Raw, January 5: Raw started out with Goldust heading down to the ring. Goldust said that Cody Rhodes may have shattered his biggest dream at TLC, but he kept him going. Goldust is still in the WWE, and now Goldust has the chance to shatter Cody's dream in revenge. At the Royal Rumble, Goldust will prove he's no different than his brother- they're both World Champions, and they'll both win the belt from their brother. Goldust's calling in his rematch clause, and he will shatter Cody's dreams...and this brought out 2014 King of the Ring Roman Reigns. Reigns came to the ring and said that Goldust calling in his rematch clause was fine- but he wanted to warn Goldust. He liked the guy, he doesn't want to destroy him again- but he can win the title, he WILL win the title, and he wants the shot at the Royal Rumble. Goldust and Reigns argued in the ring, only for Cody Rhodes to come to the ring and say that if the two can stop bickering- Cody's out to fight deserving challengers. One of the people in that ring is a worthless, second-rater who can't accept his team is dead and he isn't as great a champion as Cody Rhodes- and the other is his brother. Cody wants to fight the best- if he has to take on one of you, then tonight it'd be Goldust vs. Roman Reigns in a number one contenders' match. Backstage, Nikki Bella was walking and on the phone with John Cena, saying that she misses him and that it's a load of crap he can't be here tonight- she hopes his movie roles are going well. She said that Antonio Cesaro's still being the loser he was, and that hopefully Cena can get back as soon as possible. A PA went to Bella and said she had a message- as Nikki called the PA a peasant and to just hand it to her. The message went blank as Nikki looked like she had seen a ghost, as the show went to the ring. The first match had Seth Rollins get his chance at the Intercontinental Championship, taking on Jimmy Uso. Uso had Naomi and Big E Langston watching his back, while the Architect of the Shield had to go it alone in his attempt to try and start making a name for himself. Rollins took a fight to Uso, using a number of vicious assaults on Uso to take an advantage. However, the allies of Uso helped him punish Rollins. Superkick party is started on Rollins, before Uso hit the Samoan Drop on him for the big victory. Jimmy Uso celebrated as Seth Rollins glared at him, then shook his head as the show went to Chris Jericho, JBL, and Michael Cole, who talked about how big a show it is, and how the Royal Rumble's coming up in just three weeks with the largest ever cast of 60 wrestlers- and everyone wanted to be a part of it- just look at this show from WrestleKingdom 9 last night...where video was made with translation, as Shinsuke Nakamura, fresh off a victory, told the crowd he was ready to do Japan proud. He was coming to America, and was entering the Royal Rumble to bring the WWE World Heavyweight Championship back to Japan. A surprisingly good reaction happened from the audience...which changed again, as Colin Cassady was backstage walking- only for Zack Ryder to jump him. Ryder said "You ain't with us, you're against us, bro!" as Ryder and The Big O fought the seven-footer, as Enzo Amore had his hands out saying "COME AT ME, BRO!". The fight kept going...and the video went to the back as maybe I do put too much in my diaries after all. In this case, the woods were seen, as a deer was running by. There was no sound, only for a muscular arm (and a couple strands of red hair) firing a bow. The deer kept going as the arrow struck and the deer went down. The video ended with "ARTEMIS IS COMING ". The Tag Team Titles were on the line, as the makeshift team of Erick Rowan and Ricky Slate took on The Returning Kings for the belts. While Rowan and Slate had become friends, especially through their mutual hatred of the champions, the fact they didn't have any actual experience as a tag team hurt them through this matchup. The Returning Kings took the advantage. Doll shot by Sparkle onto Rowan, followed by The Happening finishing Rowan off for a successful defense. The champions celebrated- as Slate attacked the two after the matchup. The United States title was on the line as Tyson Kidd took on Bad News Barrett. The announcers talked about, following Natalya's handing the title to Kidd at TLC, she was suspended indefinitely for getting in the middle of the match- but yet, they didn't have a problem with David Hart Smith or Owen Kidd attacking Barrett. Luckily, Heath Slater was right there to help his good friend out, but the two-on-one assault on the outside was too much to punish Barrett. Dungeon Lock followed, as Tyson Kidd got the big victory. Backstage, Stephanie McMahon was in her office. Eva Marie and Charlotte were hanging up the Divas' Title on her wall, only for Stephanie to admire it and say it looked fine. Stephanie looked, only for Paige to show up and protest this. The Divas' division just got disbanded on Smackdown, making it so there'll be no place for women to wrestle again- and she did it just so Stephanie McMahon could be champion forever? If Stephanie's such a feminist, why would she do this to every woman out there? Stephanie said that it's a rough decision, but it had to be done. See, no other woman in this world can ever truly have it all like Stephanie has. Stephanie's proven herself the ultimate female role model, and because of that she is the only woman who could ever deserve the Divas' Title. Paige claimed that it was Eva Marie who won the title and handed it to her, as Stephanie smiled and said it was legal in the rulebook. If you read it, you'd know that- and tried to shunt Paige out of her office... ...as Paige pulled out a copy of the rulebook and said "You're right- that's why I decided to do a little light reading this weekend." Paige said she read the entire rulebook for the Divas' division of the WWE, and she came across a VERY interesting loophole in the clause. According to the WWE rulebook, since it's only happened three times in history, no one noticed it enough for the rule to come up- but according to the rulebook, the Royal Rumble is the one men's match a year that a Diva has the right to enter without signing a waiver with WWE officials beforehand- but in the event that a Diva were to win the Royal Rumble match, then they receive the opportunity to choose whether they want to fight for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship OR the WWE Divas' Championship. It's never come up yet with the previous three Divas who chose to enter the Royal Rumble, and it would be hard to lose an opportunity that great- but if Stephanie McMahon wants to try and pull this, Paige is willing to make an exception just this once. Paige is officially making the call- she's going to enter the Royal Rumble, she's going to WIN the Royal Rumble, and she's going to call her shot in on Stephanie McMahon at Wrestlemania. Stephanie looked at the rulebook, shuddered, then said that it checked out...but if Paige wants to enter the Royal Rumble, Stephanie McMahon reserves the right to make Paige qualify for the Royal Rumble first. This led to a big Royal Rumble Qualifier match, as Paige took on Justin Gabriel...and yeah, Gabriel was wearing his unhappiness with this situation on his face. Gabriel looked sluggish and didn't put that much effort in making Paige look good, as Paige was forced to try and get something out of him beforehand. Finally, a Ram-Paige followed, as Paige became the first WWE employee to qualify for the Royal Rumble match. In the main event, Roman Reigns and Goldust fought in a number one contenders' match, Cody Rhodes and Ted DiBiase were at the announce table during the match, talking about how this match was just a warmup for him. Goldust has proven he's not good enough to be a World Champion like Cody can, and Roman Reigns's day will come- just not yet, and not while Cody Rhodes is at the top. This didn't help the actual match, as Reigns and Goldust kept fighting, neither one giving up much in their attempt to take hold and become number one contender, Reigns went for the spear, but Goldust got out of the way as Reigns went shoulder-first into the turnbuckle, then Goldust started working that shoulder to weaken Reigns up more. Goldust took an advantage and went for a Final Cut, but Reigns reversed out of it and started punching at Goldust. Reigns hit a Superman Punch on Goldust, but Goldust hit a low blow when Reigns tried for another. As Goldust went for the kill, Legacy attacked both guys, leaving them laying. Cody Rhodes said he saw enough and neither man was worthy of a shot at his WWE World Heavyweight Championship...only for Stephanie McMahon to head to the ring and say that unfortunately, the match ended up a draw by a double disqualification- so at the Royal Rumble, it'll be Cody Rhodes, Goldust, and Roman Reigns in a Triple Threat match for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship. The show ended as Cody Rhodes shouted at Stephanie in anger.

NXT, January 7. NXT began with a big Royal Rumble qualifier, as the former WCW allies of Crowbar and Ozz Hudson...took on Famous Monsters members Lenn Napier and Mephistopheles the Clown. Yeah, when you have two warm bodies and two people who are actually a big part of the division, that is a pretty good sign who's going to the Rumble matchup, isn't it? Crowbar and Hudson tried fighting with all they could bring to them, but this was never really in doubt. Shooting Star Press on Hudson, Ka-Boom by Napier, and the Famous Monsters got into the Royal Rumble. The Famous Monsters celebrated in the ring as the show went to break... Dennis Rodman announced the Rodman Second-World Tour was running wild. Lana said that last year, Alexander Rusev gave a preview to the people at the Royal Rumble- but this year was not a year for a preview, it was a year to crush. Rusev would enter the Royal Rumble, and he will WIN the Royal Rumble- and at Wrestlemania- no matter what man tried to fight him, Rusev would destroy them. This led to Alexander Rusev following up his win over Daniel Bryan at TLC with another big matchup...well, not big. Not big at all. Actually, he was facing local talent Jacob Scoville. But hey, the former Jimmy Jacobs is another indy darling, so it's not like a total tomato c-ah even if he isn't, Rusev can crush, destroy, and humble him like he could anyone else, so it doesn't really change much there. Rusev dominated his opponent and stood triumphant as a Russian flag dropped- only for Jack Swagger to attack Rusev. Swagger said that he can't let Rusev do these to anyone he wishes, and Swagger will never stop going after Rusev. Swagger's a Real American- Rusev can beat him, he can destroy him, he can knock him down- but as long as there is a breath in Jack Swagger's body, he will NOT stop coming after Rusev until the moment Rusev finally falls. If Rusev thinks he can take down 60 people in the Royal Rumble- well, Jack Swagger will put a Royal Rumble qualifier on the line at the Royal Rumble to keep Rusev out of that match. Swagger said if anyone wants to see Rusev taste his first loss to the might of America, put your hand over your heart, and in a clear and crisp voice, shout to the world WE THE PEOPLE! The Punk Rock Poser Princess of NXT, Becky Lynch, had another big match today- and whether it was his part in the screwjob at TLC or just how he's been in Lynch's pocket, referee Drake Wuertz had an even worse reception than her. Wuertz took the hatred in stride, introducing her opponent- or trying to give one before just referring to her as Blue Pants. The former Leva Bates tried to fight Lynch with everything she had in her- but Lynch had the wily skill, the experience in WWE...and a roll of quarters upside the head. Blue Pants went down, as Becky Lynch got a quick pinfall as she and Drake Wuertz celebrated. Tag team action followed, as The Motor City Machine Guns took on DoubleCross in a big cruiserweight battle. Matt Hardwick and Sheldon Alexander had a big advantage on Matt and Jason Cross, but the two's amazing high flying ability kept them in the match longer than fans would have expected from them. DoubleCross did more and more, getting the Motor City Machine Guns more and more shock throughout the match, as the two tried to put their opponents away. Jason missed the Crossfire, allowing Sheldon Alexander to take advantage. ShellShock follows, and the Motor City Machine Guns got the big victory. The NXT Tag Team Champion Vaudevillains had another big open challenge to their titles, and one that would personally disgust the team that parties like it's 1899, as Gino Manero and Chase Walker of That '70s Team boogied on down to the ring for a big title match. The former WSX standouts had brought a big fight to the champions, but the champs were able to take out their opponents well. Simon Gotch put his dukes up, then hit a big knockout blow to Gino Manero, taking him out for a big victory. Following one title's success,Emma took on Charlotte for the NXT Women's Championship. Charlotte started to take the mic and say she was only doing this on Stephanie McMahon's orders, but as the promo started, the screen started to change over and get weird, as the Wyatt Family came in. Bray Wyatt showed his NXT World Championship, as he said "Sister...Sister...I did it. I became the face of fear- I slayed the demons- I became...a demon. Are you proud of me, Sister?" as the screen changed back to the ring, when Emma and Charlotte were already tearing into each other. JL McKay was on the mic saying that Charlotte can keep trying to attack them, but she's not going to do Stephanie McMahon's bidding. If Charlotte wants to fight El Torito and get her WWE Cruiserweight Title back, do it the way she won the belt in the first place. She's talented enough to win it the right way, and nobody wants to see Stephanie McMahon hand Charlotte a title by fiat anyways. In the ring, Emma was being attacked by Charlotte relentlessly. Charlotte tried for the kill- but Sheila attacked her beforehand, leading to a DilEmma to get the victory for the champion. After the match, Emma celebrated, as Eva Marie headed to the ring and said that, due to the interference of Sheila, Charlotte is your winner, but as Eva Marie tried giving Charlotte the NXT Women's Title, NXT Principal Owner Dennis Haskins headed down to the ring and said that the title does not change hands on a disqualification, meaning Emma remained champion as Eva Marie said she'd tell Stephanie McMahon about this. Emma and her allies celebrated- only for Charlotte to attack the three women as the show went to break. The second incarnation of New Day headed to the ring, as AC Halliburton and Arquimedes Caminero started rapping their way into the ring and waiting for their opponents. A new theme because they all tend to be started, as the former Veda Scott headed down the ramp and took the mic. Calling herself Grace Harper, she claimed to be the greatest writer throughout the Internet- and in order to make sure her stories become the most popular throughout the world, she's here to make her heroes prove how powerful they are when they destroy all of NXT- her heroes, the Good Ship. This brought out (the former Raphael) Constantine and the former Don Vega, now called Frank Griffin, as the two men began attacking the New Day members. The New Day tried to keep things going, bouncing like pinballs off of the two relatively basic Good Ship members's offense- but even if it was basic, it was dominant as the two destroyed their opponents. A Powerbomb by Griffin was followed as Constantine locked in a Rings of Saturn, and they got an easy victory. Harper celebrated with her clients, talking to them as the two walked back to the dressing room. Following the match, things cooled down a bit as we had a danceoff. The Fandangirl was in the ring saying that the NXT Universe would get to help her choose the better dance partner- bringing out Fandango and Tyler Breeze. Fandangirl showed interest in both men, then started to do a dance routine with each one to some scattered 'BORING' chants. The two finished their routine, as the Fandangirl told them to pick the better one. The crowd gave a bigger cheer, naturally, for the hero Fandango than the villain Breeze- but Fandangirl listened, then said "To me, it's even- they're both great dance partners!" The segment ended even more questionably, as she talked with both guys as Breeze and Fandango shook their heads at this development. The Canadian Ninjas headed to the ring with a big attempt to show their dominance, taking on the debuting twin stars of Helena and Harmony Kelly. The former Team Blossom tried throwing everything they had at the Ninjas, but the power of Serena Knox and Jynx Mendez was too much for the newcomers. No matter how many hope spots the Kellys had, it was not enough. Funky Cold Medina hit, and the Ninjas got an easy victory. Following being taken out of the Royal Rumble, Justin Gabriel tried to bounce back by taking on Akio Yang. Yang had his allies in Bad Luck at his side, as we had a big cruiserweight battle that could give the fans an amazing high flying bou-oh, no- after a minute in, Justin Gabriel tried a hurricanrana on Yang and dropped him on his head. The referee looked, then signed an 'X' as OK Revolution and Eros Apollo walked past as the EMTs took Yang backstage. In the main event, Daniel Bryan headed to the ring in a neck brace and came to the ring to address the fans. Bryan talked about how sometimes, a man has to do what a man has to do. At TLC, he went to the ring to fight Alexander Rusev knowing how dominant Rusev was- but he couldn't let what Rusev and Lana did to his wife go unpunished. Rusev locked the Accolade in on him, they punished his neck, they left him destroyed- but they didn't finish the job. Rusev was too tough, but Daniel Bryan showed him that he won't back down from anyone. Daniel Bryan will come back from this better than ever, and no one will stop him...and then, Triple H came to the ring alongside Randy Orton and Charlotte. Triple H said that this is exactly what he told him to do. It's not just about Daniel Bryan risking his career- but by these plans, he's going to put himself in an early grave. Being a great businessman means that sometimes, no matter how hard it is to be, you have to let certain things go for the greater good- and unfortunately this is one of those times. Triple H hated these things as well, but sometimes what's best for business is swallowing these problems. Daniel Bryan then snapped at Triple H, saying that the biggest problem that Triple H has is he thinks Bryan WANTS to be a businessman first and foremost. Daniel Bryan may own NXT right now, but he will always be a wrestler first and a businessman second, and as such he cares more about putting on the greatest match possible for the fans first. Triple H may have sold out to the man, but Daniel Bryan knows it's these fans who got him everything he's ever had, and he knows they want to see Daniel Bryan as the WWE World Heavyweight Champion one more time more than anyone could want to see Daniel Bryan doing paperwork. Triple H shakes his head and said that this is where he fails. Daniel Bryan injured his neck wrestling like that for the fans, but he keeps going after people like Rusev, and now he's put his neck at risk, he's putting NXT, Triple H's baby, at risk, and he's ruining everything for his pride. He just risked his neck for Brie Bella's ankle injury- you think she wants to see him in a wheelchair because he went too far? Daniel Bryan is willing to take on any challenge- as Triple H said for him to put his money where his mouth is. See, if he's willing to put his career at risk for Brie Bella's injury, he can right a problem that happened when Brie Bella lost a match a few months ago. When Brie Bella lost a match two months ago to Nikki Bella on Raw, Brie Bella lost Daniel Bryan's guaranteed rematch for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship. Triple H has spoken with Stephanie McMahon about this, and he is willing to offer Daniel Bryan a chance to get his rematch back to make things better. At the Royal Rumble, Triple H makes the challenge to make Daniel Bryan face Randy Orton. If Daniel Bryan wins the match- then he gets a spot in the Royal Rumble AND receives his WWE World Heavyweight Championship rematch back in the process...but if Daniel Bryan loses, then Triple H gets back his control of NXT. Daniel Bryan looks, then agrees. The show ends as Daniel Bryan shakes hands with Triple H to solidify this match- as Ric Flair, Shawn Michaels, Hideo Itami, and Dennis Haskins are seen watching the challenge.

Smackdown, January 9. Smackdown started up with the 2014 King of the Ring, Roman Reigns, heading to the ring. Reigns talked about how last Monday, Goldust and Reigns may have went to a draw because Cody Rhodes was running scared, and now it'll be a triple threat match at the Royal Rumble. When Cody interfered in this match, it was the worst mistake of his life- now he has two people pissed off at him and who are ready to take his WWE World Heavyweight Title. For Goldust, he lost his chance to get his hands on his brother in a one-on-one match and take his title back in a fair fight. Reigns smirked and said "As for me? It was Monday." He doesn't care if he has to fight just Cody Rhodes or if he has to fight both Cody Rhodes and Goldust in the match. In that ring, it's one vs. all anyway- and he's going into that match to win the WWE World Heavyweight Championship- Believe THAT...or don't, since Goldust was on his way to the ring. Goldust said Roman Reigns was good, and his day will come eventually. Just not yet, not while Goldust has his chance. Roman Reigns doesn't know what he's going to face off with at the Royal Rumble. Goldust's finally had a taste of the gold, and now he wants the whole thing. He can believe what he wants, but he'll never forget the name of...Goldust. Following that promo, the World Title match saw two of their allies fighting each other, as Legacy member Ted DiBiase took on the Architect of the Shield, Seth Rollins. The two had a surprisingly back and forth match, as DiBiase looked better than he had in a long time against the might of Rollins. Rollins tried to fight back, but DiBiase wouldn't be put away by Rollins's might. Rollins tried to take him out, but DiBiase got behind Rollins, then hit the Dream Street on Rollins for the win. DiBiase celebrated after the match, as Seth Rollins glared- and then Cody Rhodes headed to the ring to congratulate Ted DiBiase on the...win he just had. He'd say it's a great win- but a Marty Jannetty doesn't deserve that treatment. Roman Reigns is the 2014 King of the Ring and fighting a losing effort for the title at the Royal Rumble, Dean Ambrose is a former NXT World Champion- and Seth Rollins got kicked to the curb. Maybe they pretend they're on your side, but you know they're laughing at you behind your back- I mean, Cody would if he were them. Rollins glared at Rhodes as the show went to break... After their big match on Monday, Scott Dawson and his mechanic Dash Wilder had another decent match against SIn Cara and El Abejorro. The two luchadors tried to fight back against the might of the newest team in the WWE, but Dawson and Wilder were able to overpower them easily. The Mechanics took an easy advantage- with Dawson Powerbombing El Abejorro for the big win. The Mechanics celebrated after the match... ...as The Returning Kings took the mic and said that if this was what constituted a challenge in the Tag Division, maybe their mission would end sooner than they thought. The entire tag team division runs around them, and finally they've become the kings they deserve to be- not some faker pretty boy who pretends to be one, but real kings among men. Even though they're greater than all these other dudebros who these fans think are so great, since the two of them are true nice guys, they'll give any team that thinks they are ready for a shot at the titles a chance to prove themselves worthy of getting a shot at their WWE Tag Team Championships. The two waited around... ...as the crowd gave a decent sized cheer as The Motor City Machine Guns' theme music hit. Matt Hardwick and Sheldon Alexander rushed down the ramp, fresh off their acclaimed run in NXT, and started attacking the two of them. The Returning Kings tried begging off as the Guns started attacking, before Donny Sparkle clocked Sheldon Alexander with the loaded doll. The Returning Kings took an advantage on the standout team, punishing them with their attacks, only for the two to keep double-teaming them and punishing the two relentlessly. The Happening followed on Matt Hardwick, but only got a two. The Returning Kings got more and more desperate, with Sparkle nodding, as DynamicSensation signalled and put Sheldon Alexander up for the Kingslayer- but Hardwick dropkicked him, sending Alexander on top for the big three count. The two celebrated as Donny Sparkle said "That's not a title match!", only for Hardwick to say "Fine! At the Royal Rumble, you, and us- and THAT ONE will be!" as they headed backstage, as another debut video for Artemis occurred. Backstage, Paige was talking with Bayley, who was in shock that Paige agreed to enter the Royal Rumble and qualified on Monday. Paige said that it's a hard road, but she has to do what she has to do in order to get the title back for all of the Divas and liberate it from Stephanie McMahon's evil clutches. Bayley's eyes grew as Paige talked about how Stephanie was the worst kind of woman- she hated everyone else but her, she thinks the entire world is her playground and she gets to do whatever she wants, she pretends she's so innocent but is the most toxic person to be around there is, she forces everyone to bow down to her...as Bayley pointed, and Stephanie McMahon and Eva Marie were right there as Stephanie said "No, go on." See, Stephanie was out here to congratulate Paige and be the bigger woman. On Monday, when Paige qualified for the Royal Rumble, that was a great moment for women everywhere. Stephanie gave Paige a chance to be great, and she did that- and maybe, just maybe, there's hope that some day, Paige could become a woman as great as Stephanie McMahon after all. Paige tried thanking Stephanie, as Stephanie continued by saying that, since Paige did such a great blow for women everywhere and she wants to be a great feminist icon like Stephanie McMahon is- she needs to give her more options. You see, the world never remembers number 2, they remember the first one to do it- like Stephanie was the first woman to ever receive a WWE World Heavyweight Title opportunity- or the LAST one to do it- like Stephanie will be the LAST Divas' Champion. Paige qualified for the Royal Rumble on Monday- but someone else who was a lesser woman who is unworthy of even being Googled qualified for the Rumble herself beforehand. But Paige...she can't be the second, that's not a blow for a woman like her. So Stephanie's letting Paige dare to be great, just like she did on Monday. Stephanie's allowing her a chance to be the FIRST, not the second, not the fourth- but the first one for this. It is Stephanie McMahon's great honor to announce that she's letting Paige break down a barrier at the Royal Rumble- when Paige becomes the first woman in WWE history to ever enter the Royal Rumble at Number 1! The crowd gave a huge boo as Paige and Bayley glared, with Stephanie and Eva Marie smiling and walking off. The WWE Cruiserweight Championship was on the line in a high flying affair, as El Torito defended the belt against his good friend Kalisto. The baby bull and the Lucha Dragon both flew around the ring with reckless abandon, with fans having to work to see who was going where. Both men kept the crowd interested, no one knowing what they were going to do next. This big cruiserweight battle seemed to be all it took to make a huge match- but just as the match occurred, Charlotte threw El Torito off the top rope, allowing Kalisto to grab him and powerbomb him for the win. Kalisto grabbed the Cruiserweight Title- but Charlotte then proceeded to go to the referee and tell him exactly what she did as the crowd booed, leading the referee to reverse the decision. Charlotte said "That title is MINE, NOT YOURS, ONLY I CAN HAVE IT!" as El Torito and Kalisto argued with her. The WWE Intercontinental Title was on the line as Bo Dallas tried to get his belt back, taking on Jimmy Uso. Dallas fought relentlessly on the champion, punishing him with everything in his arsenal. Unfortunately, Shara was no match for Naomi- and Big E Langston was more than able to send the rest of the Bo-Lievers back to their bus in fear, which took away Dallas's strength in numbers. A superkick party followed, as Jimmy Uso took the advantage. Jimmy Uso went to the top rope, then hit a Samoan Drop on Dallas to the canvas for the big victory. In the main event, Antonio Cesaro had a big chance to regain his WWE World Heavyweight Championship by taking on Cody Rhodes. Cody had nowhere near the power advantage of Cesaro, who kept punishing Cody and getting a brutal assault on the champion. Cesaro tried for a swing, but a kick to the groin got Cody back in the match, as he tried to speed the match up- which also didn't work as Cesaro was able to keep up. A continued attack followed, as Cesaro tried to get him down. Cody got to the ropes and hit a Disaster Kick for 2.999, nearly striking down Cesaro. Cesaro fought back and went for the Swing- but Cody grabbed the ropes and forced Cesaro to pull him off. Cody fought back and hit Cross Rhodes on Cesaro, finally getting the pin. The show ended as Cody Rhodes celebrated, as Goldust and Roman Reigns watched from the ramp. Cody waited- as Antonio Cesaro smacked Cody and swung him for 10 rotations. Cesaro then said "I didn't win tonight...but at the Royal Rumble, I will enter, I will win, and THEN, at Wrestlemania, I get that back."

RAW, January 12. Raw started out with a match with some huge implications, as Zack Ryder took on Colin Cassady, and the winner received the number 60 spot in the Royal Rumble, the loser received a number one contendership spot to one of the two secondary titles after a Royal Rumble qualifier later on tonight. Ryder and Cassady kept fighting, with Cassady causing a series of attacks as Ryder kept trying to fight back. Ryder took an advantage, laying into Cassady with a series of good shots. Bianca Ferrari helped distract Cassady, allowing Zack Ryder to hit the Broski Boot and get the win for the number 60 spot in the Rumble. Zack Ryder celebrated as The Big O and Ferrari took his side- but Cassady attacked The Big O afterwards. Enzo Amore looked at his Broskis, then tore into Zack Ryder as he and Cassady continued the assault. Zack Ryder was shocked as Enzo and Big Cass looked, then shook hands as the crowd cheered. Backstage, Seth Rollins was getting his boots on, as Cody Rhodes looked and gloated at the Jannetty of the Shield. Is he getting ready to be Roman Reigns's second, or would it be Dean Ambrose instead. At least on NXT he could win a title...as Seth Rollins got in Rhodes's face. Rollins said there is no one leader or follower when they were the Shield, unlike him and his little crony over there. Rollins isn't a follower, he just hasn't done it YET. Rhodes said "Sounds like a loser to me, then..." as Rollins clocked Cody with a big punch and says "Actually, if that's it? Maybe tonight's the right night to. See you out there." as Rollins walked off. Ted DiBiase checked on Cody as the show went to break... In a TLC rematch, Sheamus took on Antonio Cesaro. Cesaro was trying to jockey for position to show how he'd be the man to beat in the upcoming Royal Rumble, as Sheamus tried to get back into his own winning ways. Cesaro took the advantage, punishing Sheamus with a series of overpowering moves. When Cesaro tried for the Swing, however, Sheamus blocked it easily and got a low blow on Cesaro. Sheamus didn't let Cesaro get another chance, punishing him with stiff strikes before hitting the Brogue Kick on him for the big victory. After the match, Sheamus said that if Cesaro wants him another shot- he'll be waiting for him at the Royal Rumble, don't keep him waiting. Backstage, though, Zack Ryder, The Big O, and Bianca Ferrari were celebrating. Ryder said it didn't matter if Enzo Amore wanted to hang out with that doof Big Cass- they're still at the top, they're still going to be stars, and at the Royal Rumble, he'll still be number 60, so he's going to go to Wrestlemania, and will Zack Ryder finally be the WWE World Heavyweight Champion? Woo Woo Woo, you...really should have taken that ball with you, because the number '60' ball Ryder won was taken out of his bag. Ryder saw a note saying 'sorry...I needed it more than you...' as Ryder screamed 'WHO WAS IT, BRO?' to no one in particular as the show went to break. In a Royal Rumble qualifier match, Intercontinental Champion Jimmy Uso and United States Champion Tyson Kidd squared off with a bigger problem- the winner had a chance to go on to Wrestlemania, but the loser would not only be eliminated from Royal Rumble contention, but have to defend their title against Colin Cassady at the Royal Rumble. The two wrestlers fought ruthlessly, neither man trying to give the other a chance at Wrestlemania. Kidd's allies were out due to a match later on, which didn't help Uso much- as the referee saw Big E Langston and Naomi's attack and sent them back to the dressing room. The distraction was enough to give Kidd an attack, as Tyson Kidd locked the Dungeon Lock in to punch his ticket at the Royal Rumble- and give Jimmy Uso a date with Colin Cassady. Tyson Kidd celebrated as Jimmy Uso glared, doubled as Colin Cassady came out and stared him down, into a video for Artemis. Divas action followed, as fresh off the order that she'd be the first Diva to enter the Royal Rumble at number one, Paige took on Nikki Bella. John Cena's girlfriend started attacking the newest "Total Divas" cast member, trying to get the favor of Stephanie McMahon and make a name for herself on her own right. Nikki took an advantage as Paige tried to fight back against Nikki's might- but just as Nikki set her up for the Rack Attack, the TitanTron went wonky, and was replaced by "I still remember..."- allowing Paige to reverse it with a crucifix pin for the victory. Paige celebrated, as Nikki Bella looked like she saw a ghost and said "...it can't be..." as the show went to break. After making the challenge on Smackdown, the Motor City Machine Guns had to answer to the critics who didn't think their contention worked, leading to a four-way match against the team of David Hart Smith and Owen Kidd, Scott Dawson and Dash Wilder, and The Lucha Dragons of Sin Cara and Kalisto. These four teams, each with a differing, unique style- be it the Dungeon-trained scientific ability, the high-flying lucha libre style, or just some old school Southern brawling, gave a big challenge for the team considered to be one of the best in the business- but Matt Hardwick and Sheldon Alexander didn't miss a beat. Each team tried fighting through this, but in the end a Cradle Shock to Dash Wilder gave the MCMGs the win. If they could do that, what will they do to the Returning Kings? The group celebrated, as JBL, Chris Jericho, and Michael Cole talked about how TMZ.com had broken the news earlier today for the first inductee into the 2015 class of the Hall of Fame on Wrestlemania weekend- and how indeed, there really couldn't be anything- a WWE Hall of Fame class, a WWE Hall of Fame, Wrestlemania weekend, Wrestlemania, or the WWE itself- without the first induction. A video started, as the fans became the first to welcome Vince McMahon into the 2015 WWE Hall of Fame Class. In the main event, Cody Rhodes took on Seth Rollins. Goldust and Roman Reigns were right there on commentary to give their thoughts on this match, neither one particularly liking Cody all that much. Before the match, Cody loudly stated that, since he was only fighting the Marty Jannetty of the Shield, he's clearly not a contender- so this would be a non-title match. This enraged Rollins, as he began tearing into Cody with everything he had. A series of dazzling moves punished Cody, as Rollins tried everything to get to the champion. Rollins had the advantage and signalled for the Curb Stomp, but Ted DiBiase pulled Cody out of the way. Rollins got in DiBiase's face, as he turned into a Disaster Kick. Cross Rhodes followed, as Seth Rollins was defeated. Cody Rhodes celebrated, as Seth Rollins was furious. Rollins motioned to the referee and talked about what DiBiase did, as Roman Reigns headed to the ring and tried calming his friend down as the show ended.

NXT, January 14. NXT started out with a bang, as The NXT World Champion...is here. Bray Wyatt and the Wyatt Family came to the ring, the NXT World Championship around Wyatt's shoulder. Wyatt talked about ever since he was a young boy, he had been alone, and had never known the love of a family. The only time he had anyone show him kindness was in the warmth of Sister Abigail. And Sister Abigail told him that there were two types of love in this world, love and hate, adoration and fear. She told him that she believed that if the world will never love you, then you need to make the world fear you. In order to have the peace you need, you need to be loved, and if you don't get loved, then you need to be feared. One day, Bray would be a man worthy of love, worthy of fear, and then, at long last, she would come and calm him and let him have his peace, knowing he had what he wanted. Bray Wyatt- he tried making the world fear him, and it got him nowhere, because power makes people fear them. Now, Bray Wyatt, he won the NXT World Championship. Bray Wyatt has all the power- he has finally done it. He's become the new Face of Fear. Sister Abigail- she promised she'd return once he was feared, and now the world will fear him- so it's only a matter of time before she comes back. A new Diva initiative took place, as Haruhi Moeka made her American bow against Pooky Amsterdam. The former Josette Bynum had the experience advantage over the former joshi standout, punishing her with a series of vicious attacks. Amsterdam went for the Total Darkness, but Moeka screamed, then quickly reversed it over, then got a rollup victory for the win. Amsterdam was in shock as Moeka celebrated the victory. A tag team dream match occured, as London and Kendrick faced off with the No Remorse Corps. The two teams were dazzling in their assaults, as Lindsey Roderick and John Cahill punished the high fliers with a series of big attacks. London and Kendrick tried to fight back, but the longest reigning WWE Tag Team Champions of all time were no match for the team. A Stronghold on London, and the No Remorse Corps got the victory. After the match the two walked out, then video caught them leaving the Full Sail Arena saying "There's nothing to prove here..." Another new talent initiative match happened, as Hideo Itami came to the ring and introduced the fans to one of his close personal friends, Nao Maru. The former Naomichi Marufuji headed to the ring and waited, as The British Invasion headed to the ring and introduced their newest member,Martin Cameron. This led to an amazing matchup, as the former Marty Scurll put on a big match with the former NOAH standout as the two tried to make their name to the NXT crowd. However, a match like this was bound to end up ending poorly, as The Wyatt Family made their way to the ring and attacked Hideo Itami. Nao saw the problem with his friend's attack, as Tres Leones, Kenneth Cameron, and Jameson York jumped him, giving the newest member an easy victory. The four went off to do British things as Nao Maru tried helping Itami, who made the challenge- it'd be Itami and Bray Wyatt at the Royal Rumble for the NXT World Championship. In singles action, indy standout Melissa Flash made her debut with the WWE. This would be a great honor for the Future Legend...except her referee was Drake Wuertz, which, given the NXT Divas, is probably a good sign his girlfriend Becky Lynch was her opponent. The Punk Rock Poser Princess was gloating about an easy match- more made as Drake Wuertz continued his usual actions. Flash was able to counter a large amount of Lynch's attacks, showing a series of great attacks against Lynch. People were expecting this to be the moment Becky Lynch had her first defeat- which was hindered as Wuertz started giving Flash more problems with her moves. Lynch got the roll of quarters out- but Flash deflected it, grabbed it, and clocked Lynch with it. Flash made the cover- as Drake Wuertz called for the disqualification due to the use of the roll of quarters. The crowd booed as Flash argued with Wuertz, who checked on Lynch as Flash went to the back... The New Day were in action, as AC Halliburton and Arquimedes Caminero were out to give a scorching case of the clap to No Limit. Bak Bak (the former Yujiro Takahashi) and Yu Arafuka (the former Tetsuya Naito), however, were no easy match regardless of their having random names given to them by the NXT Name Generator, as they put out a huge attack to the New Day Members. Tokyo Pimps on Caminero, and No Limit had a huge upset. A Royal Rumble Qualifier happened between two teams that have been at odds with each other for a while, as The Sacred Band of Thebes took on Jameson York and Kenneth Cameron of the British Invasion. This match added even more of a problem, as only the wrestler to get the pinfall qualifies for the Royal Rumble. This was fine on the British Invasion members, as they went all-out on the attack on their arch-rivals. However, The Sacred Band knew all of thie Dino Danshoku tried to get an advantage, as Jimmy Long and Satanico el Exotico tried to get Tres Leones and Martin Cameron out of the picture. This gave an advantage to the opponents. A Schoolboy HOOOO! followed, as Starship Coyote HG got the win for his team and a spot in the Royal Rumble for himself. The team celebrated as the British Invasion looked furious on their way to the back. The NXT Tag Team Titles were on the line as The Vaudevillains entered the ring, as Aiden English announced this would be the greatest night for them, as they have a legend in the building- one of his idols, the great Samuel Beckett. This brought out...well, not the famous avant-garde writer, but rather the former Alex Shane pretending to be said person. English gushed over him either way, which was a problem as Titus O'Neil and Miguel Khalifa headed down to the ring for a big title shot. O'Neil and Khalifa brought a vicious assault to the champions, as Aiden English and Simon Gotch tried using their teamwork to stop the former WWE Tag Team Champions- for about a day or two. Beckett was able to help the champions- but Dennis Rodman headed out to the ring and took him out of the picture. Clash of the Titus followed on Simon Gotch, and O'Neil and Khalifa won the NXT Tag Team Championships. Dennis Rodman celebrated with them, as the three held the titles aloft as Dennis Rodman talked about how the Rodman Second-World Tour has done well with his boys Alexander Rusev and Lana, but it needed some more stars to take their side- so he got two boys who know how this world works, Titus O'Neil and Miguel Khalifa, to take people out. Slick Wagner and Marcus Anthony (sold as "Daniel Greystone" on commentary) were waiting in the ring for a...well, squash, but still. It became more of a squash as Fandangirl announced that after the fans demanded it, the newest NXT tag team of beauty and skill has been formed- Tyler Breeze and Fandango. Breeze and Fandango headed to the ring, both glaring at each other- but proceeded to take the side of Fandango's dancer as the match began. The two didn't like each other at all and had no teamwork...but hey, it's a squash so it really didn't matter all that much. Beauty Shot, Diving Legdrop, and Breeze and Fandango got the win... ...as the show went backstage before the main event to Brie Bella, who saw an unwelcome guest show up- her sister, Nikki Bella, who looked in uncharacteristically bad shape. She said she hadn't slept in days- someone is coming for her- for THEM. She knows she did wrong to Brie by not telling her her plan to help John Cena at Survivor Series, but she never did anything to Brie herself. She's her sister, she has to help her- if she doesn't, then they'll come for her too as soon as she's done. Brie talked about how she knows what she did, she kind of expected this day to come...but she's made her peace with it. She knows how she used to be a bitch- all she can do is try to move forward with it. She hopes that whatever happens, they can see that the old her is different from this person and can forgive her for it...and if they can't? She's more than willing to accept her punishment like a woman for what she had done in the past. If Nikki can't...well, Brie knew she couldn't help her even if she tried. Brie left for her match as Nikki was furious. This led to a main event match, as Brie Bella teamed with her husband Daniel Bryan to take on the team of Randy Orton and Charlotte- but Eva Marie showed up on Stephanie McMahon's demand to say this would be a mixed-tag match, since clearly Charlotte hasn't done her part of the deal yet- she doesn't deserve the right for it to be intergender. Charlotte tried throwing a temper tantrum in the ring- but that just gave Brie Bella the chance to attack Charlotte relentlessly. Charlotte refused to tag out, hoping that Brie would tag in and put Daniel Bryan in the match to prove herself- but Brie was also trying to prove she could go head to head with Charlotte. JL McKay, Emma, and Sheila hit the ring, as Sheila attacked Eva Marie on the outside, trying to allow an attack on Charlotte. This got Charlotte to tag out, as Randy Orton and Daniel Bryan fought each other in the ring. An RKO was blocked, as Daniel Bryan locked the YES! Lock in for the big victory. Brie Bella and Daniel Bryan celebrated, as Eva Marie looked at the intruders and said it's great you came out here- by order of Stephanie McMahon, it'll be all or nothing at the Royal Rumble: JL McKay and Emma vs. Eva Marie and Charlotte, with the one who gets the pinfall getting the NXT Women's Title. Emma shook her head at the demand, as McKay said "Make it better!", as Eva Marie said that if the two of you win, Stephanie McMahon will activate the WWE Divas' Championship...BUT, if WE win, then Stephanie McMahon receives the three of your contracts, and you'll be forced to join the Divas' Championship Committee and be her lapdogs. The three looked at each other and nodded as NXT ended...

Smackdown, January 16. Smackdown started with a huge United States Title match, with Tyson Kidd defending the title against the might of the Swiss Superman, Antonio Cesaro. Cesaro was the toughest challenge for Tyson Kidd since he won the United States Title, but the leader of the Hart Dynasty was more than willing to accept this risk. Tyson Kidd had the guts, he had the technical ability...uh, he had David Hart Smith and Owen Kidd out at the side to attack Cesaro on his behalf...and he had Cesaro's own distractions, as Nikki Bella came to the ring and said "Call it off! Call it off! Please, John is trying to get better!". Cesaro mouthed that he didn't have anything to do with this- which was just the opening Tyson Kidd needed. A Dungeon Lock followed, and Cesaro would rather tap than risk wasting his chance in the Royal Rumble. Tyson Kidd celebrated with his allies as Cesaro looked towards Nikki, saying "It wasn't me...", as the show saw more video of Shinsuke Nakamura's announcement from WrestleKingdom, hyping the talent of the King of Strong Style. Following the actions on Raw when Enzo Amore reunited with his old friend Colin Cassady, Enzo and Big Cass rode for their first match as a team on WWE television. Enzo said his usual spiel, this time with the fans allowed to cheer, as Zack Ryder and The Big O headed down the ramp and complained that someone stole his number 60 entrant ball on Raw last Monday, and he's putting the blame on his former broski. Enzo said that, no, he IS entering the Royal Rumble, but if he had a dime for every time he stole things, he would have ZERO! DIMES!. Ryder said that Enzo's the most likely person- he thought they were broskis, but now it ain't happening- and now Enzo said he would fight over the claims. Whether he fights Zack Ryder, his Sweet Boy Big O, he'll see them at the Rumble, and prove that he was like Cottonelle because he's on a roll, and Ryder's like Cottonelle because he's...S-A-W-F-T SAWFT! This led to a match as Ryder and The Big O- TRIED- to take on their former broski and new ally. Unfortunately, the fact that Colin Cassady was seven foot tall happened to be exacerbated by noted scientists, as a galvanic reaction occurred with the fact that Enzo Amore happened to be both a Certified G and a Bonafide Stud- all of which are things that, no, you can't teach dat. With both of these things combined, the Broskis were no match for Enzo and Big Cass. The two celebrated as Zack Ryder threw a tantrum, saying 'Where's the ball, bro!" as a video for Artemis played. The 2014 King of the Ring, Roman Reigns, had a rematch of his TLC PPV match, taking on Big E Langston in a big match. Jimmy Uso and Naomi were at the side of Big E, who announced that if the man wouldn't let Jimmy Uso compete in the Royal Rumble because they don't want one of us to succeed (not mentioning the "he lost a qualifier" thing...), then they need to put all their force in the power of one (as Reigns said "uh, he's my COUSIN..."). That's why Big E Langston's formally announcing he's entering the Royal Rumble match. The Royal Rumble is one thing, but fighting ring royalty is a whole different story for Big E, as Roman Reigns had the big man's number and punished him with ruthless strikes. Spear, Superman Punch, and Roman Reigns stayed on his roll to the Royal Rumble. Divas' action occurred as Paige was forced to take on her good friend Bayley, but just making friends fight each other for her sick, twisted amusement wasn't evil enough for Stephanie McMahon. The Divas' Forever Champion came to the ring and said that, since there's no longer a Divas' Championship for them to fight over, there has to be a reason more befitting the Divas' that doesn't need a title belt to fight for. With that in mind, Stephanie McMahon announces these two Divas will give an example of this new era for the girls- it'll be a Bra and Panties match. The crowd...well, the men in the audience should have booed this development, but that's the risk of writing fake live television, isn't it? Whether or not the fans handled this the more progressive way, Paige and Bayley were furious about Stephanie as Stephanie clapped her hands and said for them to start fighting. Paige and Bayley, to their benefit, put on a straightforward match, but Stephanie refused to accept the submission attempt by Paige or the pinfall on Bayley. The crowd booed, only to boo more as Stephanie said "If you won't strip them, WE will!"- as Charlotte and Eva Marie headed down the ramp and stripped Paige, causing the loss as the crowd...uh, cheered. The crowd booed equally as the Divas' Championship Committee moved towards Bayley, who started crying in fear at the thought- only for the cavalry to come as JL McKay, Emma, and Sheila headed down the ramp. DilEmma, Schoolgirl Crush, and RamPaige to Charlotte and she was out of the picture, allowing Bayley to escape through the crowd. Eva Marie tried to argue with them as Stephanie shouted that this is what happens when you defy her- Stephanie said to strip both, and they both will be. Eva Marie pointed towards the...uh, you know you've got a 4-on-1 disadvantage and you really pissed off Paige, right? ...yeah, this did not end well. Four on one assault, and Eva Marie got stripped to her bra and panties as Paige and the three NXT women stood triumphant. In tag team action, The Returning Kings defended their Tag Team Championships against Scott Dawson and his mechanic Dash Wilder. Before the match, a picture in picture promo talked about how Scott Dawson was planning to enter the Royal Rumble. Good for him, but he was in a tag team situation right now, and this was right where the Returning Kings were...well, kings. Dawson and Wilder tried fighting back against the team, but it was nothing. Doll shot, Happening, and The Returning Kings were still the champs. The two celebrated- but then, The No Remorse Corps headed to the ring and stared both teams down. The two looked- as Lindsey Roderick attacked the Returning Kings while John Cahill attacked The Mechanics. A "Now THIS is more like it..." started as the two looked at the WWE Tag Team Titles as the show went to break... In the main event, Goldust took on the Architect of the Shield, Seth Rollins. Rollins talked about how he will not be just the third banana of the Shield. At the Royal Rumble- Roman Reigns is going to make his way to the top of the mountain, and Seth Rollins will win the Royal Rumble to meet him at Wrestlemania. This was a laugh to Cody Rhodes and Ted DiBiase on commentary- DiBiase said he can't lose in the Rumble against a Jannetty like Rollins, and Cody Rhodes will keep his WWE World Heavyweight Championship against the might of both Reigns and Goldust. In the ring, Goldust tried to keep up an attack, but Roman Reigns came down to the ring and distracted Goldust. Between Reigns on one side and Cody Rhodes on the other, the distractions were almost too much for Goldust- allowing Seth Rollins to hit a Curb Stomp on him for the victory. After the match, Rollins and Reigns celebrated, as Ted DiBiase sneered at Goldust, saying "You lost to HIM, and you think you can beat your brother...?"- as a brawl between the Shield members, Evolution, and Goldust ended the show.

WWE.COM- ROYAL RUMBLE ODDS AT A GLANCE: The Royal Rumble Entrants are being leaked to WWE.com at a landslide, and here's your early odds on the biggest Royal Rumble in history. As always, you can never tell who'll show up in the Royal Rumble until it happens- and with 60 entrants, there's still a lot of potential surprises. ODDS/Confirmed Entrants: Paige (100:1): The Anti-Diva would be a bit of a longshot in the Royal Rumble regardless of her placement, but the news she's going to have to come in at number 1 means Paige will need a miracle to win the Rumble- maybe even two. Zack Ryder (3:1) Assuming Long Island Iced Z can handle receiving his number 60 ball back after it was stolen, he could go anywhere from the de facto favorite in the Royal Rumble to a far lower role. Shinsuke Nakamura (10:1) The American audience has no clue what to expect from the Japanese standout, but with the pedigree he's bringing Stateside for his Royal Rumble entrance, it may just be the King of Strong Style to be in the main event of Wrestlemania. Lenn Napier (60:1) The NXT superstar has been a big standout on NXT programming, but the tag team specialist may not have the ability to last long in the Royal Rumble, much like his partner... Mephistopheles the Clown (60:1) ...It's likely their day will come in the WWE...just not yet. Sheamus (4:1) The winner of the 2012 Royal Rumble is peaking at just the right time, and his new, more aggressive attitude may make him ready to get back to the main event of Wrestlemania. Antonio Cesaro (2:1) The first Swiss-born WWE World Heavyweight Champion seems to be a clear favorite to make it all the way to the Wrestlemania main event. Tyson Kidd (5:1) The only champion in the Royal Rumble, Kidd's been red-hot at the right time, but his size disadvantage may mean that he's in a poor spot in the Royal Rumble. If his mentor Bret Hart could win the Rumble, though, he may be a person to bet on. Starship Coyote HG (60:1) The NXT standout and always flamboyant tag team specialist's antics may not serve him well in the Royal Rumble. Enzo Amore (15:1) Showed a side of him the fans didn't know existed by taking the side of Colin Cassady- but when he's alone in the Rumble, will he be H-A-W-D enough to take the challenge of his former broskis like... The Big O (7:1) The powerhouse Broski, who can either cause some damage on his own- but if it comes down to him and Zack Ryder, could he show it's for himself or defer to his leader? Big E Langston (3:1) The most powerful man in the Royal Rumble has to have the inside track- if you can lift everyone in the Rumble, it's easiest to dispatch them. Seth Rollins (5:1) The Architect of the Shield has been cold when it counts- but the desire to prove himself against his allies is there to be a star. Scott Dawson (15:1) The big redneck has been showing flashes of brilliance both as a singles and tag team competitor, but is he ready for the biggest stage of them all? Luke Harper (7:1) The brutal member of the Wyatt Family is big, he's mean, and he's unstoppable, and combined with the might of... Dylan Vachon (10:1) ...his slightly smaller, slightly more demonic brother, these two could dominate everything- but if Bray Wyatt's not in the Rumble, which one takes the victory? Fandango (15:1) A potential sleeper pick, but could his problems with his new tag partner... Tyler Breeze (15:1) ...cause an ending for both of these two in the Rumble? We assume they'll have no problem with "every man for himself.' Bad News Barrett (7:1) Even if the Nexus has been splintered by the brand split, there could be some Good News for Barrett- he's still a viable threat to win the Rumble, doubled with his sidekick... Heath Slater (15:1) ...who's veteran ability is more than able to help them both be a threat in the Rumble. Bull Dempsey (5:1) The newest Paul Heyman Guy to succeed has been very dominant on a big scale- and when it's every man for himself, he may be our pick to shock the world. Solomon Crowe (15:1) The head of the Code of Solomon has lost his allies, but when it's every man for himself, he may be able to find his way to a shocker. Charlotte (60:1) Saying anything Paige can do, she can do better- the former Cruiserweight Champion has entered the Royal Rumble to mark the first guaranteed time multiple Divas will enter the match- and with a guaranteed better draw, this could be huge for her. Sami Zayn (15:1) The face of NXT has seen a little bit of adversity when he made it to the big leagues, but a Royal Rumble victory could put him back at the top of the heap- and he has the credentials to pull off a miracle. Titus O'Neil (10:1) The brand new NXT Tag Team Champion is apparently going it alone in the Royal Rumble- but he's just dominant enough so it may not matter. Bo Dallas (10:1) If it's just in Bo-Lief, Bo Dallas could be the favorite to win; people may want to check his bus for who comes with or he'll surround the ring. J.Enterprise (15:1) Last seen taking a vicious attack from his twin brother at TLC- could the broken back or broken heart be more likely to ruin his chances in the Rumble? Finn Balor (4:1) The Irish-born leader of 3 Man Bullet has to be seen as a threat to win it all due to the backup of other Royal entrants... Baron Corbin (10:1), one of the most vicious men in the Rumble, matched only by ally... Luke Gallows (10:1)- but when these three men have to fight, which one gets to be the lead singer at Wrestlemania? Ted DiBiase (7:1) Has the WWE World Heavyweight Champion as an ally; is he keeping his friends closer than his enemy- and would Seth Rollins be both in that instance? Ricky Slate (15:1) The always positive rookie Slate is going for his biggest prize to date, and with the approval of The Rock, that could make him a trendy upset pick. El Torito (60:1) The Cruiserweight Champion is the smallest man in the Royal Rumble, but he's been performing on a high enough level this year he can't be discounted. After all, anything can happen in the WWE...

Raw, January 19. Raw started out with a big celebration of Martin Luther King Jr. Day in America- a big honor for local holidays, even if they forget the writer of this diary's birthday. A card could suffice, you guys, seriously... as Jimmy Uso defended his Intercontinental Championship against one of his toughest challengers, Antonio Cesaro. Whether Cesaro was doing the right move or not was the biggest question to the announcers- as it was claimed that Stephanie McMahon would make Cesaro defend the Intercontinental Title and also fight in the Rumble if he won, while Uso would still be out of the Rumble. This was seen, as Cesaro kept trying to pull out just enough to win, allowing Jimmy Uso more of a chance to fight in the battle. If Uso wasn't in the same league as Cesaro, this was able to keep him in the match more- and the help of Naomi and Big E Langston helped further. A Big Ending from Big E, followed by Big E picking Cesaro up so Uso could hit the top rope Samoan Drop on him, as Jimmy Uso kept his title. Big E Langston took Cesaro, put up a "5!", and then hit the Big Ending again before throwing Cesaro over the top rope as Big E pointed towards the Wrestlemania sign. The Bo-Liever Bus headed down the ramp as Bo Dallas and Shara, flanked by the many Bo-Lievers, as Dallas took the mic. Shara handed out cookies and Bo-Lieve! buttons to the fans as Dallas talked about how this Sunday, 60 people were going to fight for the main event of Wrestlemania in the biggest Royal Rumble ever. But even though there was this much attack, he knew that 59 other men may be a really, really tough challenge, he can make it to Wrestlemania's main event. All he has to do- is BO-LIEVE! Dallas Bo-Lieves so much that he'll challenge anyone who's in the Royal Rumble to come out here and give them a preview of the upcoming matchup...which was a bad move. The crowd saw an unfamiliar theme and video hit, as Shinsuke Nakamura headed down the ramp. The crowd gave a scattered reaction as Shara handed him a cookie and a button, as Dallas put his hand out and said "Hello there- I liked your videos. Do you Bo-Lieve you can win the Royal Rumble too?" Nakamura looked- and while his English may not have been up to snuff, he was able to speak the language of 'strong-style boot to the head', and followed with him firmly showing Dallas his BO-ma Ye. Nakamura posed for the fans as the show went backstage... A week before the tag title match at the Royal Rumble, Matt Hardwick came to the ring in singles action to fight Donny Sparkle of the champs. Before the match, the Returning Kings talked about how this match was a perfect example of everything they've talked about- the Motor City Machine Guns are WWE rookies who just came to the company a few weeks ago, and everyone wants them to be the new WWE Tag Team Champions at the Rumble. They know what it boils down to- they're just two more of those handsome jerks who all the fans wanted to see ahead of two nice guys like them as champions. It's not their fault they have to become kings- they'll destroy them, they'll brutalize them, and then they'll have to accept who's really better for them. It was a heartfelt demand from the champions- so heartfelt that they really should have caught that Hardwick had the loaded doll in his hands and cracked Donny Sparkle with it. Hail Hardwick, Sparkle falls, and the MCMGs had a big win on the verge of their title shot. Hardwick celebrated, as DynamicSensation was furious. He grabbed Hardwick and went for the Kingslayer- but Sheldon Alexander managed to save his partner as another video for Artemis started- finishing with her shooting a poster for the Royal Rumble. Backstage, Seth Rollins was sitting with his head in his hands, as Roman Reigns and Dean Ambrose tried to come to his side. Reigns said that he's letting everything get to him- Cody Rhodes is just trying to get to you- you're letting him win. Ambrose said that this isn't what they do best- they're not going to let someone like Cody Rhodes get to them- what their bond is is stronger than that- and there, Rollins turned to them. Roman Reigns is the 2014 King of the Ring, he has a World Title shot on Sunday. Dean Ambrose has been NXT World Champion- and he can't get anything done. Cody's right about him- he IS the Marty Jannetty of the group. Ambrose said that he's letting Cody win- tonight he has a match with Tyson Kidd, Sunday's the Rumble- in one week it could all change for him and he could be in the main event of Wrestlemania. Rollins tried to shake it off- as he headed to the ring with his former Shield allies for this match with Kidd. Rollins, having his friends give him that kick in the ass, as he started to fight Tyson Kidd- and David Hart Smith and Owen Kidd were not in the same league as Reigns or Ambrose. From how Rollins was acting, it seemed like his recent woes would be over- but Tyson Kidd was more than a match for him, trying to stretch Rollins through the match. Rollins went for a Curb Stomp, but Tyson Kidd got out of the way, then chop blocked Rollins's legs before locking the Dungeon Lock in for the big victory. Kidd celebrated, as Reigns and Ambrose tried to get to Rollins's side as he was more devastated than angry. Paige headed to the ring to talk about the Royal Rumble, talking about how she knows she's got the toughest road to any Royal Rumble in history- but Stephanie McMahon won't stop her. She's getting her hands on Stephanie by any means necessary, and if it means she has to do the impossible, it'll be worth it to see the look on Stephanie McMahon's face when she has to defend her title again. This brought out Zack Ryder, The Big O, and Bianca Ferrari- as Ryder clapped, and said that's all nice, but it's not like she has an easy road in the Rumble. Ryder had some time to think of it, but all the pieces fit. He had the number 60 ball last week and the last spot in the Royal Rumble- and someone stole it from him. If ANYONE in the WWE would steal the ball from him, it would have to be the person who'd need it the most- and who'd need it more than Paige, the person put in the number 1 position in the Rumble? Paige said she didn't do it, as Ryder said she could stop claiming it and give the ball back or they'll take it back from her. Paige protested, as Enzo Amore and Colin Cassady came to the ring as we had a 6-person tag. Ryder fought hard against Amore, who tried to stand up to his former broski but wasn't able to do as much. A quick tag to Colin Cassady followed, as Ryder got clobbered by him, but quickly tagged to The Big O. The Big O tried fighting Cassady, but Cassady was still too much. A tag to Bianca Ferrari followed, and...well, that ended things. Ram-Paige, PTO, and the Broskis lost. Ryder complained, saying "I know you have my ball!" as both Paige and Enzo shook their heads.... In the main event, Cody Rhodes and Ted DiBiase took on Roman Reigns and Goldust. Cody Rhodes talked about how at Wrestlemania, the match everyone's paying to see will take place, as Ted DiBiase will win the Royal Rumble, followed by Cody beating these two and making the match the world is desperate to see. This wasn't a good choice, as Cody and Reigns were starting to attack viciously. Cody fought back, managing to mix between Goldust's old-school assaults and Reigns's high-energy attacks well...and making DiBiase be his tackling dummy if he couldn't. This was a benefit, as the challengers got an attack going on DiBiase. Cody Rhodes left his lackey in the ring- but was right there to get the title belt, sending it to DiBiase. A belt shot, and Roman Reigns went down as Ted DiBiase got the pinfall for the win. Cody Rhodes gave a second belt shot to Goldust, then stood triumphant over the two as Raw ended...

NXT, January 21. NXT began with Drake Wuertz in the ring- and where Wuertz goes, so goes his sweetheart Becky Lynch. This was equally depressing for women's wrestling fans, as she had what could have been a great match with the former Tomoka Nakagawa- except it's Wuertz and Lynch, and since WWE had no plans for her they billed the latter as "Ram Amandeep" instead. The two did put on a surprisingly amazing match together, even with these problems, getting the crowd excited for most of the match- even though it ended the same as most. Roll of quarters shot by Lynch that Wuertz refused to see, and Lynch had a huge victory. Lynch and Wuertz celebrated as the crowd booed, with Amandeep attacking more, leaving the Punk Rock Poser Princess laying. A Royal Rumble qualifier took place between Up in Smoke and Golden Lovers, with it announced that only the winner of the pinfall qualifies for the Rumble. Marijuana Warr and Smokey Don Pipes kept up their surprising teamwork, but the team of Ibushi and Morris Kennedy's experience kept them a step behind the rookie tag team. A Golden Star Plex by Ibushi, and he got the win for his team and a spot in the Royal Rumble. Ibushi celebrated as Kennedy looked, then shook his teammate's hand as he celebrated his Rumble spot. The Cruiserweight Title was on the line, as El Torito defended his belt against newcomer Raj Dhesi. The former Sonjay Dutt was looking to make an impact in his WWE debut, but the indy standout was facing the white-hot power of El Torito. The mini saw a number of problems from Dhesi, exacerbated by Charlotte heading to the ring and complaining that it was unfair she was made to fight a man like El Torito and lose her title belt. The complaint didn't do much- Dhesi tried to get an attack, but Torito hit a Bullicanrana, then twerked over him and hit a standing moonsault to defend his title. El Torito celebrated as Charlotte got in his face. The Canadian Ninjas had a...well, decent squash match against the team of Aerin Hyde and Eve Alexis. The former Eryn and Cousin Cassie, respectively, tried providing great, strong eh who am I kidding, jobber match ahoy. Serena Knox and Jynx Mendez toyed with the two, finally hitting the Funky Cold Medina on them to get an easy victory. Sami Zayn headed to the ring to a huge reaction as the NXT Universe got behind one of the crown jewels of the brand. The easy skanking superstar had a huge challenge to try and get back on his winning ways, and hoped for a good opponent to do that for hi-oh crap it's Alexander Rusev, isn't it? Zayn tried using his incredible offense, trying to teeter Rusev and make an attempt to fight the vicious Russian beast- but Rusev's power was absolute as he punished the man. Accolade, Rusev Crush, Rusev Destroy, Rusev Make Humble as Sami Zayn fell. Rusev kept the hold on Zayn, who tried to keep going afterwards, only to pass out to Rusev's might. OK Revolution and Eros Apollo of Bad Luck headed down the ramp without their leader, trying to make their name on their own (as Tom Phillips mentioned how Jimmy Yang suffered an injury, and should be out for 6-12 months.) The two members headed down the ring- as Grace Harper led her allies in The Good Ship to make an attack...or, well, Harper didn't really want to attack them, trying to get the two to join with them. Harper grinned as the two looked- but Constantine and Frank Griffin attacked them relentlessly before they could. Harper was angry at this change, but smiled as the two attacked and punished them. Stereo powerbombs by both men on the Bad Luck members followed, as they got an easy punishment. Harper handed both people her card, then hugged her two clients, then put her hands out afterwards. The two glared, then put her on their shoulders as they headed backstage... The new tag team of Fandango and Tyler Breeze had a big match, taking on No Limit. Bak Bak and Yu Arafuka didn't have nearly the same track record in WWE that their opponents did, but what they did have was the two guys could actually coexist with each other in any form besides Fandangirl's claims. Indeed, it looked for much of the match like the two could put on a shocker against their opponents. However, the talent there was enough to get both guys into the match. A Supermodel Kick by Breeze on Bak was followed up by a diving legdrop by Fandango, as the two got a big win. Fandangirl raised each person's hands, as Breeze and Fandango argued with each other, Fandangirl trying to keep the peace. Two groups in NXT on the verge of a coming out party at the Royal Rumble converged, as the Divas of the Famous Monsters, Selina Kitt, had a huge match up against JL McKay. Before the match, Eva Marie headed to the ring and announced that a match this big needed a proper referee by order of Stephanie McMahon- as Drake Wuertz came to the ring and attacked. Wuertz was clearly trying to give McKay a worse time than Kitt, but the experience factor led McKay to easily take out Kitt with a series of big attacks. However, Emma and Sheila at her side led to a big problem, as the Famous Monsters were more than willing to interfere. However, even a group of evil horror movie monsters have some sense of honor, as they focused their assault on Wuertz. Clothesline by Gronda, Ka-Boom by Lenn Napier, and Shooting Star Press by Mephistopheles the Clown, and Wuertz was not a problem. McKay hit the Boyfriend Stealer on Kitt, getting the win- but Eva Marie was right there to say there was clear attacks on the referee- meaning she had to reverse the decision. Both sides were unhappy with this, as Eva Marie said "Sorry, this is Stephanie's orders..." as she smirked and walked off. The NXT Tag Team Championships were on the line, as Rodman's Second-World Tourmates Titus O'Neil and Homicide defended the titles against The New Day. Before the match, O'Neil and Homicide claimed that AC Halliburton and Arquimedes Caminero didn't deserve a shot for being not 'true' role models to the cause- and demanded they join them or admit they are part of the problem. This was met by Halliburton and Caminero considering the viewpoint of these men- and by that, I mean they double-dropkicked both guys and attacked relentlessly. The speed and the initiative gave the New Day a big advantage, and it looked like they could pull off an upset- but the champs were able to get back in the match. Clash of the Titus by O'Neil, and the champs retained the titles. In a Royal Rumble Qualifying match, Bennett Kanellis took on Carter Ford. The Prodigy and the Man Scout hadn't had a lot of big chances, so one of the two getting a dream shot like this could have been the jumpstart to their career they needed. Ford took the advantage, punishing Kanellis with a series of big moves and going for the kill. A Manning Line nearly did it, but Kanellis kicked out at 2.9999. He then took an advantage, punishing Ford and nearly getting an attack. Ford fought back, but just before he could get through- the crowd at NXT cheered as Maria showed up- then clocked Ford from behind. Kanellis locked the Anaconda Vice in to punch his ticket to the Royal Rumble. The two celebrated in the ring over Ford's beaten body as the show went backstage, where Daniel Bryan was getting ready for the main event. In the main event, we had eight man tag team action, as Bray Wyatt, Luke Harper, Dylan Vachon, and Quentin Marsh took on Daniel Bryan, Jack Swagger, Hideo Itami, and Dean Ambrose. ...yeah, saying the teams instead of the Wyatt Family may have possibly meant this was a little lopsided. Tell that to Quentin Marsh, as he got clobbered by all four of the heroes. Marsh tried tagging in to Dylan Vachon, who got slightly less of a problem, then Luke Harper as it was easier still, and Harper and Wyatt even took an advantage. Indeed, Bray Wyatt nearly went for the kill, getting a Sister Abigail on Dean Ambrose...which nearly came through, as a series of ghostly words on the Tron said "I hear you, honeychile- I always been here watching you..." . As the words showed up, Bray Wyatt dropped to his knees, screaming "SISTER! SISTER!", as Hideo Itami kicked him in the head and got a pin on the champion before their big match at the Royal Rumble. Hideo Itami celebrated as the words vanished, with the Wyatt Family looking towards their leader, still saying "Sister! Sister!" as the show ended...

Smackdown, January 23. The show started up as the...well, Three Broskis headed to the ring. Zack Ryder said he's finally fed up and he demands satisfaction- two weeks ago, he won the number 60 spot in a match, and someone on the roster stole his ball that got him that spot. Ryder earned that position, and he wants it officially given back to him- and he and the Broskis are going to do what got other people their spot- the Broskis will Occupy Smackdown until Zack Ryder gets his number 60 ball back. We're about to have the world's biggest Fist Pump for his number 60 position, bro! Ryder demanded some real music a broski would want start playing- as Justin Bieber music hit to the crowd's boos. Ryder, The Big O, and Bianca Ferrari fist-pumped to the crowd- only for Stephanie McMahon to get a "lesser of two evils" cheer as she came to the ring and stopped it. Stephanie said that she didn't think Ryder understood- he earned the BALL, but the ball determines number 60. If he doesn't have the ball...well, he may not be in the Royal Rumble at all. Ryder gave an "Are you SERIOUS, bro?", as Stephanie said "I am serious- and don't call me bro." Ryder claimed he earned his shot and demanded his spot in the Rumble back- as Stephanie said that if that's it...she'll do something for them. Tonight, Zack Ryder will fight in a Royal Rumble qualifier- the winner will receive the next highest spot, number 59- and the loser is out of the Rumble, period. Backstage, Goldust and Seth Rollins were talking about an upcoming match with Legacy. Goldust tried to hype up Seth Rollins, only to have Rollins pull out of the match, claiming he's not good enough to fight alongside Goldust- he'd be better off with a partner who'd give him a chance to win. Goldust tried saying the same thing the Shield said to him on Raw, but Rollins said "no, it's clear. I'm just the Jannetty. Find someone with a chance at beating Cody or Ted." Goldust shook his head, saying the match was next- as we were left with Goldust finding the best teammate he could find on short notice, Ricky Slate. To his benefit, Slate actually looked relatively good against the Legacy members, holding his own very well as he tried to give the champ and his lackey all he could in the chance of a lifetime. Bottom Rung was hit on Rhodes, and a 2.9999 on the champion nearly gave him a shocker. Cody Rhodes took the advantage, however, and attacked. Cross Rhodes on Slate, and Legacy got the victory. Legacy tried fighting back on him, but Goldust made the save, then shook Slate's hand and raised it to the crowd. The 2014 King of the Ring, Roman Reigns, was in action yet another time before the Royal Rumble, taking on Big E Langston. Langston kept fighting Reigns and getting slowly but surely better against the Big Dog of the Shield, using a series of power attacks- well, and the help of Jimmy Uso and Naomi- to get an advantage. Indeed, on a perfect time, this would be a match where Big E would finally make it over the hump and win the big one against Reigns. Unfortunately, Naomi's attacks on Reigns were strong enough- but just before a Rear View could lead to something, a shot of the woods changed over. An arrow was shot right to the screen as the fans were unsure- as Artemis made her debut in a big way. The former April Hunter attacked Naomi, hitting a Center Fold on her and taking her out of the match. Roman Reigns could take it from there- Spear, Superman Punch, and another win for Reigns. Reigns celebrated, shaking hands with Artemis as she posed for the crowd... Divas' tag team action was seen, as Eva Marie and Nikki Bella took on the team of Paige and Bayley. The faces' work together in recent weeks as good friends easily gave them the advantage, punishing the two heels with a series of nice moves. Paige was more than willing to lay all of her frustrations on the boss into Stephanie's lackey, while Bayley introduced Nikki Bella to Hug City. However, it was this mismatch that led to the heels getting back into it, as Nikki Bella's experience led her to start attacking Bayley well. Eva Marie tried staying out of the match as Nikki went for the kill, getting the Rack Attack on Bayley for the big victory. After the match, Nikki Bella kept up the attack as Paige tried to stop her, only to have Eva Marie lock a full nelson on Paige and make her watch...but then, the screen went weird- and the crowd cheered when a familiar voice said "...I'm Back, bitches..." The crowd's reaction went bigger as Kharma headed out to the ring, with Nikki Bella looking like she'd seen a ghost. Nikki rushed through the crowd to try and get away from her old foe. Eva Marie thought that she was safe from the assault...but an Implant Buster made it clear no. No she's not. Kharma helped Bayley up, then hugged her as the crowd cheered. In tag team action, the number one contender Motor City Machine Guns took on Luke Gallows and Anderson Duke of 3 Man Bullet. The team of 3 Man Bullet had the distinct advantage in numbers, with Baron Corbin and Finn Balor right there to assault with their attacks while Ariel was right there to assault with her feminine wiles (which may not have actually been a problem for the Guns.) The MCMGs tried to fight through each of the attacks, but the brutality of Gallows and Duke would be too much for any team even if they were alone. Quick tags and incredible double team moves managed to get the Guns back in the match- and a Shellshock by Sheldon Alexander got the victory for the team. The Motor City Machine Guns celebrated- if they can do that Sunday, we could be looking at the new Tag Team Champions. In the main event, Zack Ryder waited for his opponent in his new qualifying match, who turned out to be Dean Ambrose. The Lunatic Fringe was unexpected by Ryder, as he started punishing him with whatever he had that came to mind. Ryder tried fighting back, but Ambrose's unpredictability and Ryder's...decided predictability- kept a problem going. Ryder, to his benefit, had his allies there, and a few good shots by The Big O got Ryder back into the match. However, you mess with one Shield member, you mess with them all, as Roman Reigns and Seth Rollins were right there to help Ambrose in his attempt to get in the Rumble. Reigns went for a spear on The Big O, taking him out of the match- while Seth Rollins grabbed Roman Reigns's scepter and went for an attack on Ryder. However, Ryder got out of the way, and Rollins cracked Dean Ambrose in the back with it, sending him down. Broski Boot followed, and Zack Ryder qualified firmly at number 59. After the match, Ambrose glared at Rollins, saying over the house mic "Was that REALLY an accident?" as Rollins said "It was, I swear!" as the show ended...

ROYAL RUMBLE, January 25. The Royal Rumble Pre-Show, available on the WWE Network for just $9.99!, started up with one of the final two Royal Rumble Qualifiers. The vicious Alexander Rusev came to the ring alongside the Ravishing Russian, Lana, their close friend Dennis Rodman, and Rodman's new clients, NXT Tag Team Champions Titus O'Neil and Miguel Khalifa, as they were in full force to give the Bulgarian-turned-Russian bruiser a shot at the main event of Wrestlemania. Rusev waited in the ring- as the crowd cheered more as Jack Swagger headed down to the ring to the crowd's chants of "WE THE PEOPLE!" (mixed with more...Philadelphia-friendly chants against Lana or the very concept of Dennis Rodman in a WWE ring.). Rusev attacked Swagger from the beginning, punishing his longtime rival with a series of vicious assaults. However, despite this, Swagger kept telegraphing most of Rusev's attacks, trying to use a string of arm attacks to hopefully weaken them before he could go for the Accolade. Rusev tried fighting back on Swagger's assault, but Swagger refused to divert from the gameplan, which took the less experienced Russian to a huge disadvantage. Swagger kept fighting, punishing Rusev with some attacks- but his best-laid plans were hindered as Swagger tried for the Gutwrench Powerbomb and couldn't lift Rusev up. Swagger tried to go for Rusev's legs, but Rusev kept kicking at Swagger as he tried, showing his kicks were as tough as his punches. Swagger kept trying to grab one of Rusev's massive legs, finally grabbing one and hitting a Dragon Screw, then locking in the Patriot Act. Rusev easily fought his way to the ropes, as Swagger pulled Rusev off the ropes and kept it on. Rusev was not pleased, swinging his leg around to take Swagger down. Rusev punished Swagger, then locked in the Accolade. Swagger tried to fight out of it- but passed out- Rusev Crush, Rusev Destroy, Rusev make Humble, Rusev enters the Royal Rumble. As the actual Rumble PPV started, we had one of the biggest matches on the card, as Daniel Bryan and Randy Orton squared off with everything on the line- both NXT's ownership and Daniel Bryan getting all the opportunities in the ring he had wanted. Bryan headed to the ring with his fellow owners Shawn Michaels, Ric Flair, and Dennis Haskins, while Triple H was at the side of Orton. Orton started an attack, going for an immediate RKO to try and weaken Bryan's neck as much as possible from the first moment- but Bryan was able to easily reverse it. Bryan used a series of big kicks to try and chop down Orton, but Orton could telegraph all of Bryan's tricks as well as Bryan could telegraph all of his. Orton took an advantage, punishing Bryan with his series of chinlocks and restholds (as JBL and Chris Jericho talked about how he was using them to try and break Bryan's neck.) Bryan tried working to power out of the holds, then tried to keep attacking Orton with some big moves. Orton had a series of big blows to get him down as Bryan went for the Knee Plus, but Orton took a powder and met with Triple H- and we had a flying goat on the two of them as they both tumbled. Bryan tried shaking his head, then got back in the ring, as Orton tried following and Bryan was able to take an advantage. Bryan got Orton down, then locked in the YES! Lock, as Orton made his way to the ropes. Orton was dazed, but threw Bryan to the outside as Triple H made the attack. Triple H hit the Pedigree on Bryan on the outside and tried rolling Bryan in, but Ric Flair and Shawn Michaels attacked Triple H on the outside. Orton tried for the punt, but Bryan was able to get out of the way. Bryan tried fighting back on Orton as he went for the RKO, reversing his attack into a YES! Lock. Orton struggled, but finally tapped as the crowd went wild- Daniel Bryan got a future WWE World Heavyweight Championship opportunity, as well as his place in the Royal Rumble. Bryan celebrated- as Triple H tried to attack Bryan. A second Pedigree attack nearly happened, but Shawn Michaels hit Sweet Chin Music on Triple H, before Ric Flair locked the Figure Four Leglock in on him. Triple H tapped as Shawn and Bryan chanted YES! for the crowd. The Motor City Machine Guns had their date with destiny, going for the WWE Tag Team Championships against The Returning Kings. The MCMGs seemed to have the champions' number, and their far better teamwork had managed to dazzle DynamicSensation and Donny Sparkle and manage to put them in a bad road. However, the Kings had a firm power advantage against the Guns, using that to punish Matt Hardwick and Sheldon Alexander throughout. The Kings took the advantage, as Donny Sparkle hit the Sonic Rainboom on Matt Hardwick, who kicked out at 2.999. Sparkle tried fighting as Hardwick kept trying to fight back, forcing DynamicSensation in. He took an advantage on Hardwick, fighting throughout. Happening follows, as Hardwick kicks out at 2.99999 this time, and the champs were in shock. Hardwick made the hot tag to Alexander, who started attacking the champs. A series of assaults occurred, as they punished the champions with relentless moves. Shellshock is hit, and DynamicSensation kicked out at 2.999- and now there was no more Mr."Nice Guy" from the champions. DynamicSensation signalled- and from there Matt Hardwick rushed to the other side of the apron, where Donny Sparkle met with him. Hardwick kicked Sparkle off the ropes and stole the loaded doll as DynamicSensation grabbed Sheldon Alexander and put him on his shoulders for the Kingslayer. Hardwick couldn't stop it- so he moved in and put the doll on DynamicSensation's knee in a vain attempt to put any semblance of a cushion on his partner's spine as the Kingslayer was hit. The three-count was academic as the champions retained their belts. The Returning Kings grabbed their titles and celebrated as Matt Hardwick checked on his partner- as Sheldon Alexander stood up and shook it off. The Motor City Machine Guns wouldn't walk away with the titles- but they got an equally big win- by Hardwick's quick thinking, Sheldon Alexander became the first man to take the Kingslayer and live to tell the tale. The WWE Intercontinental Championship had a big title defense, as Jimmy Uso and his wife Naomi headed down to the ring to defend his title against Colin Cassady. Both sides had a slightly smaller attack than normal- both Enzo Amore and Big E Langston didn't join their ally to focus on the Royal Rumble match later that night. Even with this slight disadvantage, Naomi was right there to give an advantage to Uso, which was very useful since Cassady had a big size advantage on Uso (at last check, Cassady was seven foot tall, and sources tell me you can't teach dat.) Cassady, however, had a big advantage due to being too tall for Uso to use most of his big moves on him, as any superkick party by Jimmy Uso ended up being a stomach punch- or kick, as the case may be- on Big Cass. Uso tried to get a Samoan Drop on Cassady, but couldn't lift him- and woe be him trying to get a top rope Samoan Drop on Cassady. Cassady tried taking the advantage with a chokeslam, but Jimmy Uso managed to kick Cassady in the face while he was up, turning a near loss into a 2.999. Uso tried striking back as Naomi tried getting her husband the title. Uso went up to the top rope, then threw the title belt at Cassady. Cassady caught it, then Uso hit a missile dropkick on Cassady, sending the title belt into Cassady's face for the three count. Jimmy Uso celebrated as Colin Cassady was furious... The NXT World Championship was on the line, as NXT owner Hideo Itami went to become the brand's champion as well against Bray Wyatt. With Quentin Marsh the only member of the fearsome Wyatt Family to join Wyatt in the match, it seemed like this might be the night Itami did it- and this was even more likely as the New Face of Fear told Marsh to watch at the ramp, in hopes his lost Sister Abigail would finally come back. Wyatt, as a result, didn't have his entire head into the match, and this led Itami to try to kick some sense back into Wyatt. Many, many times, with a series of vicious kicks. None of these managed to change much, as even a Bray Wyatt at 50% is more fearsome and brutal than most WWE superstars at 100%. Wyatt tried to fight back, punishing Itami with vicious moves- but Itami was able to use his style of kick to keep Wyatt at bay. The screen changed over and went weird, as the screen changed to say "I'm here, honeychild...I'm here..." as Quentin Marsh, seeing his point, went backstage. This distracted Wyatt, who ended up being grabbed by Itami and put on his shoulders- but when it stopped, Wyatt's wrath got his feet down before the GTS, then when he was grounded, Wyatt hit the Sister Abigail on Itami. Itami tried kicking out at 2.999, but Wyatt was more ruthless, hitting a second, then a third Sister Abigail on Itami to get the win and retain his title. Bray Wyatt celebrated- as Quentin Marsh was on the video, seeing a person in a long black dress and a full long black shawl, a little long hair barely peeking out from underneath. Bray Wyatt screamed "SISTER!", then rushed backstage, only for the person to get away from Marsh and duck into some door. The NXT Women's Championship was on the line, as NXT Women's Champion Emma, her close friend and NXT's Superstar of the Year JL McKay, and their bodyguard Sheila headed to the ring in their attempt to liberate the WWE's Divas' Title. Charlotte and Eva Marie headed out to the ring- but Eva Marie announced that, by order of Stephanie McMahon, there was some changes to the form. First off, a Guest Ring Announcer was announced, as Becky Lynch headed down the ramp. A guest Medical Trainer was announced, as Sara Amato headed down the ramp- followed by a Guest Trainer was added, as Molly Holly took the other side of the ramp. Two guest timekeepers were added, as the Canadian Ninjas headed down the ramp. A lumberjill stipulation was added to make sure it was fair to all involved- as Ariel, Bianca Ferrari, Naomi, Nikki Bella, and Shara headed down the ramp. Finally, in order to be fair to both teams, there would be a WWE and an NXT referee for this match- as Drake Wuertz and Stephanie McMahon headed down the ramp together. With the match almost impossible to match, Emma and JL McKay nodded, then said "Sheila, KILL!", pointing to Stephanie McMahon, who tasted a Hell Bound and was thrown to the outside. In the ring, the NXT stars were more than able to handle the Divas' Championship Committee- moreso since Charlotte wouldn't tag in Eva Marie, trying to save her strength for the Royal Rumble she had already thrown her hat into later that night. This led to some serious double-team attacks on the Total Divas' star, which were countered by the fact that if Eva Marie couldn't wrestle as well as Emma or McKay could, she could still do an Irish whip and send the two to the outside and let people who COULD wrestle beat them to a bloody pulp. This quickly became a large part of Eva Marie's moveset, as she punished the two with a series of vicious assaults. Drake Wuertz tried counting quickly, only to stop at 9 each time, remembering the title doesn't change hands on a countout. This was tied further as Stephanie McMahon came to, but refused to disqualify the opponents for these attacks. She could look the other way for the beatdown by the lumberjills and guests at ringside, though, and finally Emma got thrown in like it was nothing, as Charlotte easily hit Bow Down to the Queen on Emma, then covered her for the win to become the new NXT Women's Champion- and forcing Emma, JL McKay, and Sheila into the Divas' Championship Committee. Charlotte held up the title, then looked towards Stephanie McMahon, who said "we'll handle this tomorrow..." as Charlotte took her title and left the ring. The WWE World Heavyweight Championship was on the line- brother, brother, and king were going at it. Goldust headed to the ring to try and make his hunt for his second WWE World Heavyweight Championship far quicker than his first one, followed by 2014 King of the Ring Roman Reigns heading to the ring for his chance at immortality. This led to Cody Rhodes heading to the ring with his title- and Goldust couldn't be stopped as he tore into his brother right on the ramp, punishing him with a series of moves. Cody countered with a belt shot, then went to the Spanish announce table and cleared it out before trying to put his brother through it. Goldust countered, then sent Cody into the steel steps as Reigns stayed in the ring waiting for his opponents to make it to him, letting the two of them tear into each other. The two finally fought their way into the ring, allowing Reigns to start to make some attacks. Reigns picked his spots, throwing his Superman Punches or Spears at each man in an attempt to keep them weakened. This was no problem for Goldust, as his anger at his little brother was willing to blind him to Reigns's assault, but Rhodes saw the risk the Big Dog had to his title and started throwing some attacks at him. Reigns and Goldust attacked the champion, punishing him with a double-ended assault and brutalizing him. Goldust set Cody up for a Shattered Dreams, then Roman Reigns hit the Spear on him right to the middle before Goldust finished with the move. Cody slumped as Reigns went for a pin- and then, Goldust caught on as he and Reigns started to attack each other. Goldust tried slowing down the pace against Reigns, as Reigns tried to punish him with vicious moves. Reigns went for the attack, as Goldust kept up the slowdown, trying to make the young standout make some mistakes. Goldust tried for the Final Cut and made the cover- but Cody Rhodes broke the pinfall to save his title. Cody took the fight to Goldust again, keeping a series of varied moves to keep him out of the picture. Goldust went for another Final Cut, but Cody got out and hit the Cross Rhodes. Cody went for the kill and a Disaster Kick- but Roman Reigns hit a Superman Punch on Cody and sent him to the outside through the Spanish Announce Table. With the champion virtually out of it- it was down to Goldust and Reigns- and Goldust was already on Dream Street. Superman Punch to Goldust, Spear- and when the smoke cleared, King of the Ring Roman Reigns was with a crown. Dean Ambrose and Seth Rollins headed out to the ring as Roman Reigns celebrated his new WWE World Heavyweight Title. His former Shield brethren looked at each other, after the problems they had on Smackdown- then Seth Rollins put his fist out. Roman Reigns and Dean Ambrose smiled and put theirs out in turn, finally with one Shield member putting Reigns's new WWE World Heavyweight Championship over the three's hands as a stream of pyro started- and a video for the Royal Rumble started up... After the break, a video for Royal Rumble statistics started up, before JoJo Offerman announced the Royal Rumble match. JoJo waited for the person who was assigned number 1, even though the fans knew...
NUMBER ONE: PAIGE The crowd gave a big cheer as Paige headed to the ring, the fact that she was forced into the number one position by Stephanie McMahon hiding the fact of how big a deal going number one was. Paige waited for her opponent as JoJo announced the person who drew number two...
NUMBER TWO: LUKE HARPER
Luke Harper headed into the ring, as Paige backed away from the Wyatt Family's most loyal subject and the Royal Rumble began. Paige tried keeping away, not knowing what Luke Harper was capable of and trying to keep as much distance from the monster as possible. This was a weakness since Harper was just as fast as she was, but was weakened as Harper tried to make clobbering blows and grabbing her. Paige kept one eye on the timer as the longest minute of her life ticked down, waiting, hoping that there would be some person to take her side and help her against a person like Harper before he could catch her. The clock ticked down from 10 as the crowd counted, Paige counting herself as she waited for number three to enter the ring...
NUMBER THREE: SCOTT DAWSON
Paige's luck paid off, as the American Outlaw Scott Dawson was right there to help attack Luke Harper. Dawson tore into Harper, giving Paige a chance to rest as Dawson kept peppering Harper with rights and lefts. Dawson and Harper kept attacking, neither one really giving the other one any leeway. Dawson made the big man move further, closer to the ropes as he nearly went for the kill, just as the clock ticked down...
NUMBER FOUR: DYLAN VACHON
Once the second member of the Wyatt Family to enter the fray joined in, things looked far worse for the two. Harper and Vachon had their fresh meat, ignoring the second person as Scott Dawson tried taking the fight to both of them. This was a very noble move by the American Outlaw, but also a very stupid move, as the two Wyatt Family members decimated him throughout the match. Finally, as if to say it was boring now, Harper and Vachon easily put him out of his misery and got the first kill.
With ten seconds left, the Wyatt Family members turned their attack on Paige, who looked terrified as the clock ticked down, hoping for some salvation...
NUMBER FIVE: THE WARLORD The crowd groaned as Paige looked despondent, as The Warlord came to the ring as the picture in picture showed The Warlord's 2 second elimination in the 1989 Royal Rumble- as The Warlord headed into the ring and attacked The Wyatt Family, only to taste an Asiatic Spike from Dylan Vachon as Luke Harper easily sent him packing.
ELIMINATION TWO: LUKE HARPER ELIMINATES THE WARLORD (time in Rumble: 0:10)
Chris Jericho gloated "At least he lasted five times longer this time!" as The Warlord left, and Paige was in the same boat as she was alone with Dylan Vachon and Luke Harper. Seeing the two Wyatt Family members and knowing she hadn't got a prayer of fighting them, and not knowing what they'd do to her, she looked towards the two monstrous cult members. Shrugging and knowing it was her only chance to survive, she looked, shook her head, then laid a big kiss on Dylan Vachon right in front of Luke Harper, hoping for the best as it happened. By what could be seen as her own miracle- it worked like a charm, as Luke Harper looked towards it and Dylan Vachon smiled, and then Vachon and Harper fought it out, allowing Paige a chance to sit back and watch as they weakened each other up. The brawl went on for the rest of the minute as the clock ticked down for the next entrant:
NUMBER SIX: SETH ROLLINS
Paige smiled like she just hit the Jackpot as the Architect of The Shield, himself with arguably the most to prove in the Royal Rumble, was a house afire against The Wyatt Family. Embiggened by the help of Rollins, the two started attacking- focusing on the slightly smaller man in Vachon. The two attacked, then Rollins sent Vachon out with a big clothesline as the crowd gave a big cheer.
With the advantage finally against Luke Harper, the 2-on-1 attack of the two alternative NXT standouts was starting to get to Harper- Rollins being able to go toe to toe with the insane Wyatt Family member, as Paige tried cracking Harper with kicks to chop the big man down to size. A sweep of the leg helped do that as Rollins cracked Harper with a vicious Curb Stomp, but Harper was too big for the two to lift up and send over. Rollins tried moving Harper, as the clock ticked down and some more backup came in...
NUMBER SEVEN: BENNETT KANELLIS
NXT's Self-Proclaimed Prodigy made his way into the fray, trying to keep himself out of the mix, watching Rollins and Paige struggle with Harper. Kanellis tried finding which side he wanted to team with, looking for the best way to keep himself protected and finally causing a three-on-one with Paige and Rollins, punishing Harper. Harper kept fighting his own way back into the match as the clock went downwards...
NUMBER EIGHT: BULL DEMPSEY If there was a big risk for everyone in the ring, then this happened right as Bull Dempsey, Paul Heyman's newest Guy, entered the ring. Dempsey instantly made his impression felt, grabbing Bennett Kanellis and sending him out of the ring.
Making his presence felt immediately, Dempsey attacked Rollins, leaving Paige alone to try and stay away from the Wyatt Family's most fearsome follower. Harper stalked Paige, as she looked terrified and tried to help Rollins with his attack. After this, Harper and Dempsey teamed up against Rollins and Paige, punishing the two of them. Seth Rollins attacked Luke Harper, giving Paige the...barely easier task of trying to deal with the Mastodon Bull Dempsey. Neither one was a really attractive option, but Paige was more than able to take on the more...sane...Dempsey than Harper. On the other half of the ring, Rollins learned the pains of chivalry as Luke Harper punished him with crippling blows. Bull Dempsey took an advantage, punishing Paige with vicious power moves. As this went on, Rollins and Harper traded brutal assaults on each other. Losing his advantage, Harper started to attack with a more reckless abandon on Rollins. Likewise, Dempsey started to punish Paige with a vicious assault, as Paige tried to fight back. Seeing no other options, it was all the heroes could do to wait for the clock to tick down and send another wrestler into the ring.
NUMBER NINE: SOLOMON CROWE Seth Rollins and Paige had to be excited as the head of the Code of Solomon headed down the ramp, giving the more alternative people a three on two advantage over the monsters. Luke Harper and Bull Dempsey were more than a match for these people, as they each punished. Paige was able to take a slight rest, as Crowe and Rollins punished the monsters of Dempsey and Harper with vicious assaults and brutalizing the two. Harper and Dempsey fought back on the two, as Paige jumped back in the fray and punishing Dempsey alongside Crowe. The two waited and fought as the clock went downwards...
NUMBER TEN: JOHN BRADSHAW LAYFIELD
The crowd gave a scattered cheer as JBL stood up from the announce table and headed into the ring- right into a Luke Harper discus clothesline. This was a big sign to see who the dominant force is...but in retrospect, it was probably Mistake number 1 for Luke Harper. Where JBL would have normally been on the side of Harper and Dempsey- now, Harper pissed off JBL- and one of the most dangerous things in wrestling is a pissed-off Texas cowboy-turned-Satanic follower-turned-hired-gun-turned-Man From Texas-turned Wall Street analyst- turned-color commentator. JBL joined Paige, Crowe, and Rollins as they attacked- then all nodded. Paige and Crowe double Irish whipped Luke Harper into the ropes, as Seth Rollins went for it- then a JBL Clothesline from Hell connected with Harper. Harper teetered, only for Solomon Crowe to go downwards with a chop block while Paige went upwards with a dropkick. A Crowe-assisted Poetry In Motion finished it off as Luke Harper was eliminated, then Rollins landed on the apron, ducked a return attack by Bull Dempsey, and got back in the ring.
Seeing this very rare show of justice- Solomon Crowe shook hands with JBL- who replaced it with an old fashioned eye rake as he began attacking Crowe. Paige and Rollins tried doubleteaming Bull Dempsey as the clock ticked down...

NUMBER ELEVEN: SHEAMUS
As Sheamus headed into the match, he tried to make a beeline towards the iron woman- but thought better of himself, then instead Brogue Kicked Solomon Crowe out of the ring with authority.
Seeing Sheamus take his elimination, JBL started attacking Sheamus- which proved his brains didn't just leave from Vince McMahon's orders on the announce table, JBL just merely went and lost his damn mind. Paige and Seth Rollins kept double-teaming Bull Dempsey as JBL and Sheamus had a battle of mastodons- or, one current mastodon and one former mastodon. The "former" thing had also been very useful, as after Sheamus easily took advantage, JBL was also a Former entrant in the Royal Rumble.
With a great start, Sheamus started to move in to help Bull Dempsey on the other two entrants, as the clock ticked down for the next entrant...
NUMBER TWELVE: IBUSHI The NXT tag team standout Ibushi entered the fray, giving Paige and Rollins a third man to give an ever-so-slight advantage against the power of Bull Dempsey and Sheamus. The emphasis, however, was slight, as a duo like Dempsey and Sheamus would be a formidable match for any unit. However, with the three on two advantage, they could keep a little bit of fight going, while also allowing a little defense to keep Paige from faltering too much against their might. If nothing else, this three-on-two attack kept them all valid for most of the minute as the clock counted down for another competitor, as the crowd waited...
The crowd was confused by a weird song going, only to give a mix of "WTF?" or "Woop Woops" for the next one...
NUMBER THIRTEEN: VIOLENT J
The Insane Clown Posse member headed down to the ramp, rapping his new song all the way before going to the ring. Violent J had vaguely had some semblance of wrestling experience- or whatever you'd call JCW at least- but what his real benefit was was on the microphone. ...not from his rap skills, the Insane Clown Posse are not fit for children and other living things, but rather the fact he actually brought a microphone to the ring, allowing him to crack Sheamus and Bull Dempsey with the microphone. This helped stem the tide for the ICP...but once Sheamus and Bull Dempsey were attacked, Violent J yelled 'Swerve!' and used it to clock Ibushi on the side. The downed monsters were enough as Paige locked a Sharpshooter on Bull Dempsey, not even trying to hook the arms to complete the PTO, as Seth Rollins began kicking at Sheamus's legs while he was down, as Ibushi took the advantage on the rapper once the clock started ticking down...
...as the same music hit once again to the same mixed reaction.
NUMBER FOURTEEN: SHAGGY 2 DOPE The unification of both Insane Clown Posse members was too much for any one NXT developmental AAAA-player talent to overcome, as Ibushi was quickly overtaken by the two.
Seeing their triumph, The Insane Clown Posse did the only thing that could piss off more people than them eliminating a widely-regarded prospect: Rapping. Their song kept playing, as Ibushi threw a temper tantrum outside the ring. Ibushi attacked, finally looking underneath the ring- and finding what he had looked for. He threw them to Seth Rollins and Paige, as each one dropped their submission hold and grabbed one, then locked an armlock on each ICP member, then showed that each person had one...as the two were stuck together, and...yes, yes I'm doing this. Whatever, everyone already thinks I'm insane, I already put the bloody ICP in my Royal Rumble, in for a penny, in for a pound, and this is a Reflecto diary so you're DAMN RIGHT they get eliminated by magnets. Double Irish Whip sends both people out and we can get on with it.
Paige and Seth Rollins shook hands- as Sheamus and Bull Dempsey had cleared some cobwebs out, and they did not look too happy as the clock ticked down...
NUMBER FIFTEEN: FINN BALOR
Finn Balor headed down the ramp, as he and Sheamus were on a collision course for each other. The two Irish superstars tore into each other relentlessly, allowing Seth Rollins and Bull Dempsey to tear into each other. Sheamus got in between Paige and Finn Balor, saying "CHOOSE!"...which was his biggest mistake, as Paige easily chose to help Balor, as the two sent Sheamus out of the match.
ELIMINATION ELEVEN: FINN BALOR AND PAIGE ELIMINATE SHEAMUS (time in Rumble: 4:32)
With this following the group attacked Bull Dempsey. Dempsey, however, was more than dominant, trying to play Rollins and Balor off of each other, as Paige tried to take a rest on the back. The two dominated Dempsey, allowing a little time of respite as the clock ticked down on the next entrant...
NUMBER SIXTEEN: BIG E LANGSTON
The powerhouse Big E entered the fray, and suddenly there was more of a mixture as Seth Rollins, Paige, and surprisingly Finn Balor tried to keep the attack going on Bull Dempsey and Big E. This addition of Big E's power helped the attack go through, as Bull was starting to waver, losing a bit of the power to the three-person might he was using. Big E punished Balor, as Paige and Seth Rollins kept chopping down Dempsey as much as possible. As the clock ticked down, Big E got a Big Ending on Finn Balor, then slapped the mat five times for a non-countable pin just to twist the knife as the clock ticked down for the next entrant...
Current timing: Paige 15:00, Seth Rollins 10:00, Bull Dempsey 9:00, Finn Balor 2:00, Big E Langston 1:00 Eliminations in Rumble: Seth Rollins 3, Paige 2, Bull Dempsey 1, Finn Balor 1
NUMBER SEVENTEEN: HEATH SLATER
...as Heath Slater walked to the ring and got on the apron. Slater tried jumping over the top rope to enter the ring- but as he got over the rope, Big E Langston grabbed him and powerbombed him back over the top rope. "...THANKS FOR COMING, HEATH SLATER!" "...I...I'm in shock- does that count?" "The rulebook says the clock doesn't start for an entrant until their feet touch inside the ring- but Slater was just thrown over the top rope...I think he just broke Santino Marella's unbreakable record and made it impossible to break!" Heath Slater complained at the outside, saying "I didn't get in the ring..." but the clock was there...
ELIMINATION TWELVE: BIG E LANGSTON ELIMINATES HEATH SLATER (time in Rumble- 0:00)
In the ring as this went on, Bull Dempsey tried getting the fight, but he ended up slumped at the ropes, and this was not the right place to be- a double dropkick by Rollins and Paige sent the big man home.
ELIMINATION THIRTEEN: SETH ROLLINS AND PAIGE ELIMINATE BULL DEMPSEY (time in Rumble- 9:25, 1 elimination)
With the elimination set, Paige and Rollins took the attack as Big E Langston tried fighting the two. Finn Balor got back up, and started attacking on their side. The three tried to stop Big E from going on a run as the clock ticked down for the next entrant...
NUMBER EIGHTEEN: ROAD WARRIOR ANIMAL
The crowd gave a big cheer as WWE Hall of Famer Animal of the Legion of Doom headed down to the ring. Animal turned back the clock and gave a vicious clothesline to Seth Rollins, punishing him as Finn Balor and Paige tried to stem the tide of Big E Langston. This was quickly followed up for them as Animal attacked Big E Langston with another big clothesline, getting the big man reeling. Animal was in control in the Rumble and punishing everyone. However, it was also his undoing, as Animal went for a clothesline on Balor, who moved out of the way, sending Animal into the ropes. Balor and Big E went up on Animal, then sent the Hall of Famer out of the match just before the clock ticked down...
ELIMINATION FOURTEEN: BIG E LANGSTON AND FINN BALOR ELIMINATE ROAD WARRIOR ANIMAL (time in Rumble 0:48)
NUMBER NINETEEN: THE BIG O As The Big O entered the fray, it was hard not to wonder which side he'd be on. This was quickly started as Big O and Big E had a battle of the mastodons, neither one giving up any ground in the matchup. This was a relief to the others- until Finn Balor broke their alliance first, starting to attack Seth Rollins. Paige went to a corner, resting as the four men fought and giving her a bit of relief through the next minute as the clock went down...
NUMBER TWENTY: TYSON KIDD One of only two reigning singles champions in the Royal Rumble draw entered the fray, and made a beeline for Paige as the crowd booed. This may not have been a wise decision, but even worse when he locked the Dungeon Lock in on her instead of going for an elimination. Well, it's his own idiocy, and proof when Finn Balor kicked Kidd in the head to release the hold and tore into the person holding the title Balor wanted back. Big E Langston went for the kill, but The Big O and Seth Rollins were right there for the attack. Langston fought Rollins and The Big O, as Paige tried to make her way into the corner. Tyson Kidd and Finn Balor traded attacks with each other as the clock ticked down...

NUMBER TWENTY-ONE: THE INCREDIBLE RED
The high flying NXT standout made his way into the fray and went after Tyson Kidd, trying to trade moves and make the biggest name for himself possible. Meanwhile, Langston kept trading attacks with the three other people, punishing the three of them. Big E Langston grabbed Paige and put five fingers up for a Big Ending, but Finn Balor and Seth Rollins both swept the leg as they each tried working it to take his strength, allowing Paige to lock a triangle choke on Langston. Meanwhile, this 'soothe the big guys' move helped more, as Red motioned and screamed- but before he could do anything, a quick Dungeon Lock could soothe the savage beast. Tyson Kidd celebrated, only for The Big O to attack him and give a vicious clothesline to him. The Big O stood up- then pulled Seth Rollins off Langston and attacked him as the clock ticked down...
...and the crowd instantly gave a HUGE cheer the second the theme hit.
NUMBER TWENTY-TWO: ANTONIO CESARO
Cesaro headed into the ring- and people started leaving. The Incredible Red went to the top for a sneak attack, and it did not work for him.
ELIMINATION FIFTEEN: ANTONIO CESARO ELIMINATES THE INCREDIBLE RED (time in Rumble: 1:04)
Cesaro went for more of an attack, as The Big O stepped to him and put his arms out, saying "COME AT ME, BRO!" ...don't say that, Cesaro will. Punches to The Big O followed, as Cesaro grabbed him, Neutralizer, and then picked Big O up and sent him away.
ELIMINATION SIXTEEN: ANTONIO CESARO ELIMINATES THE BIG O (time in Rumble: 3:23) Big E Langston, who fought his way out of the submissions, went for the attack on Cesaro- as the two got in a test of strength- and the powerlifter quickly found out the Swiss Superman could best even him there. The weakness in Langston's legs led to him being pushed back towards the ropes, as Cesaro kept the move on to push him over- and then Rollins, Paige, Balor, and Kidd helped turn that push into an elimination for Langston.
ELIMINATION SEVENTEEN: ROLLINS/PAIGE/BALOR/KIDD/CESARO ELIMINATE BIG E LANGSTON (time in Rumble: 6:45, 2 eliminations)
Cesaro stood triumphant as Balor and Kidd started fighting, and Rollins and Paige were all too happy to let Cesaro pose- as the clock ticked down for the next competitor...
...and the crowd in Philadelphia gave the perfect mix of cheer, gasp, and boo. The crowd gave a huge reaction as the first strains started... ...and that huge reaction turned to boos and "BULLSHIT!" once a barely-recognizable, older gentleman came down to the ring doing his son's taunts...
NUMBER TWENTY-THREE: JOHN CENA...SR.
The elder John Cena headed into the ring and instantly made a beeline for the weakest, longest-running person in- lifting Paige up and hitting a fireman's carry that the announcers sold as an Attitude Adjustment on her to a chorus of boos. Cena Sr. did the "You Can't See Me..." and motioned for the STF- but he...probably should have realized that his son's arch-rival was in the ring with him. Cena Sr. tried slapping Cesaro- worse mistake. Cesaro grabbed Cena Sr. and swung him for 10 rotations, then picked him up and sent him back over the top rope.
ELIMINATION EIGHTEEN: ANTONIO CESARO ELIMINATES JOHN CENA SR. (time in Rumble: 0:42)
Seeing the dizziness of the swing- Finn Balor and Tyson Kidd chose this moment to strike, double-teaming Cesaro as Rollins and Paige took the opportunity to rest up while the clock ticked down...
NUMBER TWENTY-FOUR: LENN NAPIER The first member of the Famous Monsters made his way into the match, and Napier proved there was probably...method to his insanity, taking the side of Cesaro as he started to attack Balor and Kidd. Paige tried resting as Rollins made his way into the match more- but whether it was length-based insanity or wanting to put the claims Cody Rhodes made about him to bed for good, Rollins tried attacking Cesaro. Rollins and Cesaro fought it out as Napier held his own against the two other men, as the clock started to tick down.. .
NUMBER TWENTY-FIVE: BAD NEWS BARRETT
Barrett headed to the ring, and he took the mic. "CAN I HAVE SOME DECORUM PLEASE?" The crowd cheered. "The last twenty-three superstars...and Heath Slater, that you have seen have been putting on a great show. And I'm sure the other 35 people coming up have a far easier road to go down tonight... ...BUT I'M AFRAID I'VE GOT SOME BAD NEWS! You see tonight, there is no lucky number- be it number one by a dear English rose like Paige who's still managed to stay in this, or whoever stole that bloody idiot Zack Ryder's number 60, the one who will win this Royal Rumble is right here tonight!" Barrett headed to the ring- and true to form, attacked Napier, trying to get the easiest road to this. Barrett didn't see watch NXT enough, however, as Napier was surprisingly able to match up with Barrett and fight him well. Meanwhile, Rollins and Cesaro were fighting each other, as Balor and Kidd attacked throughout, as Paige tried staying in the corner and trying to pick a spot. The match kept going as the clock ticked down to the next entrant and this is why prediction contests SUCK sometimes...
"...ANYTHING CAN HAPPEN IN THE WWE, MAGGLE!" As soon as the first notes hit, the crowd gave a HUGE chorus of boos and non-PG chants to the release...
NUMBER TWENTY-SIX: JUSTIN BIEBER
Bieber went in the ring to a chorus of boos- as the action stopped. Curb Stomp. Bullhammer. Another Curb Stomp. Bullhammer. Dungeon Lock locked in for a short period as Bieber tapped to it. As Tyson Kidd let him go, Paige locked the PTO in, as Bieber tapped to it. As Paige let him go, another Bullhammer, then a third Curb Stomp for good measure. Finn Balor went to Seth Rollins, said "Hold Up, Hold Up"- Bloody Sunday on Bieber. Bullhammer, and another Bloody Sunday for good measure. Paige lifted him up- Ram-Paige on him. Lenn Napier said "hold on, hold on"- then hit the Ka-Boom on Bieber. Finally, Cesaro looked at Bieber, smiled, then hit the Neutralizer on him, then lifted him up for five rotations of the Swing. Cesaro tried to throw him over, as Paige shook her head as the other guys in the ring nodded, as Paige got the elimination as the clock started to tick down.
ELIMINATION NINETEEN: PAIGE ELIMINATES JUSTIN BIEBER (time in Rumble: 0:52)
NUMBER TWENTY-SEVEN: JOHN CENA
The crowd finally gave a huge chorus of boos as John Cena made his return to the ring at the lucky 27 spot. Cena stared Cesaro down as soon as he walked to the ring, but once he entered the ring, he didn't make a beeline for him. Seth Rollins did try to make a name for himself by attacking Cena- but Cena easily grabbed him, then hit the AA on Rollins right out of the ring. Rollins threw a temper tantrum on the outside as Cena gloated.
ELIMINATION TWENTY: JOHN CENA ELIMINATES SETH ROLLINS (time in Rumble: 20:15, 5 eliminations) Lenn Napier tried to make a name for himself, and he got AAed out of the ring to join Rollins shortly after.
ELIMINATION TWENTY-ONE: JOHN CENA ELIMINATES LENN NAPIER (time in Rumble: 3:23)
Tyson Kidd tried attacking Cena himself, but Cena grabbed it, pointed towards Cesaro, then hit the Spoiler Alert for five rotations as he ended Kidd's night...
ELIMINATION TWENTY-TWO: JOHN CENA ELIMINATES TYSON KIDD (time in Rumble: 7:37, 1 elimination)
Cena went to go after Cesaro, but Bad News Barrett got to him first and attacked. Cesaro looked straight at Cena, then grabbed Barrett and gorilla pressed him over the ropes.
ELIMINATION TWENTY-THREE: ANTONIO CESARO ELIMINATES BAD NEWS BARRETT (time in Rumble: 2:47)
With some people eliminated, Cena finally stared down Cesaro, as Finn Balor and Paige tried keeping away from the action as the clock started to tick down...
NUMBER TWENTY-EIGHT: CHARLOTTE For the first time ever, multiple Divas had entered the Royal Rumble, as Stephanie McMahon led the brand-new NXT Women's Champion Charlotte down the ramp, the WWE Divas' and NXT Women's Titles around both arms as she tried to make the most of it, tearing into Paige with a series of attacks. John Cena, Antonio Cesaro, and Finn Balor tried fighting it out on the side, with Balor picking his side based on which of Cena or Cesaro was doing better at the time. Meanwhile, Paige and Charlotte kept fighting, the fresher Diva doing more to punish the exhausted Paige than anything. Paige fought back, even getting Charlotte to the ropes- but as they fought to get the other out, Stephanie McMahon hit the apron and grabbed Paige's arms, then pulled her over the top rope and out of the match.
ELIMINATION TWENTY-FOUR: CHARLOTTE ELIMINATES PAIGE (time in Rumble: 26:42, 5 eliminations) Paige started arguing with Stephanie McMahon, with Stephanie saying "What're you going to do?" to her. Paige tried to go after Stephanie, but Stephanie hit a simple slap on her as Paige dropped, the amount of time in the Rumble leaving her with nothing left in the tank. Stephanie McMahon put one foot above her, holding up both the titles to the crowd's boos as the clock ticked down...
NUMBER TWENTY-NINE: EL TORITO
The smallest competitor in the Royal Rumble and reigning WWE Cruiserweight Champion made his way into the fray, and made a beeline for the thorn in his side of Charlotte. El Torito attacked Charlotte with a series of nice high flying assaults, before twerking over her head and finishing with a standing moonsault. Charlotte tried to attack, but El Torito sent her over with a dropkick.
ELIMINATION TWENTY-FIVE: EL TORITO ELIMINATES CHARLOTTE (time in Rumble: 1:21, 1 elimination)
El Torito celebrated, dancing onto John Cena's shoulder in victory- which was a bad move, as Cena easily dumped him over the top rope.
ELIMINATION TWENTY-SIX: JOHN CENA ELIMINATES EL TORITO (time in Rumble: 0:33, 1 elimination)
With this, Cesaro hit Cena from behind, as the same attack by Cena, Cesaro, and Balor continued with no one in particular taking an advantage, to the clock ticking down..
Current timing: Finn Balor 15:00, Antonio Cesaro 8:00, John Cena 4:00, Eliminations in Rumble: Antonio Cesaro 5, John Cena 4, Finn Balor 3,
NUMBER THIRTY: KENNY DYKSTRA
The crowd went mild as Kenny Dykstra headed down the ramp to the ring, made an instant beeline for Cena- and Cena just as instantly helped use his momentum and eliminate him on the other side of the ring.
ELIMINATION TWENTY-SEVEN: JOHN CENA ELIMINATES KENNY DYKSTRA (time in Rumble 0:03) Cena said "Who was that, anyway?" as he, Cesaro, and Balor kept fighting it out. Cena and Cesaro traded vicious attacks, while Balor tried picking his spots. Cesaro tried going for the legs, but Balor was trading clubbering blows to keep him from picking Cena up for the Swing. This was followed as Cena tried lifting Cesaro for the Spoiler Alert, only for Balor to kick Cena in the gut. However, Cena and Cesaro's lingering hatred was so much neither man realized it'd be different if they just attacked Balor, and eventually Balor used the opportunity to rest up a bit. Cena and Cesaro kept fighting as the clock ticked down...

NUMBER THIRTY-ONE: BO DALLAS
The crowd gave a chorus of boos as a huge string of Bo-Lievers, led by Shana, walked Bo Dallas into the Rumble as he headed there. Dallas went through as Antonio Cesaro tried doing the same move that happened to Slater on Dallas- but the Bo-Lievers caught Dallas and walked him through to a point that would be safer for Dallas to enter. Dallas attacked Cesaro from behind, getting an advantage on him as Finn Balor and John Cena kept trading punches. Shara handed out cookies and Bo-Lieve buttons as the Bo-Lievers made a de facto lumberjack match, which changed things for the next minute as the clock ticked down...
NUMBER THIRTY-TWO: SHINSUKE NAKAMURA
Nakamura headed down the ramp as Bo-Lievers rushed him- but Nakamura laid out a number of them with strong style punches before making his way into the ring. Stiff punch to Dallas and he dropped. Finn Balor could match up with Swagsuke's style, trying to fight him, but he got to his knees. Boma Ye on Balor, then Nakamura grabbed Balor and took him out.
ELIMINATION TWENTY-EIGHT: SHINSUKE NAKAMURA ELIMINATES FINN BALOR (time in Rumble: 17:18, 3 eliminations)
. Cesaro and Cena looked toward him, YEAOH!, as Cesaro and Cena put their dukes up- and Nakamura and Cena started tearing into each other. The Philadelphia crowd started to wake up from this, as the two traded punches and kicks, Nakamura's being more stiff than Cena. Bo Dallas tried making his way to a corner to regroup as the fight occurred. Cesaro tried attacking Dallas as Dallas grabbed onto the bottom rope for dear life, but Cesaro swung Dallas into the bottom rope as a group of Bo-Lievers picked him up. Nakamura and Cena kept fighting as the clock ticked down...
NUMBER THIRTY-THREE: TITUS O'NEIL One half of the NXT Tag Champions made his way into the fray, and O'Neil wanted a piece of the biggest dog in the yard, tearing into Cesaro. Dallas, slightly more embiggened by having Titus at his back, started to fight Cesaro alongside him as Cena and Nakamura tried fighting. Cena grabbed him and went for the Spoiler Alert for 6 rotations, but this was enough for Nakamura to reverse it to a crucifix as Cena fought out. Cena got to his knees as Nakamura went for the Boma Ye, but Titus O'Neil attacked Cena from behind, getting the full force of the Japanese standout's wrath. Meanwhile, Dallas tried backing off from Cesaro as Cena tried playing possum. Cesaro went for Cena as he was down, as the clock started ticking down... Current timing: Antonio Cesaro 12:00, John Cena 8:00, Bo Dallas 3:00, Shinsuke Nakamura 2:00, Titus O'Neil...
...oh, probably spoke too soon, as Nakamura cracked O'Neil and sent him over as the clock ticked down for the next entrant... ELIMINATION TWENTY-NINE: SHINSUKE NAKAMURA ELIMINATES TITUS O'NEIL (time in Rumble: 0:59) Eliminations in Rumble: Antonio Cesaro 5, John Cena 5, Shinsuke Nakamura 2
NUMBER THIRTY-FOUR: ZACH GOWEN
The crowd gave a slight reaction as Gowen headed to the ring- and now, Bo Dallas was willing to strike on him. Gowen tried to show the fans what a one-legged man could do in an ass-kicking contest, but Bo Dallas was in his element picking on the superstar. Meanwhile, Nakamura started attacking Cesaro, as Cesaro gave Nakamura everything back. John Cena, seeing the opportunity, took some time to rest as the other four kept fighting it out. Dallas got Gowen where he wanted him, fighting as the clock started ticking down...
NUMBER THIRTY-FIVE: MEPHISTOPHELES THE CLOWN The second member of the Famous Monsters headed into the ring, as Zach Gowen quickly went out of the ring after Bo Dallas sent him out...
ELIMINATION THIRTY: BO DALLAS ELIMINATES ZACH GOWEN (time in Rumble: 1:05) Bo Dallas did a victory lap in the ring while the others fought... ...but as he did that, Zach Gowen headed back into the ring and put two fingers up, then quickly sent Bo Dallas over the top before the Bo-Lievers could scatter. "Wait...can he..." "The rulebook always said it- BOTH FEET have to touch the floor for it to count as an elimination, Maggle! Zach Gowen only has one leg...I think that means he has to be eliminated twice for it to count!" Bo Dallas threw a temper tantrum outside as Gowen celebrated and attacked Mephistopheles the Clown...
ELIMINATION THIRTY: BO DALLAS ELIMINATES ZACH GOWEN (time in Rumble: 1:05) ELIMINATION THIRTY: ZACH GOWEN ELIMINATES BO DALLAS (time in Rumble: 4:15, 1/2 elimination)
Meanwhile, as Cesaro and Nakamura fought, Cena picked his spot as Gowen and Mephistopheles fought. Just as it looked like he was down, Cena attacked with a clothesline, eliminating both men from the fray.
ELIMINATION THIRTY-ONE: JOHN CENA ELIMINATES ZACH GOWEN (time in Rumble: 1:42, 1 elimination) ELIMINATION THIRTY-TWO: JOHN CENA ELIMINATES MEPHISTOPHELES THE CLOWN (time in Rumble: 0:42)
With the number dwindling, Cena joined Cesaro and Swagsuke in a brawl as the clock ticked down...
NUMBER THIRTY-SIX: RICKY SLATE The ruthless aggression-filled rookie Slate made his way into the Rumble- and he made a beeline for John Cena much like he did in his debut. Cena tried taking the forces of Slate, punishing him with a series of vicious attacks that Slate was able to match up with well. Meanwhile, Nakamura and Cesaro tore into each other, punishing each other with some vicious moves. Each person kept fighting throughout, no one really getting an advantage on the others as the clock ticked down...
NUMBER THIRTY-SEVEN: KHARMA Just off her return to the WWE on Smackdown, Kharma made her second Royal Rumble appearance- and as she did, Nikki Bella headed to the ring and tried- emphasis: TRIED- to attack the person who had been stalking her for so long. The second Kharma headed to the ring, Nikki shouted to Cena to attack her- and Cena, being a dutiful boyfriend, started trading blows with Kharma. However, even if the woman in question is a 6-foot, 270-pound monstress who is the closest thing to an elder god in the women's ranks, Ricky Slate still knew the value of chivalry in all forms, as he helped Kharma take the attack to John Cena throughout. The two put on some vicious double-team moves on Cena, as Cesaro and Nakamura kept battling on the other side. The clock ticked down as the crowd waited...
NUMBER THIRTY-EIGHT: CHYNA The crowd was in utter shock as the former WWE Intercontinental Champion-turned-professional trainwreck Ninth Wonder of the World headed to the ring- and the attacks of Nakamura/Cesaro and Slate/Cena separated as Chyna faced off with Kharma. The two dominant forces started trading blows with each other, both women trying to show who the most dominant force was. the two kept attacking each other, finally making it to the ropes as they both tried to send the other over- only for Antonio Cesaro and John Cena to move under, sending both women over the ropes.
ELIMINATION THIRTY-ONE: ANTONIO CESARO ELIMINATES KHARMA (time in Rumble: 1:40) ELIMINATION THIRTY-TWO: JOHN CENA ELIMINATES CHYNA (time in Rumble: 0:40)
Cesaro and Cena fought each other as Nakamura and Slate started fighting, as the clock started to tick down...
NUMBER THIRTY-NINE: MATT CROSS The NXT standout tag specialist Cross headed to the ring, and tried fighting the least sure-fire person of the mix, teaming with Slate and attacking Nakamura together. The King of Strong Style had to focus on the King of Backyard Wrestling and the King of...well, not sure what Slate's king of, to be honest- but Slate and Cross had some decent high flying moves against them. Meanwhile, Cesaro and Cena kept fighting- neither man getting an advantage on the other. Nakamura was in a bad way as the two closest things to young lions nearly took him out, but the clock ticked down as he could hope for some help...
NUMBER FORTY: ALEXANDER RUSEV The dominant Rusev, fresh off qualifying earlier in the night- was one of the people still in the match anyone wouldn't want to see- but he was that help for Nakamura at first- ragdolling Matt Cross as he flipped out of the ring and fell to the outside with a thud.
ELIMINATION THIRTY-THREE: ALEXANDER RUSEV ELIMINATES MATT CROSS (time in Rumble: 1:06) Ricky Slate tried attacking Rusev, and quickly got the same treatment from the Russian beast.
ELIMINATION THIRTY-FOUR: ALEXANDER RUSEV ELIMINATES RICKY SLATE (time in Rumble: 4:13)
Nakamura tried to thank Rusev for the help, and got a vicious attack for his troubles- which may have been worse for Rusev. Nakamura attacked, punishing the Russian with vicious, strong style attacks and tried to rattle him. Meanwhile, Cena took an advantage, going for the Spoiler Alert on Cesaro for 8 rotations, only for Cesaro to try and take Cena down over the ropes at his own risk. Cena broke the move, then tried to throw Cesaro over, only for him to headbutt Cena in the chest, punching more and getting back in the ring. The fight kept going as the clock ticked down...

..and NXT's Principal Owner Dennis Haskins headed down to the ring as the crowd booed. Haskins shook his hands, saying, "no...not me!"...as he motioned backstage, and the crowd kept booing just as loudly or more...
NUMBER FORTY-ONE: SCREECH
Screech made a beeline for Shinsuke Nakamura because never forget I am a petty, bitter man, and the amateur pro wrestler made some punches and kicks. If Shinsuke Nakamura could speak better English, he'd be saying "You're kidding me, right?"- but he taunted, then kicked Screech's head off. Boma Ye followed, as Nakamura easily dispatched him.
ELIMINATION THIRTY-FIVE: SHINSUKE NAKAMURA ELIMINATES SCREECH (time in Rumble 0:18)
Swagsuke posed for the crowd, and Rusev took that moment to punish him, locking in the Accolade on Nakamura as he screamed out. Meanwhile, Cesaro grabbed Cena, then went for the Cesaro Swing, but Cena locked his arms onto the ropes as it turned into a smaller move. Cesaro went for the Neutralizer, but Cena could reverse it into a hurricanrana and clocked him- then kicked Nakamura out of the Accolade. Rusev went to attack Cesaro as Cena and Nakamura fought, Cena trying to eliminate him only for Nakamura to skin the cat. Cena went after Rusev as the clock ticked down...
NUMBER FORTY-TWO: DANIEL BRYAN
...and the crowd got loud, as the answer to what Philadelphia was searching for was 42- with Daniel Bryan making his way into the Rumble- and making them more excited as Bryan and Nakamura made their way to each other. Nakamura posed, then Bryan did the same- and the crowd was giving dueling YES!/YEAOH!/YES!/YEAOH! as the two kicked at each other. Meanwhile, Rusev and Cena kept attacking each other as Cesaro tried taking a powder, trying to pick his spots as the crowd cheered. The attacks kept going- Rusev finally being given more and more punishment from Cena, the crowd enraptured by Swagsuke and Bryan attacking each other, as the clock ticked down...
NUMBER FORTY-THREE: FANDANGO
The crowd didn't know what to make as Fandango and Fandangirl danced to the ring, trying to both Fandango and chant for the attack- finally finishing with a YES! YES!/YEAOH! YES! YEAOH! to his theme- and the reaction was not wanted by Cesaro as Fandango made his way to attack him. Fandango and Cesaro kept attacking each other, as Cena took an advantage and tried to get a Spoiler Alert, then an AA to nearly eliminate Rusev, but Rusev skinned the cat- as Nakamura and Bryan kept fighting each other. Fandango nearly took an advantage on Cesaro, but that was likely with Fandango being fresh and Cesaro...not. The six kept attacking as the clock ticked down...
NUMBER FORTY-FOUR: TYLER BREEZE
Prince Pretty headed to the ring- and if Cesaro thought things would be worse for him, it was better as Breeze spun Fandangirl at ringside and kissed her on the cheek, infuriating his ostensible tag team partner Fandango. The two tried to double-team Cesaro, but this quickly dropped it off as the two fought each other. Fandango and Breeze kept fighting, punishing each other and starting to attack- but as the punches flew, Breeze said "No, no, not the face!"- as Fandango agreed, and the two started grappling and attacking the body. The two again headed close to the ropes- but as Daniel Bryan had gotten Nakamura to the ropes, he nodded to his worthy opponent, then threw both guys over the ropes.
ELIMINATIONS THIRTY-SIX/THIRTY-SEVEN: DANIEL BRYAN ELIMINATES FANDANGO/TYLER BREEZE (time in Rumble: 1:50/0:50)
Bryan posed as he and Nakamura shook hands- but then John Cena attacked Bryan from behind as the clock started to tick down...
The crowd made a boo as Miguel Khalifa headed down the ramp with his manager, but the two whispered, nodded, as Khalifa headed backstage, and booed as the manager took the mic. "PHILADELPHIA, RODMAN SECOND-WORLD TOUR GETTING EXTREME UP HERE, RIGHT HERE AT THE NUMBER 4-5 LIKE MY BOY MICHAEL JORDAN! Now, my boy Rusev up in here is doing his thing for the people of Russia- but even if he and I gonna celebrate like only a true Communist hero can no matter what, the good people of North Korea, and my main man, Kim Jong-Un- they need a hero up in here who can break any Shield in the main event of Wrestlemania, and I'm about to give all of you a true hero to look up to, now let me here you shout for someone who can actually win, unlike the Sixers- ain't no tanks here except for the ones Vladimir Putin and Kim Jong-Un sending here..." Rodman headed into the ring- and Cesaro attacked him. Hey, maybe he really, really wanted to see "The Interview"- hell if I know. Cesaro hit a Neutralizer on Rodman, and Rodman had to feel like a plastic bag, drifting over the top rope and getting knocked out quickly.
ELIMINATION THIRTY-EIGHT: ANTONIO CESARO ELIMINATES DENNIS RODMAN (time in Rumble: 0:20)
Cesaro glared- but unfortunately, Cesaro quickly found out that you attack Rodman, you get his Second-World Tour buddy. Rusev tore into the Swiss Superman with brutal blows that Cesaro tried to fight, then a final big clothesline sent Cesaro over the ropes. Cesaro tried skinning the cat- but Rusev pulled his arms off one by one, sending him over the ropes to a chorus of boos.
ELIMINATION THIRTY-NINE: ALEXANDER RUSEV ELIMINATES ANTONIO CESARO (time in Rumble: 23:45, six eliminations)
Cena attacked Rusev again as the clock ticked down...
NUMBER FORTY-SIX: CHRIS JERICHO
Jericho stood up from the announce table and entered the ring, then started to take the side of Bryan. The two men attacked Nakamura, as he tried fighting off both people, but the attack was too much for him. Nakamura ended up on the ropes, and one big kick ended the hopes of a New Japan standout main eventing Wrestlemania.
ELIMINATION FORTY: DANIEL BRYAN ELIMINATES SHINSUKE NAKAMURA (time in Rumble: 13:20, 3 eliminations)
Bryan and Jericho started to fight each other, as Rusev took more of an advantage on Cena as the four kept fighting. None of the people could really put any away, as each person kept fighting throughout as the clock ticked down...
NUMBER FORTY-SEVEN: GRONDA
The third member of the Famous Monsters headed into the fray, and he made a beeline for one of the two, as the Philadelphia crowd was not sure who to boo- the jacked-up demon from hell trying to destroy all of humanity, the Russian who was out to destroy all of America's freedom...or John Cena. Meanwhile, Jericho went for the attack- but Daniel Bryan managed to get an advantage, sending Jericho over- who headed back to the announce table and sat back, giving credit to Bryan as he did.
ELIMINATION FORTY-ONE: DANIEL BRYAN ELIMINATES CHRIS JERICHO (time in Rumble: 1:37)
Bryan attacked on the outside, tearing into Rusev and giving the world the entirely wanted Cena vs. Gronda matchup. Bryan and Rusev attacked each other as the clock started to tick down...
NUMBER FORTY-EIGHT: ENZO AMORE The crowd gave a mixed reaction as Enzo Amore headed down the ramp with a mic, walking up the ramp and entering the ring as he did his spiel... "LADIES AND GENTLEMEN! MY NAME IS..." ...and Rusev clocked him and sent him out of the ring. Mud. Your name is mud. However, He is still a certified G and a bonafide stud, and you can't teach dat, though. So he's got that going for him, which is nice.
ELIMINATION FORTY-TWO: RUSEV ELIMINATES ENZO AMORE (time in Rumble 0:05) Rusev gloated and posed after the elimination- and then Daniel Bryan kicked him to the ropes, then pushed and kept pushing, finally sending him over as the crowd cheered.
ELIMINATION FORTY THREE: DANIEL BRYAN ELIMINATES ALEXANDER RUSEV (time in Rumble: 7:24, four eliminations) Bryan celebrated as Cena grabbed Gronda, then hit the AA over the top rope to knock him out.
ELIMINATION FORTY-FOUR: JOHN CENA ELIMINATES GRONDA (time in Rumble: 1:49)
Cena and Bryan stared each other down as the clock ticked down...
NUMBER FORTY-NINE: LUKE GALLOWS
One of the 3 Man Bullet members headed down to the ring, as Gallows tried stopping the attack of Bryan and Cena, then started attacking both guys. Bryan and Cena had to smoke the peace pipe, trying to punish both guys. Gallows tried to punish the two men, fighting both guys as the clock started ticking down...
NUMBER FIFTY: BARON CORBIN
Gallows's ally in 3 Man Bullet came in, and suddenly the two teamed up on each other. Cena and Bryan looked and put their dukes up- as Cena ducked out of the way as Corbin and Gallows attacked each other. Cena looked at the attack and smirked, resting up as Daniel Bryan was destroyed by both 3 Man Bullet members, with Cena watching as this happened. Nikki Bella gloated as her brother-in-law got destroyed by the two people, as the clock ticked down and Daniel Bryan tried to hope for actual help...

NUMBER FIFTY-ONE: DAVID ARQUETTE Daniel Bryan gave a "NO! NO! NO!" as the beating continued- but Arquette did actually try to help Bryan. ...fat lot of good it did him- as 3 Man Bullet easily sent him over, and then sent Daniel Bryan over as the crowd gave a huge chorus of boos.
ELIMINATION FORTY-SEVEN: LUKE GALLOWS ELIMINATES DAVID ARQUETTE (time in Rumble: 0:07) ELIMINATION FORTY-EIGHT: BARON CORBIN ELIMINATES DANIEL BRYAN (time in Rumble: 9:12, five eliminations)
With nothing left, 3 Man Bullet started their attack on Cena as the crowd booed and chanted NO! NO! NO!, as they kept fighting. Cena took the attacks, then no-sold. Cena got Corbin on his shoulders, then got Gallows on them- and got a double-AA to send them both over... ...sorry, I have to join the Philly fans. NO! NO! NO! F*** YOU CE-NA! SAME OLD S***! SAME OLD S***!
ELIMINATION FORTY-NINE/FIFTY: JOHN CENA ELIMINATES BARON CORBIN/LUKE GALLOWS (time in Rumble: 2:33/1:33, one elimination each)
John Cena motioned, then waved his fingers like a conductor as the crowd booed and the clock ticked down...
NUMBER FIFTY-TWO: J. ENTERPRISE J. Enterprise headed to the ring and started an attack on Cena, the crowd cheering each part of the superkick party Enterprise started to punish Cena. Cena kept trying to put Enterprise away, but he kept trying to fight out of it. Enterprise wasn't really able to put away Cena, though. Enterprise and Cena fought it out as the clock ticked down...
NUMBER FIFTY-THREE: SAMI ZAYN
Zayn headed into the ring, as he and Enterprise kept attacking Cena. The two kept up an attack going as the two punished Cena- who fought back. Cena kept gloating and claiming he'd throw Zayn over, before Zayn met him with a Helluva Kick. Zayn took the attack to Cena as the clock ticked down...
NUMBER FIFTY-FOUR: DISCO INFERNO
The crowd gave a chorus of boos as the WCW standout Disco headed to the ring- and if they didn't boo him for being WCW in Philadelphia, they did once he attacked J. Enterprise and joined Cena. Sami Zayn kept up the attack on Cena, while Enterprise and Disco kept going. The four kept up a fight, continuing to brutalize each other throughout the match as none of them could take an advantage on the others. Cena took the back, letting Disco take the punishment from Zayn and Enterprise, as he watched the punishment. Zayn wouldn't let him go through with that, however, as the clock ticked down for the next entrant...
NUMBER FIFTY-FIVE: TED DIBIASE DiBiase headed into the ring and took the side of Cena, and suddenly Zayn and Enterprise were behind the 8-ball. DiBiase tried to eliminate Disco- and that was enough to get the power of the rap/ska/disco connection against Cena and DiBiase. The three opponents kept attacking with everything they had, brutalizing each man throughout the match. Cena and DiBiase were Cena and DiBiase, though, and the 2-on-3 was enough to keep them afloat until the clock ticked down for the next entrant...
In Rumble: John Cena, 29:00, J. Enterprise 4:00, Sami Zayn 3:00. Disco Inferno 2:00, Ted DiBiase 1:00 Eliminations in Rumble: John Cena 11 NUMBER FIFTY-SIX: BROCK LESNAR The Philadelphia crowd gave a huge cheer as their cult leader, Paul Heyman, led his crown jewel in Brock Lesnar down the ramp- and once he did that, as WWECW said, Let the Bodies hit the Floor. Lesnar get in, and J. Enterprise, Disco Inferno, Ted DiBiase, and Sami Zayn were quickly new residents of Suplex City, Bitch.
ELIMINATION FIFTY-ONE: BROCK LESNAR ELIMINATES J. ENTERPRISE (time in Rumble: 4:10) ELIMINATION FIFTY-TWO: BROCK LESNAR ELIMINATES DISCO INFERNO (time in Rumble: 2:16) ELIMINATION FIFTY-THREE: BROCK LESNAR ELIMINATES TED DIBIASE (time in Rumble: 1:23) ELIMINATION FIFTY-FOUR: BROCK LESNAR ELIMINATES SAMI ZAYN (time in Rumble: 3:31)
With the riff-raff gone, the crowd was electric as Brock Lesnar and John Cena stared each other down. Lesnar threw the first punch as he and Cena tore it up, Cena finally getting a chance to prove he could be the man to take out Brock Lesnar that took his grasp on sanity away from him. Cena threw lefts and rights as Lesnar tried attacking Cena with an array of suplexes, the two men refusing to let someone go as the two tried to get the other man out. The two were so desperate to give the other man an attack that they didn't even care that the clock was ticking down...
NUMBER FIFTY-SEVEN: ARTEMIS With the big attack of the two mastodons in the WWE there, Artemis's mixture of intelligence and not being completely, utterly bugf*** insane merely sat there and got the best ringside seat to the John Cena/Brock Lesnar battle. Cena kept trying to slow down and chop the fight of Lesnar, who kept suplexing and destroying Cena with everything he had, neither man giving up as the two punished each other. Artemis finally turned around as the clock started turning down, Cena and Lesnar still lost in punishing each other...
NUMBER FIFTY-EIGHT: STARSHIP COYOTE HG
Starship Coyote HG headed to the ring as Artemis tried to attack him, but ignored the woman. Mistake number 1. HG then looked at the mastodons, and tried to pick one of the two to fight. Mistake number 2. HG then turned to one of the three and used the same tool of attack the Sacred Band of Thebes loves to use on NXT, grabbing one of them and kissing him. Mistake number 3. ...the one he picked was Brock Lesnar. Mistake number 4-through infinity. Lesnar grabbed him, and suplexed him incredibly far, leaving the avant-garde comedian-turned-pro wrestler eliminated by virtue of his untimely death.
ELIMINATION FIFTY-FIVE: BROCK LESNAR ELIMINATES STARSHIP COYOTE HG (time in Rumble 0:13.)
Artemis tried a low blow on John Cena as he watched, allowing Lesnar an advantage on Cena as they kept fighting each other. Lesnar took the initiative- SUPLEX CITY, BITCH. Cena tried to fight off the force, which was lowered and lowered as the clock ticked down- and even though Cena was fading against the might of Brock Lesnar, at least he knew a friendly face was coming next...
NUMBER FIFTY-NINE: ZACK RYDER Long Island Iced Z headed in with his...barely-less used preferred seating, and Ryder took the side of his good friend Cena as the two punished Lesnar together. Ryder and Cena tried taking a good attack on Lesnar- and the amount of punishment led Artemis to make her move as there was a three-on-one attack on Lesnar. Cena and Ryder took the punishment, each one punishing Lesnar with vicious assaults as Artemis tried clobbering Lesnar from behind, but Lesnar threw all three off of him and glared, grabbing Ryder. Ryder broke out of it and started getting in Artemis's face in an attempt to get Lesnar on Cena, which punished them. Ryder hit a Rough Ryder on Artemis, then saw the clock tick down as the final person would be announced and Ryder would finally know who stole his number 60 ball... ...as the lights were dead throughout the arena. The crowd was in shock, cell phones rising above as they waited for the last entrant...
...and the second the first strains of the video started, the "HOLY SHIT!" chants started throughout the crowd... ...and Michael Cole said the thing on everyone's minds at that moment. "...Hell has just frozen over."
NUMBER SIXTY: STING
The crowd was in shock as Sting made his way into a Rumble, and indeed the first time he'd ever been in a WWE ring. Even Lesnar, Cena, and Artemis had to be in awe of the entrance of Sting. Even Zack Ryder would be in awe to this momentous occasion... ...well, he would be if he didn't finally get his hands on the guy who stole his number 60 ball. Ryder put his hands out saying "What's the deal, bro! That's my spot!"- which was probably a bad move. Ryder went through the ropes- Stinger splash on Ryder. Sting took the splashed Ryder and easily threw him over the top rope.
ELIMINATION FIFTY-SIX: STING ELIMINATES ZACK RYDER (time in Rumble 1:45) As this occurred, Artemis tried to get an attack in on Cena from behind, but he saw her. AA followed, and Artemis was out of the match quickly as Cena tied Roman Reigns's record. ELIMINATION FIFTY-SEVEN: JOHN CENA ELIMINATES ARTEMIS (time in Rumble 3:57)
The crowd was in shock as Sting, John Cena, and Brock Lesnar glared at each other, each man pointing towards the Wrestlemania sign- as the three started attacking each other. Lesnar and Cena kept trying to attack each other, as Sting tried finding his place. Sting started attacking Lesnar, then attacking Cena, none of the three being able to get an advantage on each other. Cena managed to grab the two, then kicking Sting and sending him down. Cena then grabbed Lesnar and hit the Spoiler Alert for 20 rotations, then hit the AA. Cena stood triumphant and was ready to get the killing blow and prove he was right once and for all... ...and then Sting hit the Stinger Splash on Cena onto the ropes. Cena wavered, then Sting sent Cena over as the crowd cheered.
ELIMINATION FIFTY-EIGHT: STING ELIMINATES JOHN CENA (time in Rumble 35:38, twelve eliminations) Cena threw a temper tantrum on the outside as the crowd booed, then got back on the apron and got in Sting's face, saying "THIS IS MY HOUSE!" Sting argued, but Cena grabbed Sting from behind. Brock Lesnar saw the attack, and a clothesline was matched with a German Suplex by Cena on the apron to give the win.
ELIMINATION FIFTY-NINE: BROCK LESNAR ELIMINATES STING (time in Rumble: 3:00, two eliminations)
2015 ROYAL RUMBLE WINNER: BROCK LESNAR (FINAL TALLY: 7:00, SIX ELIMINATIONS)
