I don't care how many people claim it's a Dream Match, I don't want to see the Undertaker waste what will probably be his last match against Sting. I'd rather see The Berzerker return and them have a match to pay off the whole "Berzerker tried to stab Taker with a sword in 1992" angle at WrestleMania XXXII then see Sting vs. Undertaker.

Justify it by having so many special attractions on one card and that it's the biggest event of all-time. Use whatever alienation would come from it as a means to put heat on the Authority, who in kayfabe use PPV exclusivity as leverage. Could even have Dana White appear and say he will only allow Rousey to work the match if it's on PPV first so he gets his cut. That's not a guy who gives a shit about being off-putting. Look at all the PPV money Mayweather vs. Pacquiao pulled. There's a precedent that for very special once-in-a-lifetime occasions, the event must be paid by all who witness it, whether in person, at a bar, or in someone's living room. You don't only run the risk of alienating the people you pay for the network. You do. That's not okay. Bad business. LOL What exactly are you or anyone else gonna do about it if the PPV portion is withheld from the Network for a few weeks and WWE, with help from White's UFC crew, get a raging hard-on with cracking down the piracy like HBO and SHO did for that huge fight? That's right, you'll pony up the dough and order the PPV. Don't convince yourself that you think you have leverage. "OH I'LL CANCEL THE NETWORK!!!" Just remember WWE has plenty of tricks up its sleeve to keep subscriptions going.

I would make a "something that happened in 2006" reference here, but honestly, I can't remember anything that happened in 2006

By shitty business, if it means people whining on forums and social media against making profit revenues for all parties involved that will also help cover the salaries of all the star attractions... I'm pretty sure I know which will win the battle.

I'm pretty sure I know which will win the battle. On which PPV providers? Y'know, since they got dropped off some major ones for creating the network. Look, the card is poorly planned and the "Exclusively on PPV" mindset isn't an option given that the company's spent two years railing on PPV prices and how you can get WrestleMania on the Network. So yeah, there's no winning for this idea. You get less coverage due to the PPV providers who no longer carry WWE, the people who bought the Network get alienated and honestly, I wouldn't pay $75 based on the booking.

I could see as a one-time deal the PPV providers willing to bend over and do business with the right pitch.

I could see as a one-time deal the PPV providers willing to bend over and do business with the right pitch. You'll say anything to justify it huh? It wouldn't happen. It doesn't make sense either. They've spent two years talking about how great their Network is, but not for this show? That's dumb.
