Without hyperbole Dixie Carter may be the dumbest person in wrestling history. I don't know, that guy that turned down a 5 figure deal for his nickname, only to sign it over for an entry level FCW deal and get fired after 2 months has to be up there. Plus Davey Richards chose TNA over NXT, then Eddie Edwards actually followed along. That all has to be up there. And let's not forget that Big Show turned down a mutli-million dollar lawsuit against WWE for a title match.

I don't remember the guy's name but he used "The Last Outlaw" on the indies. WWE wanted it for Taker and offered him a huge sum but he turns it down and asked for a developmental deal. They gave him one, h signed over the name and WWE fired him after a few months.

Perhaps not the wisest choice, financially speaking, but if you had one chance at your dream, why not take what would probably your last opportunity to make it happen? I mean, money is money, but as short as his tenure was, at least he won't spend the rest of his life asking "What it?"

I've asked Dixie Carter how she feels about chicken necks. This can only go well. I asked her what her favorite fried chicken chain is. Harold's or go home

You know they only want one thing from you, spent years getting turned down and ignored, and you turned down the money for the lowest paying slot in WWE with no guarantees? That is just dumb to me.

The Last Outlaw Ron Price was his name. He turned down 30,000 dollars for his name outright. They gave him a developmental deal. He showed up thinking he was in like Finn and was so out of shape you'd think he'd tell knock knock jokes if they gave him the mic. He never did get a mic. He never hit the gym and kinda half assed his way until they printed their Taker merch and fired him.

I found the perfect thing to describe Dixie Carter.
...Yep, that's it...

I'm to the point where I'm convinced Dixie is just a bobble-head that got struck by lightning and achieved a sort of rudimentary sentience.

Can we start an Always Sunny/TNA quotes thread?
Because Dixie is basically Woman Charlie.

Abyss turning down a match at Wrestlemania with the Undertaker is pretty high up there too I'd think. Even if they didn't use him afterwards he'd still get a mania payday, can add "Former WWE Superstar" to his resume.... Oh and he also wouldn't have had to throw himself into broken glass, thumbtacks, and all of the other shit he did in TNA... for diminishing returns and for no real reward.

This from a woman who complained about being called a "whore", not due to the context of the word, but instead because "kids are on Twitter".

Can we start an Always Sunny/TNA quotes thread? Because Dixie is basically Woman Charlie. Dixie: Check it out... Who's to say we didn't put poison in the drinking water? [Audience begins spitting out water]Josh Matthews: Everybody relax. She's lying. She doesn't have any poison. Dixie: No, I don't have any on me. But, I do keep some in my fridge at home in the relish jar. Serg: There's poison in that jar? I thought I was allergic to pickles. [pause]Serg: What's in the jar with the skull and crossbones? Dixie: Well, that's mayonnaise. That's a decoy. Serg: And the mayo? Dixie: That's shampoo. Serg: You're telling me I've been putting shampoo on my sandwiches? Dixie: If you're using the mayonnaise, yeah... probably.
