According to The Wrestling Observer Newsletter, TNA has privately informed some of the talent that the Destination America deal will be ending. The report notes that it is a read between the lines” situation, where talent has been informed that, “overseas television money will keep the company afloat while they shop around for a new U.S. television deal”. They have also told talent that the company will be fine because they have cut most of the big contracts and higher paid wrestlers, due to their business model changing. 411mania.com/wrestling/is-tna-telling-talent-that-they-are-done-on-destination-america/ Yeah, the overseas TV it will keep them afloat, for about two to three days. Nitro and Thunder was on a top cable channel with ratings TNA couldn't even dream of having and once the merger happened WCW was dead despite their tv deals overseas. TNA in contrast got the boot by a medium level channel due to their idiocy and now have gotten the boot by a channel, that's basically the lowest of the low in cesspools. Got kicked off a station who's main feature is Amish Bigfoot and you're the laughingstock of the world.

A Wrestling company with known shitty business practices, and have openly thrown temper tantrums on social media (oh and insulting their network too), that has been thrown off 2 channels in a year, all while it's audience withers away...
They should have no problems getting back on tv!

They should have no problems getting back on tv! They would be perfect for G4.

Fingers crossed they release Jeff for budget reasons so he can get back to WWE.
Then I can roll around in action figures while playing as him on the next WWE game.
Aw yiss.

Ok they've been warned, the paychecks are gonna stop coming in, whoever stays with TNA after this deserves to sink with the ship.

Jeff will probably go to GFW, he has already burned bridges with the E, besides GFW need someone with draw power that can help them with the attendance/crowd.

LMAO. "Everything's fine because we are cutting a ton of people."
Well, that kinda sounds like the exact opposite of being fine.

Reportedly WWE offered him a nice contract right before he signed with TNA in 2010 and that was after the drug bust. Hardy is a merchandise monster wherever he goes, and the WWE knows this. He can be on a nice RVD schedule, get paid lucratively, and rake in a shit ton of money in merch. Vince is a businessman, and at the end of the day money talks. Jeff will always be money.

TNA is toast. Nobody is exactly knocking on their door for another TV deal. In fact if TNA knocked on their door they'd probably hide and refuse to answer as if Jehovah's Witnesses were knocking.
How exactly would TNA stay afloat? They run no house shows. They wouldn't have US TV. It would be a promotion in name only.

It just feels less like delusion, and more just denial. Everyone else is telling them of their eventual end, and in their eyes "it's all going to be just fine".

Yeah, WWE didn't blackball Jeff. Jeff "blackballed" WWE and refused to work there because he was still salty about the CM Punk stuff. That's the big reason why he went to TNA at first.

Sheesh, what a baby. Yeah. He's in a better place now and him and Punk are friends now as per an interview last year. He also has said he wants to come back one day in the same interview.
