Grew up in up state New York and eventually Pittsburgh PA. So I've seen many a snow storm. I'm in Atlanta now, I miss real winters.

Yes, in England the whole country seems to come to a stop when there is heavy snow. Although in the area where I live there hasn't been any snow for over 2 years.

Yes every year or two in the UK we get some light snow and everyone reacts as if we're having some insane blizzard.
I'm guessing people who live in LA might never have seen snow in their life. LA doesn't really have weather right?
