Yeah, they are dead. Cancelled by one channel is bad enough, getting cancelled back to back years is impossible to recover from. And getting cancelled by a station that is as close to bottom of the barrel without being public access? Hell youtube should cancel their channel

If this is truly the end for TNA I only have one question for the burial… Half flush or full? Probably a double flush, with someone having to bust out the toilet brush to scrape off the shit ring left in the bowl.

Something else, this means BFG is dead. There is no possible way for them to hold it. BFG died last year in japan when the World Champion wasn't even on the card. The title changes where nothing as they tapped the post Impacts BEFORE they aired the PPV. TNA means crap when they tape everything out of order.

Honestly, I don't see why they'd even bother to film stuff for after the deal ends in September. TNA's dead, they should just accept it - at most after this it's going to get one more set of tapings at the start of the year with all of like eight guys still around trying to make up six months worth of TV that will never air.

Assuming they have to pay talent and production staff either way, I can sorta see why they're going to keep filming content. Aside from that, I agree that there's no real point. I can't imagine that many people caring enough to watch on YouTube or their website.

How will they get paid if they switch to Youtube though? Don't laugh people. Nowhere near enough to actually run a company off of, given that even a TV network deal isn't enough to keep them afloat. Figure, even the people who are making hundreds of thousands a year on Youtube--and there aren't a huge number of them--are doing so by putting out multiple videos a day that are getting hundreds of thousands to millions of views each. Even if they make a lot of daily Youtube content, and with their massive block tapings that isn't really viable, they won't be getting anywhere near enough views to keep the place afloat when you factor in the many costs associated with running a business, even if you're perpetually lowballing and late on paying everybody. Without ticket sales, their only revenue stream will be so pathetic that they'll be operating at even heavier losses from September onward, and won't actually survive long enough to make another taping date, unless Panda pumps money into it which at that point only confirms that the Carters are using the company in one way or another to commit fraud. I'd like to think that if they did become YouTube exclusive, they would have free reign to further cut production costs and repurpose funds elsewhere. Most of the production costs come from trying to make a product that looks "big" enough for TV, but without TV, they can whittle down to a few handheld cameras and lights and pay one guy to edit their footage and post the finished products up weekly, freeing up money to actually book more venues to run more events.

I would, and this is not hyperbole, not a bit of fiction, would watch TNA again if they moved Impact to Youtube and PewDiePie called all of the shows.

I'm thinking they probably want the footage in case there is a network that will take them for the Fall season and beyond, and don't want to miss out on a deal because they don't have content ready.

"The fans demanded it and we delivered ... we're heading back to YouTube!"
Lik Abyss vs. (I had to stop and think for about five minutes about who is still a loyal TNA guy now that Storm, AJ, Joe are all gone) Eric Young matches? Well this is the show for you! best of five series, all in one night.

Just so everyone knows, when Impact switched to Youtube in Canada, they were only getting about 2000 views per episode.

AAA puts all their shows on Youtube now. It's possible. AAA still has their show airing on tv and they probably a lot better shape then TNA is atm. Plus TNA already try putting their show on youtube when they wasn't on a channel in Canada and only got like a thousand views or so. They won't survive if they become youtube only.

Should we get our favorite "Game Over" themes/screens ready now or after September? Both. This makes more sense than your usual TNA taping. (I wish I was kidding)

Something else, this means BFG is dead. There is no possible way for them to hold it. God, I'm a broken record on this, but it gets overshadowed by so much of the other stupid stuff TNA does - BFG '14 was such an utterly demoralising, depressing show. Their, theoretical, biggest show of the year being treated as a D-grade slapped together throwaway to a crowd of 1,500. Awful.

Something else, this means BFG is dead. There is no possible way for them to hold it. Another half-assed throwaway show in a different country. Where? Imagine... Bound For Glory 2015! "Live" from Nigeria! With your special main event: A title unification match between The Great Power Uti and Super Angle(because you just know he'll get the belt back by then)! Tell me you wouldn't pay to see that masterpiece. Dixie: "Great news UK fans! After the amazing success we had showing Slammiversary live, we've decided to hold our first ever ppv in the UK! Bound For Glory 2015 will take place, and be broadcast live, at the usual 1am UK time. And to make it even more exciting, we're bringing back the Bound For Glory series to see who will challenge Kurt Angle for the TNA World Heavyweight title!" EC3: "Huh?" week before BFG Jeff Hardy: "Dixie, you know I'm leading the BFG series?" Dixie: "Yes, well done, sug." Jeff: "Yeah but..." Dixie: "No need to thank me, you deserve it." Jeff: "you're advertising a match between me and Angle!" Dixie: "Isn't it gonna be great?"

LIVE FROM THE CATER BASEMENT IT'S: DIXIE'S WORLD, DIXIE'S WORLD, PARTY TIME, EXCELLENT!
