Is there any chance that they just decided to move their HQ without telling Dixie because they were tired of pretending nobody was in every time she came to visit? It's possible. Hell, *this* Carter family did the same thing to my older brother once. He went out of state while working with the college basketball team he managed and we packed up and moved while he was gone. Without telling him. Savage

How can you make a clean break with your life? Bob: Relax, Janice, I tied up all the loose ends before we left. [Scene goes to Panda's old office where Dixie is standing at the door] Dixie: [knocking on the door] Hello-o! Hello-o! You have my money! Hello-o? I'm cold, and there are wolves after me.

Well, these days owning your own building gets pretty expensive. You're responsible for the maintenance and facilities and costs those incur. Heck, even leasing a whole building is probably quite pricey. So going from building owner to tenant will cut costs quite a bit.
Plus firings - they'll obviously be cutting some people to fit in a space half the size of this last location and save money there too.
In the long run, it might be more feasible to own rather than rent, however since they've already owned they've probably been down that road and know what's best for them at the moment.

Aww man, I loved driving by there and imagining Abyss walking the halls in full gimmick begging Janice for more money. Of course having to explain why I would start laughing like a madman out of nowhere to people was never fun. I like to imagine he did his begging in his Joseph Park gear.

What's happening is the price of oil going way down. It's at a low and experts say it isn't getting higher anytime soon. The death of TNA may come at the hands of OPEC.

Yeah, major companies sharing office space seems to be the done thing these days. I mean, I work for Sky (in Dublin) and we share our office building with Amazon and Adroll.

In that case I'd like to thank OPEC for bringing gas prices down from nearly $4USD last year down to almost $2USD early this year and keeping it around the $2.80USD mark right now. And also for possibly ending TNA.
