I was watching Backlash 99 recently, and found myself enjoying the Taker/Shamrock match. It was an interesting clash of styles as Taker had to wrestle a more technical style to keep up with Shamrock. It made wonder, what are some other good matches that have a "clash of styles"?

Undertaker/Jeff Hardy ladder match. More story than an actual move for move match, but still one of the most memorable ladder matches
AJ Styles/Minoru Suzuki - Styles Clash indeed

Bret vs. Diesel Angle vs. Mysterio Danielson vs. Butcher Shawn vs. Diesel
Not a coincidence 4 of the best technical wrestlers of all time are in amazing matches with people who wrestle differently

Randy Savage vs. Ultimate Warrior might qualify.
Also, Hulk Hogan vs. Great Muta.

Pretty much any time Claudio Castagnoli/Cesaro takes on "small, flippy guys", you're gonna get an amazing match.

Disco Inferno vs. Dean Malenko at BATB is an interesting bout with Malenko dominating the former with his technical style with Disco slowly learning to counter via adapting to some of latter's offense and while never putting him in serious danger, does at least manage to be competitive.

Anything. Sure, but on paper, "big strong power guy" vs. some of the guys he's had incredible matches with, looked like a styles clash. I'll never forget the first time I saw him wrestle PAC. Freaking amazing.

The story in that match is fantastic as well. Disco trying to hold back on dancing is really fun to watch. He relapses when he could win because he can't believe he has the opportunity. It's really fun to watch with two performers who understood their character, creating an awesome match.

Kurt Angle against Taker 2002 on. HBK vs. Taker stands out big time. HBK vs. Mankind Orton vs. Cactus Jack (Who guessed that hardcore match was going to be that good?)

I guess you could call him a big strong power guy on paper, but he's such an all-around showcase of talent that it's hard to put him in a box like that. Totally get what you mean, just want to put Cesaro over for being one of the most versatile performers I've ever seen.

Cactus Jack vs. Sting had a pretty good Falls Count Anywhere Match at WCW Beach Blast in 1992.

I'll say Angle vs. Shane O'Mac from KOTR.
Shane was basically a spot monkey and brought out a memorable hardcore match out of the normally technical Angle.
