ZZ's dad looks a bit like Triple H. Whoa!!! I've seen that episode before. It's probably one of the more memorable episodes from that show mostly because of ZZ and his dad. I haven't seen that clip in years so I had no idea ZZ was the kid from that episode. That actually makes a ton of sense though because people loved him on that episode and thought the vegetarian woman was a bitch. ZZ should really get into shape. If he looks like his dad in shape he would look awesome.

On a day of sadness, this cheered me up:
Earlier this week we posted a WWE Tough Enough digital extra with the cameras catching coach Billy Gunn dressing down ZZ due to his performance. The video is above.
F4Wonline.com notes that the clip was released publicly because WWE officials want ZZ gone from the show after this week. Dave Meltzer noted that the impression he was given was that WWE set things up for ZZ to be gone last week but fans weren't manipulated the way WWE expected, so ZZ wasn't eliminated.
I knew they were sticking it to ZZ this week on purpose.

Are you trying to tell me WWE hates when fans have a way of dictating who they want? No.

If they want ZZ gone, put him in the bottom three and have Paige and Daniel use their saves on the other guys. Done and done.

Are you trying to tell me WWE hates when fans have a way of dictating who they want? No. In this particular case, WWE knows best. I get that people like ZZ because he's speaks well, he's likable and because "he's a little chubby so he's not one of those 'generic, talentless meatheads with nothing else going for them but a physique' that Vince likes to fap to, so he must be good right?" but dudes gotta go. He's out of shape and he's gonna be way in over his head if he wins this thing.

Seriously if ZZ gets eliminated because of shenanigans that will be utter bullshit. I really hope that they don't go that route and Bryan & Paige i feel are too good to be the person to literally toss ZZ in front of a speeding train and pretty much shit on the fans in the process.

The solution isn't, "Hire him and wait for him to flame out". If he isn't keeping up with the training and the coaches feel he's holding back the others, then they should have the authority to step in and automatically throw him out without consulting the judges or waiting for a vote.

Oh I agree completely, my point is it's their fault for being idiots anyway.

That kinda undermines the voting aspect, though. If WWE can just throw someone out, what's the point for anyone to get invested in the show? I don't mind the idea of having people expose ZZ or show people questioning him (even though that's backfiring) as long as the people get to decide, but eliminating ZZ without the audience getting a vote would be basically telling them not to watch anymore.

Here's a thought, why not just expose ZZ as the waste he is, then put Cheesecake in the bottom 3 with ZZ and let one of the judges use their save on a third?

I mean, that's the risk you take when you run a competition that lets fans vote. If they like someone and want them to win, for whatever reason, that's on WWE since they gave people the power to vote. The judges had the chance to send ZZ home during the initial tryouts and didn't so I dunno.

Who wouldn't think that? He's a really young dude with natural talking ability and a decent look. He has all the other tools, but just needs to get in shape. They figured that if they brought him on, they could whip him into shape, but now he's turning out to be a huge disappointment.
