I mean literally doesn't speak the same language as you at all. I met a girl on Match.com who is from Venezuela. She speaks virtually no English, I took 2 years of Spanish in college, but that was years ago. So, I met her at Starbucks and realized she had been texting me using a translator program on her phone. I'm glad I made all A's in Spanish in college because we would've just sat there nodding, but even so my Spanish is far from adequate. Anyway, she really took a shine to me, (apparently I can be quite charming in any language if I do say so myself), I was okay with not seeing her again because it was kinda awkward, but she's been texting me after I got home that she really liked me and thought I was funny and so...we're going out again. She is attractive and fit so that superficial side of me is fulfilled, but I'm a big conversationalist and I don't know if conversing in pigeon versions our languages is worth the time and effort.
Just wondered if anyone else has been in this situation before and if you were able to work through the language barrier, and any advice anyone might have.

Hey, consider it an opportunity for both of you to grow. You can redevelop or even expand your Spanish abilities and maybe even grow culturally as well. And of course the reverse can also be said for her. And its has got to feel good that some lady finds you so great that she wants to jump through all those hoops in first place.

Should work out. Because after all, boners sound the same in every language.
