I've said this before but Sting no-selling Jarrett's guitar shot at BFG 2006 is not only one of the best TNA moments ever but also one of my all-time favorite wrestling moments. I know a lot of people thought and still think the main event for Bound for Glory should of been Samoa Joe winning the title against Jeff Jarrett. But Goddammit I really enjoyed the Sting vs. Jeff Jarrett feud and I loved how it was a long term 10 month feud that ended in what was suppose to be there Wrestlemania. I loved how Sting wore his vintage gear, I loved how special it felt Sting was winning the NWA Title for the first time since 1990. Hell I just want to nominate Bound for Glory 2006 as a whole. It's still one of my favorite PPV's ever. Plus the whole PPV actually felt big. It was the first PPV held outside of The Impact Zone or the original TNA Studio in Nashville. It had a great sellout hot crowd of 3600 people making it seem very big time like it progressed this far. A solid card, great matches, comeuppances, and hell it felt very f***ing surreal that they had Fozzy's Enemy as the main song of the PPV with Jericho being shown. Seriously there was lots of solid PPV's during 2005 and 2006 in TNA. It was the first of only two TNA PPV's I ordered & it was hella fun to watch

Bully Ray singles run in general (yeah, we can crap on Aces & 8's but still...)
Even the Bully vs. Devon rivalry that I was dreading provided some great brawls until it was cut short.
Bully destroying Devon's kids right in front of him was damn good stuff.

I still genuinely like Sting jumping RVD and RVD's spill into the stairs after the chairshot. Looked painful, and it made sense. To hide a tree, use a forest.

I loved The Roode/Storm feud.
Every TNA house show I've been to was amazing.
The World X cup was always good.

The TNA riot where everyone got arrested. I loved that whole thing. Christian Cage debut and his whole career. And this too, they used him really well and he was one of the guys that looked to improve themselves in TNA, not just cash a paycheck. Also I have special memory of Sting's first match in 2006, it was the first TNA PPV I ordered, and the event actually felt really special. It felt like something awesome happened when he showed up. The event also had a perfect Samoa Joe building match where he destroyed Daniels while AJ was forced to watch.

There was a stretch of PPVs in 2008 that were all held outside the Impact Zone that were later released on DVD as a triple pack called Cross the Line. I believe they were Victory Road, Hard Justice, and No Surrender. All of them were good shows in front of hot crowds, proving that TNA could have people attend shows outside of Florida without leeches like Hogan and Bischoff at the helm.

The first time Scott Steiner did a FrankenSteiner at Lockdown 2006.
The guy was coming off his disasterous run in WWE and I don't think anyone expected anything out of him, I know I didn't, that's for sure. Instead, he comes in on top of his game and causes the fans to go insane with a move we haven't seen him do in years and it was absolutely jaw-dropping ... Scott Steiner was on fire.

Don West snapping at that selfish PRICK Mike Tenay and his heel-phase was pretty good, I think.

Seriously there was lots of solid PPV's during 2005 and 2006 in TNA. I was there (and at the fanfest the day prior), and it was awesome! The crowd was much crazier live than television picked up. There was an excitement about TNA that whole weekend. The way they treated their fans that weekend (with respect, other than disdain as it would be later) was remarkable. One thing I won't forget, though, was looking at the sky box above me to see none other than Vince Russo chatting with Simon Diamond. I remained cautiously optimistic, but in the end, here we are today.

The guitar shot was treated like death. Sting just shaking it off and flexing was great. The crowd reaction was amazing...

Also, the first airing of the vignette revealing Angle as coming to TNA. That was the absolute peak of the company...

This was brought up in the YouTube thread, but it actually bears repeating here. TNA was on the ball when YouTube started blowing up, whereas it took WWE much longer to even get a channel up, much less do anything of note with it.
As a result, there's so much good stuff that's actually archived on their channel that could have been lost or even forgotten. For example, almost all of Nash's comedy involving the X-Division is on display.

Angle signing was a huge moment. Joe vs. Styles vs Daniels Put these guys together in any combo you get a classic. Bound for Glory 06 was great even if they hyped it wrong. To much making it look like Joe vs. Jarrett Global Impact 08 this was a DVD release and this was the first time TNA had there talent exposed to a large crowd with New Japan. The whole DVD was such a big match feel.

Also, his entrance at that show was remarkable. He walks in, stretches his arms out, and flashbulbs go off everywhere. What a moment. Don West snapping at that selfish PRICK Mike Tenay and his heel-phase was pretty good, I think. At the time, I thought this was ridiculous, but West's promo was actually hilarious and brilliant and heel West suddenly went from my least favourite part of the show to one of my favourites.

The gauntlet and title match from Bound For Glory 2005. The 10 man gauntlet with no idea who was going to get a shot at the world title immediately after was a really cool moment.

First big feud TNA had and one that was well done (except for the finish).
