Yes, today in wrestling history marks one year since we all watched Emma get Emmarested, released, and reinstated over the course of 3 days, over what was initially proposed to be her shoplifting an iPod, to shoplifting an iPod case, to a misunderstanding from a failed self checkout. In the year since, Emma is no longer on the main roster and has basically become generic heel diva #21, but she has a pinfall victory over a Horsewoman, so it's not all bad. Let us remember the complete and utter clusterf*** that made for some serious Emmatainment one year ago today. |

Idk she made one mistake (allegedly), I don't see the entertainment value in making fun of her all the time because of that. Don't remember reading/hearing a bad word about her anywhere
I do like her new alliance with Dana Brooke and her new heel character in NXT though, why not talk about that?

I remember it happening but I'll be damned if I could have told you what happened. Either way I'm glad they kept her because she's doing some good work as a heel down in NXT at the minute - even if she has been saddled with the ultimate albatross in Dana Brooke.

She's getting used a bit better on NXT these days. She's changed her character. I still like Emma.

FWIW, I didn't make this thread to mock Emma. Hell, I like Emma. I think she's quite underrated. But it's not every day you get to see someone arrested, released, and reinstated over the course of two days. Hell, most of the people in the original thread called it an overreaction at the time. |
