It says to not say "Hospital" but to instead say "Medical Center." I believe this is because fans back in the day used to call up local hospitals (or even go there) to ask about wrestlers who were said to be taken to one during the show. This change in terms is to try and make it so fans don't do this anymore.

But then again when they did the Tim White suicide skits not THAT long ago, that city's 911 center was flooded with people reporting a possible suicide...sigh |

This is obviously fake, it keeps referring to the WWE Universe as "Raw fans", "our fans", and "Cena fans". That part is from 2008, predating the WWE Universe term, at least wide use of it. |
