Triple H or Reigns. Honestly it needs to be Triple H given they're going through with this Triple H/Rollins thing. Shouldn't be Reigns given he keeps losing matches and he lost to Wyatt. He shouldn't be rewarded for losing. Losing to Wyatt is almost becoming a tactic for getting into main event and title matches. Wyatt eliminated Bryan from the Rumble, yet DB still got another shot at a title match at the next show. Wyatt pinned Ryback, and a month later Ryback won the IC belt. Wyatt beat R-Truth in less than two minutes and the latter was placed into King of the Ring. Who wouldn't want to lose to him? Indeed. It just doesn't make any sense from a storyline perspective. In theory he shouldn't be rewarded for losing matches, doesn't mean they won't go that route.

Have a Battle Royal for #1 Contender and have Cesaro win it. Crazy match ensues at Summerslam. Sheamus pulls a Rollins and cashes in mid-match, pinning Cesaro. Triple H smirks on the ramp to end the show.

Of course it's HHH, so it's a match with a guy who I refuse to cheer against a guy a never want to see in a ring wrestling again. (Which I'm probably going to be once again saying about 75% of the main event matches at Summerslam)
And knowing HHH, he'll bring up WCW in his promos.
Don't know how, but he'll still do it. (Maybe this time about how he beat the Immortal Goldberg @ Summerslam) After all, you need something to fill up a 38 minute promo...

At the rate this PPV is going already, it'll probably be Rollins vs. Triple H vs. The Rock.

Oh no. Just had the thought.
HHH faces Rollins. Wins.
HHH holds the title through to WM32 where he defends it against The Rock, to cap off their interaction at 31.
That or against Roman Reigns, so that HHH can "pass the torch" to Roman (ie. get another unnecessary main event).

Triple H as champion again honestly sounds infinitely more interesting to me than having it on most of the other available options, especially the current one. Granted f*** the Rock idea. Really hoping that whole plan falls through.

I'm honestly trying to decide what would be more annoying. Kane OR Cena in a "title for title" match. ...I'm leaning towards Cena right now but maybe I'll feel differently about it later. At least with Cena it might be a good match.

Just like I predicted the most obvious outcome possible for the Rollins/Lesnar match last night (once everyone knew Taker is there), I easily predict the lamest and most obvious matchup for the WWE title at Summerslam:
Seth Rollins vs Kane, ladies and gentlemen (spoiler: Sheamus wins)...you heard it here first

Meltzer thinks it's going to be Cena...
I really hope that he's wrong here.

Kane...HE'S WEARING THE MASK!!! THE DEMON IS BACK, MAGGLE!!
Vintage Kane! The Devil's favorite son has walked right through the fire and brimstone of the gates of hell to punish Rollins! He intends to walk through those gates as WWE Champion! Who could ever stop this monster?!
(Like 10 guys watching on the monitor in the back, who have previously gone over Kane no sweat over the years, raise their hand.)

there was an Observer bit a little while ago about the big matches for Wrestlemania being booked. I think the long term plan is Cena vs Undertaker at Wrestlemania in Cowboys Stadium in Taker's last match for the WWE Title. So thus Cena beats Rollins at Summerslam to win the WWE Title, relinquishes the US Title to midcard oblivion. Taker beats Brock at Summerslam, beats Sting at Survivor Series and then Cena defends vs Taker in Taker's last match, win or lose, in front of 100,000 people. That would be a lot more interesting if the Streak was still intact.

For realsies there are a few options right now:
Lesnar again (nope)
Taker (nope)
Reigns (slight chance)
Ambrose again (no way Jose)
Kane (good chances)
HHH (turning Rollins face within the next few weeks is a disaster waiting to happen, so there are some real chances here)
Cena (slight chance, but he's occupied defending his US title - however, when ratings are tanking, you know who Vince trusts...)
Cesaro (bwahahahhahahahahahahhahaahhaa)
