I've heard a lot of good things about it and I decided to buy the max pack as a way to supplement my lifting. I've only done the ENERGY! so far and it's pretty good, I'm excited to get to the other stuff. What has been your results with it?

I like it but don't have a lot of room to do it in my room so unfortunately I don't keep up with it too often.

Its great, 12 weeks into the Advanced program. So much stronger, flexible etc but I just got badly sick and had to take a week off. Dammit!

To all three of you, did it help with any preexisting injuries and issues? I've had lower back trouble that flares up once in a while and makes my life hell for months at a time, and I'm hoping this will help me fix it.

No I haven't but my friend has and he claims it's excellent. I think I need to try it out. I'm not in bad shape but I want to lose around 14 pounds and then start toning up.

I bought it a month ago.
That counts for something, right?

I'm doing for about 2 years. I stopped going to the gym and just did double black diamond and 2x red hot core 6 times a week and it's a great workout.

I often do heavy labour work where you get sore and it helps. I don't do DDP Yoga all the time, but it usually the fixes problems for a while. It's seriously a great workout. Also when he says tuck your tailbone in, what he really means is imagine you're about to have sex but instead only put the tip inside and hold it in place. That changes everything.

I'm not particularly out of shape except for a bit of a gut forming. I'm pretty skinny and don't put on weight easy. After my move next month I was considering joining a gym again, or buying the Yoga. Would this help?

My back from work could probably greatly benefit from some Yoga.
Problem is, when I get home I'm too tired to muster up the time to get a respectable workout in:(

I do strength builder and red hot core about three days a week on top of hitting the gym three days a week. Six pack baby. But I'm not a professional fitness model, I just got looking this way doing YRG!

I got it as a Christmas gift, and I've been doing it since. I do the fat burner 4 days a week, diamond cutter once a week, and red hot core about 3 days a week. I haven't really lost any actual weight, but I've noticeably put on muscle, and my clothes all fit me better. If my job didn't essentially force me into a completely sedentary lifestyle for 8 hours a day, I imagine the weight loss may come easier, but I've definitely seen results. I also have some neck and shoulder issues, which I do get a bit of relief from after a workout, at least temporarily.
