For all the hate TNA gets they put on a more interesting show this week. I watched it straight thru and enjoined it while RAW bored me so bad it took me 3 attempts to finish watching as I kept falling asleep. Fact.

I...cannot agree. Raw was fine this week, Impact was pretty boring and there was dumb little "Impact moments" that are always there.

Speaking as someone who hasn't seen either show this week, it's not like being better than Raw most weeks is remotely an accomplishment.

I didn't see TNA this week, but I guess one show being better than WWE within a decade was bound to happen eventually. The last time Impact was better than Raw was like 2006, and I say this as someone that usually isn't too happy with Raw.

The Maury I'm watching right now, "I could tell by the ultrasound picture... THAT'S NOT MY BABY!", is better than RAW this week. Damning with faint praise, indeed.
What's better: Not being the father or winning the TNA world championship?

It's like this: Would you rather watch the three hour boring ass product or the two hour shitty ass product.

It's like this: Would you rather watch the three hour boring ass product or the two hour shitty ass product. But the two hour shitty product has a better preshow and so much unintentional comedy

Hell the 30 minutes or so spent of Owens/Cena/Cesaro was above and beyond anything on Impact, IMO. Shit, outside of the finish (not even the match, just the finish) the main event nothing on Impact stands out to me.

Just a shame how quickly it plummeted.

I see raw and impact as both being terrible shows. It's just that one is terrible on a much higher budget.

I'll give TNA one thing: they had a better ending than Raw. Crazy when Raw ends with The Authority standing tall and Impact ends with a world championship match.

Well it's not like they had any alternative option to giving a WC match away on Impact was there ?

Impact to me always had most of the same problems that Raw had , so I could never really say that it was "better".

Normally I'd agree, but not this week - Raw was a very solid show and I was entertained all the way through. Impact was still Impact, and outside of the EC3 title win, wasn't anything too special. Had some good matches on it, but Raw had a match that was better than all of them: Cena and Cesaro.
I can understand how people can think Impact was better this week; it was a good show, but personally Raw was more fulfilling for me.

I liked Impact this week. However, "better than RAW" is in no way a compliment.
Can't comment on RAW since I stopped watching it in December but everyone's been crapping on it HARD and I can't imagine the show being in better shape than when I left it.
Also, TNA pretty much had their planned Slammiversary card on Impact instead this week. So it was like Impact: Takeover.
