*sigh* Not this bullshit again. I feel for the people of Seattle, who yet again are going to be strung along with false hope that maybe they'll get an NBA franchise, when in actuality the association or the Bucks or their ownership or whomever you'd like to blame, is merely using the city as leverage for a publicly-financed arena. I honestly think the NBA at this point prefers not having a franchise in Seattle, because they can always use the city as a bargaining chip. "Oh, you don't want to build us a brand new arena? Hmm, maybe SEATTLE would!"

Hmm, maybe SEATTLE would!" Which is probably one of the main reasons(there are many reasons, but this is probably one of the major ones) why the NBA doesn't want to expand, because Seattle would be one of the most logical places to get an expansion team. But why do that when you have a constant go to relocation threat to extort the current city into making a brand new arena for you?

The leverage stops when all venues are no longer outdated. SAC and MIL are the last ones needing an upgrade.

The Bucks belong in Milwaukee, hopefully they can get their arena built.

Mo Williams has reached an agreement with the Cavs on a two-year, $4.3 million deal.

Name another franchise that's playing in an outdated venue. Of the current NBA venues, I've been to Moda, AT&T, Smoothie King, AAA, Philips, MSG, and Bradley. Trust me when I tell you that the NBA is being completely rational about MIL getting an upgrade, as it doesn't measure up to the others I listed. The 2013 Slammys were also my first event at the Key, and once I got there, it finally sunk in why we're gonna be waiting for awhile to get the Sonics again. A minor league venue that makes the incredibly dull Bradley look like a palace created during the 21st Century.

A minor league venue that makes the incredibly dull Bradley look like a palace created during the 21st Century. Eventually, all of them. Facility upgrades are never "done" in sports, is the point. When the NBA stops having one group of arenas to call outdated, they'll move on to the next round and target the next batch of arenas, whether it's Oracle for being so old, or Smoothie King for having such a small capacity. I'm not disagreeing with you that Sac and Mil are the one ones in need of upgrading, but they won't be where it stops. Owners want that leverage, because they want those favorable deals from the city's. That will aways be true no matter where the teams play.
