Okay, don't panic. Do not panic. Yes, you spent the night at Sophie's, but she went to her room and you were on the couch. You two are just friends, you parted on good terms, everything's fine. Just act natural, focus on the job, and everything will be okay. The hope is that if I say it enough, it'll be true. TNA WRESTLING ON WGN AMERICA 1) Since this format is much quicker, we'll be using this from now on. That way it takes 30 minutes to write a show instead of three hours, and no I'm not kidding. Back to the action, GM Kurt Angle comes out before calling out Jeff Hardy. Angle mentions how close Jeff was to winning the title last week before EC3 pulled out the victory, and if that was all that happened then Angle wouldn't have a problem. It was Hardy's actions afterwards that led to this meeting right now. Angle chastises Hardy's actions, Hardy tries to defend himself, and then Ethan Carter III comes out to applaud Angle for sticking to his guns. He didn't think that Angle would be such an ardent supporter, given that Angle's clear bias of EC3 in the past. Carter spouts some more bullshit until Angle has enough. He announces that tonight we'll see Hardy take on Jason Carter IV in the main event, and if Hardy wins, he'll challenge EC3 for the title at Turning Point! EC3 throws a fit as Angle exits the ring. (86%)
2) With Eddie out of commission for the time being, I need some tag teams to fill the hole he left. That's why we get The Jersey Shore Crew taking on Chris Masters Adonis and Jessie Godderz. The four proceed to put on a decent match, with Robbie and Jessie really getting into it whenever they're in the ring together. See, we can do continuity too. The finish comes when Ryder and Robbie try to go for the Elevated Rough Ryder, but Adonis straight up yanks Ryder off the turnbuckle, tossing him to the outside. Sensing something's wrong, Robbie hits a regular spinebuster before Adonis yanks him as well, locking in the Adonis Lock. Since the ref can't tell who's legal and who's not, he signals for the bell once Robbie starts tapping. Adonis and Godderz celebrate with some posing while Robbie and Ryder collect themselves on the outside. (68%)
3) We're still going forward with the Knockout's Revolution, since things in the E aren't going too hot right now. They have nine women on the roster, and I'm including Lana, Renee, and Lillian. That revolution died so quick we might as well call it NXT. See, I can make those jokes since I pillaged their roster. Suck it. In the ring, Ashley Flair is taking on Lucha Underground star Ivelisse in a nicely even match. Ivelisse gets more offense that some of the ladies in the past, even coming close with a vicious neckbreaker. Still, Ashley is a Flair, and while she may not be willing to cheat like her old man, she definitely picked up some tricks. The knee is targeted all throughout the match until a chop block takes Ivelisse down. Not wasting time, Ashley locks in the Figure Eight, bending as far as she can until Ivelisse is forced to submit. Take notes, Hunter. This is how women's wrestling goes. (63%)
4) We get a nice video package for Johnny Mundo, complete with highlights from his match against Prince Devitt last week. Though he lost, Mundo confidently states that TNA is about to get a whole lot more of Johnny Mundo before telling Devitt to "keep the belt warm for me". (70%)
5) Rather than getting a match, we go to our new TNA King of the Mountain, James Storm. Starting out in a low voice, Storm states that last week wasn't a match, it was a massacre. It was a dissection of the former champion Bobby Roode. Storm states that Roode was lucky to stand after the damage Storm did to his knee. How the once great Bobby Roode was brought to his knees, like all men eventually are. Roode can come back if he wants, and he can try to reclaim his title. But after the damage Storm inflicted before, Roode has to ask himself: Is it worth your career? (81%)
6) We're promoting the World X Cup baby, and we're doing it with style! Todd Keneley mentions that TNA Management has decided to have qualifiers to see which individuals will represent TNA in the six-team World X Cup that starts at Turning Point. Keneley mentions Team Mexico, Team Japan, Team Canada, Team Britain, Team International, and of course, Team TNA. Reigning X-Division Champ Trevor Lee is announced as Team Captain, with his first teammate decided right now between Rich Swann and Arik Cannon. Rich Homie Swann may be more at home flying around the ring, but Cannon uses his veteran instincts to dodge the Rich Kick before dumping him with a Dragon Suplex. A Glimmering Warlock later, and Arik Cannon is the second individual to join Team TNA. (67%)
7) We get the long awaited match, as Drew Galloway goes one on one with the monstrous Brian Cage. While Drew has the height advantage, Cage ragdolls him in the early goings, making sure to exert his power. A delayed suplex is held for thirty-seven seconds before Cage brings Drew down, getting a very close two. Cage tries another suplex, but Drew blocks it before connecting with a Suplex of his own. Drew begins to stick and move, staying out of Cage's range while continuing to wear him down. A running big boot nearly spells the end, but Cage powers through and goes on a late-match tear. Cage decides to cap it off with a powerbomb, only for Drew to spin out of it and connect with the Future Shock DDT for the victory. As soon as the bell rings, Eli Drake runs down to gain more revenge, but Rockstar Spud is quick to follow, helping Drew send Eli and Cage scurrying. (73%)
8) In an angle we need to have, Awesome Kong comes out to address the rumors surrounding her. And yes, she will be retiring at the end of the year to focus on her personal life. The fans are supportive of her decision, only to boo as Jade and The Dollhouse step out onto the stage. Jade proceeds to mockingly support Kong's decision before stating the real reason Kong's retiring: fear. She's afraid of facing Jade, and after seeing Kong the last few weeks, she can't blame her. But if Kong's serious about retiring, then Jade can't think of a better sendoff than beating her at Turning Point and proving to the world that Kong is nothing more than a thing of the past. Kong merely nods as the fans get hyped. (66%)
9) Because we need to keep him fresh in the minds of our fans, Low Ki takes on Mr. Anderson. The Beatdown Clan are in full force tonight, with both men loudly proclaiming that Low Ki has this in the bag. Anderson tries his best to avoid a repeat of the Five Chances At Glory Qualifying match, no doubt pissed that Low Ki won the whole thing, but his anger leads to him making more than a few mistakes. His last one costs him, as King trips him on the outside. Anderson takes time to yell at the interference, only to turn around into a brutal roundhouse kick that puts his lights out. A double stomp seals the deal as Homicide and Kenny King enter the ring, loudly hyping their man. (74%)
10) The BDC remain in the ring, kicking Anderson to the outside before taking the mic. Homicide demands TJ Perkins come to the ring, prompting the X-Division star to come out. Low Ki repeats what he said last week, hyping Perkins' abilities inside the ring, and demands to know whether Perkins will join the BDC or oppose them. To cut through the bull, Perkins eventually accepts, being welcomed by King while Homicide scoffs. Something tells me he isn't exactly feeling it. (73%)
11) It's main event time, as Jason Carter IV takes on Jeff Hardy. Carter tries to provoke Hardy into losing his temper in the early goings, going so far as to spit in his face while in the corner. Hardy ends up making a few mistakes, but is able to control himself in the later goings, even shrugging off a slap from the privileged Carter. Hardy looks to end things with the Twist of Fate, but Carter shoves him into the ropes before connecting with a spinning wheel kick. Carter hoists Hardy up in a suplex position, but Hardy slides out the back before connecting with an inverted Twist of Fate. A quick Swanton later, and Hardy punches in his ticket for Turning Point. EC3 fumes on stage as Hardy celebrates to close out the show. (74%)All in all, another solid show. We're building, we're growing, and hopefully we continue our expansion. I've been in contact with a few wrestlers regarding the World X Cup, and hopefully we're able to get everyone we're looking for. Alexia: "We need to talk." Oh crap.

PREVIOUSLY, ON #TNADANCEPARTY (featuring very little dancing. The f*** dude?)Alexia: "We need to talk." NOW BACK TO YOUR REGULARLY SCHEDULED #TNADANCEPARTYYou ever know you're screwed, but you figure you can play it off? I ain't exactly feeling that way right now, but I'm at least able to recover well enough. "What's up?"This is either going to be some scorched-Earth shit like Independence Day, or God heard my prayer and he's throwing me a bone. Alexia: "Well, I was talking with my parents last weekend, and when they asked me if I was seeing anyone I told them about you. I mentioned that you own your own company, how it's making a lot of money, and how you're on television. Everything was going great until they saw your show, and.... they're not a fan of the name." "Impact? I mean, it's not a bad name all things considered-"Alexia: "No, no. They don't like the name 'TNA'. I tried telling them it stood for 'Total Nonstop Action', but my Dad went on and on about how he's not gonna let his daughter work for a company that calls itself 'Tits 'N Ass', how he raised me better than that, blah blah blah. I told him to relax, that you had just bought the company recently and you were going through the paperwork to change the name. Also they complained that I wasn't on screen and they thought I was lying about everything, so I told them I'd be on in a week." ...... are you f***ing kidding me right now. "So, just so we're on the same page, I have to change the company name and put you on television by next week."Alexia: "More or less." "Otherwise your parents will.... think you're lying?"Alexia: "Also yes." "And you couldn't tell them I was just a Starbucks employee?"Alexia: "NO! I'm proud of you, sweetie. You own your own company that makes millions! What other twenty-four year old could say the same thing?" I think Magic knows Black Lives Matter is close to being able to say the same, but it's not like I can just mention that now can I? Alexia: "It's just, my dad doesn't think I can be on my own just yet, so he wants me to find someone that can take care of me. Who better than you?" I'm not sure if this is emotional manipulation, but it's working. Alexia: "I know you can't change the company name in a week, but it would mean so much to me if I could at least get on television to prove that I'm not a liar. I know I'm asking for a lot, but it would mean the world to me. And I'd make it up to you...." And then she did a thing I'm not comfortable typing out, and I'm sad to say I folded completely. I can have meetings with Bad Influence, I can haggle with WGN execs over television shows, but put me up against Alexia and she knows how to get her way. So yeah. I've got to find a way to get her on television despite her not being ready just yet. I'd say at least she didn't find out about me spending the night at Sophie's, but I'm wondering if it would've been that bad. Sophie: "We're changing the company name?!" "Yeah.... sorta." Sophie: "You realize this is gonna take a while, right? Like, not until 2016." I take it back. I think I would've preferred Alexia finding out.

It's ten minutes to showtime and I'm a complete wreck. I've got to change the name of the company because my girlfriend's parents threw a bitch fit about it, so instead of telling the dad to go screw himself I have to appease him. Bastard probably doesn't even like wrestling. I know, I know, I'm irritating right now. You put in 18-hour days minimum and tell me you're still happy and chipper. I still haven't come up with a decent name outside of EXODUS, and while that name sounds cool, I'm not entirely sure I want to use that name when referring to TNA. I don't need to spoon feed you the jokes, now do I? Sigh, at least I'm making some progress with New Japan. I mean, they answered my calls after three weeks. And there was a discussion involving a working agreement. Funny enough, the words "Vince Russo will never work for this company again" opened a lot of doors, as did our transparency. Rumor is that a few guys are coming up on the end of their contracts, and like hell if I'll let ROH get first shot at them. Apparently we still got beef, so if they want to go I can f***ing go. I'm being nice by letting them continue to use The Addiction, and that's because I promised Chris and Kaz personally. I'll leave them with Michael Elgin as their only top star if I want, and I'll laugh my ass off the entire time. Jay Lethal can come back to TNA with the House of Truth, I'll have Bobby Fish host The Fish Tank every week, I'll give Adam Cole a new stable if he wants. Sophie's telling me to hold off on full out war for now, so I'm playing nice. But come 2016, I'm at least getting Daniels and Kazarian full-time. I'm debating on bringing in Sabin as well, but we'll cross that bridge when we get there. TNA BREAKOUT ON WGN AMERICA
1) We open on the Beatdown Clan, complete with new recruit Theo Perkins. Theo's not pulling young boy duty since Low Ki apparently has him as his second, though he does get some mean looks from Homicide and Kenny King. The trio inform Perkins that they got him into a qualifier for Team TNA, and not so politely tell him that he better not fail them. Homicide in particular mentions that Perkins "better not f*** this up", since this is the only qualifier that the BDC has. Perkins merely nods at Homicide before telling Ki that he's got this. (66%)
2) This leads us to the first of two Team TNA qualifiers, as Theo Perkins takes on Gregory Iron. The self-professed "Handicapped Handgun" gives Perkins a decent run for his money, enough to prompt Homicide and Kenny King to make their presence known at ringside. Iron and Perkins do their best to ignore the duo, but Homicide draws the attention of the ref, allowing King to connect with the Coronation. Perkins doesn't look to happy, but makes the cover anyway, giving him a slot in Team TNA. Perkins brushes off the celebratory BDC, walking to the back with his head hung low. (61%)
3) Since WGN paid for his contract, I might as well use Matt Cage as he takes on Loca Vida. Loca is a regular with 2CW and came recommended from Samuel Horror, so I figured I'd give him a chance to see what he could do. The talent's there, but not enough for me to fully commit to him just yet. Cage on the other hand is someone who has a natural charisma about him, getting the crowd to hate him just five minutes after his debut. The Cage Effect is hit, giving him the victory. (49%)
4) We get a break from the action, as Jade is standing by without the rest of the Dollhouse or that stupid pink filter. Jade keeps things short and sweet, informing Kong that Turning Point will be the last time anyone will care about her. Instead, the focus will be on Jade, as it should have been from the beginning. Jade ends by stating that Kong's career will die so that her's can grow. Not the best effort, but given that she let Taryn take the lead for like six months, not too bad. (65%)
5) In the second of two Team TNA qualifiers, DJ Z (yeah, "DJ Zema Ion" is a mouthful) took on another Samuel Horror recommendation, AR Fox. Unfortunately WWE got wind of his past exploits, and with his falling out with WWN earlier this year, we're kind of the only game in town. I asked the two to put on a great match to really drum up excitement for the World X Cup (and so that people forgot that Cage/Loca Vida match). What they gave me was a masterpiece. I didn't believe it until later, but Dave Meltzer gave the match four and 3/4 stars, calling it "the best match all year". Both men flew around the ring, determined to outshine the other and earn that spot on Team TNA. Unfortunately all good things must come to an end, as AR Fox countered a crossbody attempt with a breathtaking LoMein Pain for the victory. I locked both of them down immediately afterwards while sending a tape of this to New Japan. How's this for junior's action? (77%)
6) We all needed a cooldown after that amazing match, so we go backstage with James Maritato and the Thomasellis. Calling themselves "The Haters", the trio begin to rip into Aiden O'Shea, calling his wins over the past few weeks flukes. In a straight up fight, he wouldn't last against any of them, and they'll prove that tonight as Aiden takes on Vito Thomaselli. Vito makes a few threats before Maritato wraps it up by proclaiming Aiden a dead man. (62%)
7) Once again, WGN paid for these contracts, so I might as well use them. We get a lighthearted entrance from Marion Fontane and Louis Lyndon, known as Kung Fu Manchu. The duo really interact well with the crowd before the music changes to an off-brand version of Pink Floyd's "Money", drawing out The Elite. Adam Revolver and Ted McNaler tear through the opposition, never once seeming in danger of losing the match. All it takes is a Lariat/German Suplex that Nicole calls "Captiol Investment", and The Elite get a dominant victory. (59%)
8) Because I hate those corporate assholes at Ring of Honor, we get an interview with the self-proclaimed "Soon to be World Tag Team Champions of the World", Bad Influence. Christopher Daniels sips on his martini all throughout the interview while Kazarian handles most of the interview, calling out Horror Show. They throw down the gauntlet for Turning Point, declaring that they'll go through any tag team in their way to claim the title shot. Daniels chimes in, stating that Horror Show adequately describes the two, since their matches are absolutely hideous to watch. They wrap it up by declaring that all of TNA will have permission to worship them..... now. (83%)
9) Remember that match The Haters mentioned earlier? It's happening now, as Aiden O'Shea takes on Vito Thomaselli of The Haters. It's an unfortunate clash of styles, as Aiden's brawling doesn't mesh well with Vito's surprising speed game. Luckily we're focusing more on the story than workrate, although that's slightly lacking as well. Much like the opening match, we get some interference, as Brandon Thomaselli comes down to help out his..... brother? Cousin? His relative, we'll say. Anyway, Brandon trips Aiden, causing the Irishman to yell at the other half of The Haters. Vito takes advantage, rolling up Aiden, only for Aiden to continue the momentum into a roll up of his own for the victory. Aiden dashes out of the ring as Brandon slides in, raising his hand in victory while the Thomaselli's fume inside the ring. (59%)
10) Now to put the "dance" in #TNADANCEPARTY, as everyone's favorite (coughcough) Mahabali Shera gets interview time. I'll spare you the exact transcript and just say that Shera has a title shot against Prince Devitt coming up next, and he is very excited for it. He also did the Shera Shuffle, and now I'm wondering if we can cancel the India Tour so I can send Shera to development some more. (67%)
11) In a move I'm not proud of, Mahabali Shera takes on Prince Devitt for the Wrestler's Choice Title. Devitt continues to stick with the table match stipulation, though in reality we did this to hide Shera's flaws. Devitt does everything he can to pull a miracle out of Shera, even if it means getting his ass whooped to make Shera look like a beast. Unfortunately for him, I'm not putting any sort of title on him anytime soon, as he goes through the table after a sunset flip powerbomb. The two shake hands afterwards, as the show closes in on Shera and Devitt doing the Shera Shuffle. As a side note, I bet Davey that Devitt wouldn't do it, so now I'm out $20. Thanks, Shera. (64%)
Overall, a decent if unspectacular week of wrestling. Thankfully WGN execs understand that we're building up talent on Breakout, so they understand why quite a few of the wrestlers they hired aren't catching on as quickly as they'd hoped. Still, I have hope that a number of them will, it's just a matter of finding the right character at the right time.
I still have to change the damn company name, and it's looking like EXODUS so far. Davey suggested "PCW" while Cage and Horror suggested "Pro Wrestling Eve", so I'm struggling for names. How about y'all do me a solid and help a brother out? Me and Sophie are running on fumes as it is, and that's just for the World X Cup. We need help.

I got nothing funny or witty to say here. I'm running on 14 hours of sleep over the past three days, we still haven't come up with a proper name, and I have to debut Alexia tonight. As far as I'm concerned, tonight's just to put on a show, because Lord knows I'm taking a week off after this. Sophie's gonna run Breakout on Saturday while I try to relax. We hired some dude named Benjamin to help out, so they can run it while I struggle not to raid the independents and call it a day. F*** it, I'll hire Bullet Club and let them run shit; all they need to do is put me in Bullet Club like they did Jarrett last year and it's all good. Yeah, I need a break. Let's just get this over with.
IMPACT WRESTLING ON WGN AMERICA I noticed I never used the name "Impact" on these reports. Weird. 1) We get our final qualifier for Team TNA, as Johnny Gargano takes on the heartthrob himself, Leonardo Spanky. I'm always going to be grateful to Zero-1 for letting us use that sweet Celine Dion cover, even if I did have to pay them for the licensing rights to it. Seriously, have you heard it? It's right here. Listen and enjoy. As for the match itself, it's clear that Spanky is not above using the rules to his advantage, even though he's supposed to be the good guy. Maybe we can spin this into a loveable rogue-type character, since Spanky just has that cocky douche vibe going on. Gargano locks in Garga-No Escape, but Spanky rolls through and manages to somehow secure the pinfall. Gargano can't believe Spanky got the win, damn near pleading with the ref. Ultimately Gargano exits the ring, never shaking Spanky's hand. (73%)2) If Johnny wasn't feeling bad before, he certainly does now as Team TNA officially welcome Leonardo Spanky to the ream. Arik Cannon mainly stands in the background drinking Pabst Blue Ribbon, but they officially sponsor him and gave me a kickback as well so he can drink all he wants. AR Fox, Theo Perkins, and X-Division Champ Trevor Lee take charge, welcoming Leo into the fold properly. Trevor mentions that they're gonna need to start training now since the World X Cup starts at Turning Point. Spanky ends the segment by stating that no matter what happens from here on out, Team TNA doesn't have to worry. Because his heart will go on. I bet him $20 he couldn't work it into the show. Crafty bastard is brilliant. (66%)3) It's a good thing Team TNA is going training, since we get a solid look at Team Mexico Captain La Sombra. I won't pretend like I understand how he got out of his developmental contract at WWE, since they could use all the help they can get rebuilding, but here we are. His opponent for the night is DJ Z, coming off a Match Of The Year contender with AR Fox on Breakout. Unfortunately he can't replicate the success, but the duo still put on a great match. However, we got the World X Cup coming up soon, so the outcome's pretty obvious. A Brilliante Driver followed by the Split-Legged Corkscrew gives Sombra the victory and momentum heading into Turning Point. (78%)4) Because I'm committed to this storyline I got saddled with at the beginning, Eli Drake and Brian Cage get interview time. They quickly run down Drew Galloway before switching gears to Rockstar Spud. They understand that Spud's been looking for someone to replace EC3, but latching onto Drew is possibly the worst decision he's ever made. See, Cage is going to destroy him tonight for interfering in their business, but afterwards, they're giving him a chance to leave. If Spud decides to continue sticking his nose in their affairs, then tonight will look like a walk in the park. (67%)5) In case you skip Breakout (and why would you? We have Mahabali Shera! YOU LOVE THAT GUY!), WGN's been asking why I'm not using the guys they paid for, so I need to use them to shut the bigwigs up. So I'm sorry, but Matt Striker is taking on Crimson. Assuming you haven't gone off to look at something else, the duo put on a serviceable match. Striker's still working out the ring rust, so he's not as quick or refined as he'd like to be. But his opponent is Crimson, so I obviously don't give two f***s about workrate or whatever. In the lowest point of the match, Striker uses the Overdrive for the victory. Apparently he didn't learn a proper finisher in the near-decade he's taken off from active duty. Once again, I'm so sorry. (67%)6) To make it up, we're giving you Mr. Anderson taking on our current King of the Mountain, James Storm. It's a straight up brawl all throughout the match, which means that Storm is dominating this. Anderson ends up getting his ass whooped by the reinvigorated Cowboy, and the Last Call puts the exclamation point for the victory. The real story is afterwards, as Bobby Roode slides in behind Storm, taking him down with the Northern Lariat. Roode's not done, hoisting Storm up for the Roode Bomb before posing with the KotM Title. (76%)7) In the segment I'm dreading, we get Alexia's TNA debut, and it's..... not as bad as I thought it would be. Granted, we put her in the interviewer role, but she does an admirable job given that it's her debut. She does make a mistake or two, but at least she recovers well as she introduces Davey Richards. Richards takes the time to remind viewers that Eddie Edwards is out for a while due to a knee injury, but once he returns the duo will reclaim the TNA Tag Titles. In the meantime, he's looking to improve his standings, as he would love nothing more than to challenge for the Heavyweight Title. Cue another WGN hire, as Carlito Colon makes his debut. The two trade insults before Davey throws down a challenge for tonight, which Carlito accepts. Meanwhile, Alexia looks amazed, so good for her. (57%)8) Continuing the storyline that a few people are losing faith in, Brian Cage takes on Rockstar Spud. Eli Drake won't shut up, providing a constant distraction to prevent Spud from getting the advantage. Not like Cage needs the help, as he dominates the majority of the match. Spud does his best to try and get the flash pin, but Cage lifts him up to deliver a wheelbarrow suplex that folds Spud in half. Signalling for the end, Cage hoists Spud in the air before driving him down with a Splash Mountain Powerbomb for the victory. Cage poses as Eli tells Spud to stay away for his own health. (68%)9) To continue getting WGN off my back, we get Carlito Colon taking on Davey Richards. Because we're not legally allowed to have him do the apple-spitting bit, Carlito connects with an open slap that only angers Richards. Richards responds with a slap that turns Carlito around, then connects with a German Suplex to send Carlito to the outside. Richards continues to dominate the match, partly because if WGN is gonna force me to use these guys then they'll deal with this. It's petty, but I'd like to remind you that they gave me over thirty wrestlers to take care of, so shit happens. The finish comes when Carlito tries to hit the Backstabber, but Richards counters into a half-nelson suplex. Richards rolls through, locking in the Crossface to draw out the submission victory. (79%)10) Before our main event, we see our perpetual #1 Contender Jeff Hardy pacing through the halls, psyching himself up for the main event. As he prepares to head to the ring, he brushes against BDC leader Low Ki. Low Ki takes exception, grabbing Hardy and warning him about " letting that happen again." Hardy simply nods and leaves while Homicide and Kenny King appear behind Ki, stating that Hardy will get his soon enough. (73%)11) In our main event, it's eight man warfare, as The Carter Dynasty teams with Horror Show to take on The Hardys and Bad Influence. EC3 surprisingly starts the match for his team, while Christopher Daniels starts for his. What follows is an impressive exchange for two minutes, prompting the fans to cheer wildly. EC3 makes the tag to Samuel Horror, while Matt Hardy gets the tag from Daniels. From there, it's a chaotic match, as both sides are determined to pull out the victory. Jason Carter IV nearly gets the win after hitting the Carte Blanche (Small Package Driver), only to get the pin broken up by Kazarian. EC3 runs in to support his cousin, only for Jeff to go after the TNA Champ, and from there all hell breaks loose. EC3 and Jeff end up brawling to the back while Daniels and Jason Carter IV end up in the crowd. Outside the ring, Brian Myers rams Kazarian into the ring post while Horror and Matt are brawling in the ring. Hardy looks to hit the Twist of Fate, but Myers breaks it up before the duo hit the Cult Classic for the victory. Impact closes with Horror Show celebrating the victory while Bad Influence regroup on the outside. (75%)Another decent episode of Impact. I apologize for not putting my all in this week, but I'm about to take a much needed vacation so I don't care. Alexia's happy she got to be on television, her parents seem happy enough, and I can finally relax. And stupid ass Bob Holly is bitching about things on Twitter. And saying things that he really shouldn't be. That's fine, he's suspended for a month.

I tell ya, this vacation is exactly what I needed. Alexia and I decided to go to San Francisco for a week while Sophie and a few other employees are holding down the fort. They know which storylines we need going forward, and considering Turning Point is coming up, they can't mess up. It's not like Bob Ryder and John Gaburick are running things, because I sent their asses packing the second I took over. Borash hosts an online segment, but if his ass steps out of line I'll fire him too. I've got my buddies Sean and Clint who've done an amazing job so far, and either one could take JB's place. Hell, I'll throw Terry Funk on there and give him a live mic. Enough about work. We've really enjoyed ourselves here. We took in a 49ers game, walked the Golden Gate Bridge and the Pier, and a couple of theater performances. I even got to check out the local independent scene here. There are a few guys who have talent, but I'm not ready to make any new hires just yet. Still, I'm keeping my eye on a good number of these guys, including this dude named Ryan Kidd. He gave me a video of his work, and I told him I'd take a look at it sometime soon. This is the sort of vacation we needed. Just to get away from everything and focus on us. Of course, I still have to check on the product to make sure it's good.... TNA BREAKOUT ON WGN 1) In what I'm kinda miffed about, Team Britain Captain Martin Cameron (aka Marty Scurll) teams with Kris Travis to take on Team Canada members Michael Avery and Lionel Knight. Why Travis couldn't team with Project Ego partner Martin Kirby, I'll never know, but Cameron and Travis seem to work well together. "The Villain" is in full form tonight, as a low blow is followed by Party's Over for the victory, with Kris Travis none the wiser. (60%)2) Another interview for The Elite, as they quickly run down last week's victory before promising that they would be shooting up the ranks here in TNA. Revolver makes sure to tip the hapless interviewer ( Jay Freddie from 2CW) as the duo walk off. Given that I didn't approve this hiring, something's up. (57%)3) Coming back from commercial, we get an interview with Team Canada. Team Captain Petey Williams praises Avery and Knight, noting that Team Britain had to cheat to win tonight. Well once the World X Cup starts, there won't be any cheating allowed, as all of Team Canada will be present for every match they have. The Super Smash Bros. also mention that they'll tear through Travis and his regular partner Martin Kirby to close out the segment. (63%)4) We get another surprising debut, as Jake and Dave Crist take on the RockNES Monsters. How in the f*** did we get OI4K, and why are they here? Shouldn't I be informed since, oh I don't know, I own the damn company? Thank God the Crist brothers don't get injured, and while the match is enjoyable, I just can't figure out what the hell is going on. Jake ends it with a Shooting Star Press for the victory while Sophie ignores my call. (66%)5) We get Knockouts action, as Mio Shirai takes on Rachel Summerlynn in a debut I actually knew about ahead of time. I'm still trying to call Sophie to figure out why I have to deal with three more people on the roster, but Alexia's enthralled by the match. She even told me afterwards that she wants to go back to developmental to become as great as these two. Unfortunately I still need to have her on television from time to time, but I set her up with some training on her off time. Mio finishes the match with the Purple Flash, and Alexia is all but begging me to introduce her to them. (62%, 100% according to Alexia)6) It's another World X Cup advertisement, as TNA Wrestler's Choice Champion Prince Devitt announces the formation of Team International. Noam Dar, Alex Koslov, Angelico, and PJ Black are all introduced as the members before declaring that while they may all come from different nations, that only proves their strength. They are the best of the best, the leaders of their respective nations, and with their combined might, none will stand in their way. (72%)7) It's not a perfect match, but Aiden O'Shea takes on Rashad Cameron while Sophie ignores my seventh call. Seriously, what the f*** is going on? We used to talk for hours, going over every show in detail and arguing about where each segment belonged. Whatever's going on, I don't like it, and the sooner I can get a call the better. Aiden wins with a Boomstick if you care, by the way. While Aiden's a nice guy, I could care less. Something's going on, I can feel it. (66%)8) Alexia would inform me later that Jade and The Dollhouse would approach Ashley Flair backstage. Jade mentioned that she knows they've been enemies in the past, but come Turning Point, Ashley better not stick her nose in their business. Kong vs. Jade is going to be one-on-one, with no interference by The Dollhouse, and Jade wants to ensure that Kong's "little friends" like her and Gail won't make an appearance as well. Ashley responds that she'll be there, but only to watch Kong's last match. She won't interfere, so long as The Dollhouse does the same. Jade just mutters a vague threat as The Dollhouse leave the area. (60%)9) Eleventh call. At this point I'm just gonna fire her. Sure we had good times, and we were friends, but with this stunt and ignoring my calls she's already sealed her fate. To try and clear my head, I catch the Extreme Jaguar vs. DJ Z match midway. DJ Z has been doing a damn fine job of putting on stellar matches week after week, and he continues to do so against the violent luchador. It doesn't beat his match with AR Fox last week, but seeing as how that's actually been nominated for Match of the Year, I'm not to upset. Zema misses the 630 Splash, allowing Jaguar to hit the Sabertooth Splash for the victory. (77%)10) Aiden gets beat down by The Haters until Jake and Dave Crist make the save for some reason. They're able to fight off The Haters long enough for O'Shea to recover, joining the brothers Crist in taking on his attackers. I'll be honest, I'm just repeating what Alexia's telling me. My sole focus right now is figuring out what the hell happened. (51%)11) Nicole and Todd mention that this is to determine the #1 Contender to the Wrestler's Choice Title, which confuses me even moreso. Johnny Mundo, Matt Striker, Shane Helms (what the hell?), and YouPorn's own Joey Ryan all make their way to the ring before the match starts. I'm actually surprised we got Ryan, given that he's been in high demand since the video of him and Danshoku Dino hit the internet. Dude's sponsored by YouPorn, for crying out loud. Sure, it's two more people on the roster, but I'm okay with Ryan as we might get some sponsorship money from them as well. Sure enough, Todd namedrops the " YouPorn Plex", since that's the actual name of the move, as Joey effectively takes out Shane Helms. However, he turns right into the Moonlight Drive from Mundo, who scores the victory. Prince Devitt stands on the stage, holding the title high in the air and surrounded by Team International to close the show. (70%)Twenty calls. Twenty f***ing calls and not one response. That's it, I'm raiding the independents. I'm going to war with Ring of Honor. I'm beyond pissed at this point; I just want to pillage and raid until I'm satisfied. Sophie: "Hello?" WHAT THE f***. "WHAT THE f***. I LET YOU RUN THE SHOW AND THIS HAPPENS?! YOU KNOW AS WELL AS I DO WE'RE STRETCHED THIN, AND NOW YOU'RE GIVING ME FIVE MORE WRESTLERS?! PEOPLE I DIDN'T SIGN OFF ON! WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON?!?!"Sophie: "It was the WGN execs. They came an hour before the show and practically demanded they be used. They wanted them in high profile matches and actually winning so they could feel better about hiring them." "Sonofa- I swear I'm heading over to their offices first thing tomorrow. Like hell if I'm going to let my company bend over and get screwed."Sophie: "Actually, we're going to need you to come here tomorrow." "Why? I'm still supposed to be on vacation, something I told you about since the first of the month. What could be so important that I have to be there tomorrow?"Sophie: "We were forced to move our PPV up a week. Turning Point's tomorrow. DirecTV and WGN played hardball, we came out of it on the losing side, so now we're punished for it. I've been in meetings for the past three hours trying to solve everything, and it turns out I can't. Not without you here." ARE YOU F***ING KIDDING ME. " Shit! Dammit! F***!
Put up a preview. Throw something up. Anything. Tell the talent to advertise like. a. motherf***er. I'll be on the first flight back, we'll solve this, and then you and I are going to Chicago to set those motherf***ers straight." Of course this happens while I'm gone. Of course. Because why should anything good happen? Why should anything good happen for TNA? Alexia: "What's going on?" "Pack your bags. You're making your PPV debut tomorrow."Alexia: "YAY! Give me five minutes." Why not put her on. Not like anything else can go wrong. Sigh.... my life is a f***ing mess.

TNA HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP "YOUR HERO" ETHAN CARTER III (c) VS. "THE CHARSIMATIC ENIGMA" JEFF HARDY- Don't see Hardy winning the title here, especially since Jason Carter just got introduced. Still plenty of juice left in the reign of ECIII.
TNA KING OF THE MOUNTAIN CHAMPIONSHIP "THE COWBOY" JAMES STORM VS. "THE IT FACTOR" BOBBY ROODE- Total coin toss here but Ill go with the Cowboy this time around. Wouldn't be surprised if they do a rematch at some point in the next month.
TNA TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP HORROR SHOW (BRIAN MYERS AND SAMUEL HORROR) (c) VS. BAD INFLUENCE ("THE WINGED RING GENERAL" CHRISTOPHER DANIELS AND "THE HEAVY METAL REBEL" KAZARIAN) - I love Bad Influence but it seems like the Horror Show just got the straps.
AWESOME KONG'S LAST STAND AWESOME KONG VS. JADE (W/ THE DOLLHOUSE) - Kong's on her way out and Jade is the young star with the heel faction backing her. I'd be very surprised if Jade didn't win, although I fully expect it to be not so clean and for Kong to get her revenge in the post match to end her career on a good note.
TAG TEAM GRUDGE MATCH DREW GALLOWAY AND ROCKSTAR SPUD VS. NATURAL SELECTION (ELI DRAKE AND BRIAN CAGE)- The faces seem due for a win here.
WORLD X CUP
BATTLE ROYAL- I'll say somebody from Team TNA picks up the win to start out the cup.
TNA KNOCKOUTS CHAMPIONSHIP GAIL KIM (c) VS. MIO SHIRAI VS. ASHLEY FLAIR- Gail Kim is the bae.
MATT HARDY VS. JASON CARTER IV- ECIII is already winning so I'd imagine his cousin is gonna do the job here
TURNING POINT PRE-SHOW MATCH (AVAILABLE ON TNAWRESTLING.COM AND FACEBOOK) AIDEN O'SHEA & IRISH AIRBORN (JAKE AND DAVE CRIST) VS. THE HATERS (JAMES MARITATO, PAULY AND VITO THOMASELLI)- They are the younger talent so I went with them

It's less than an hour until showtime and I'm very close to just saying screw it and cancelling. We had to give refunds to a good amount of the people who bought tickets since they weren't informed of the change. Not to mention scaling down to the Full Sail Arena just so our house would look presentable on PPV. Sure the arena's small, but at least we know it'll be a packed house with interested fans. Hell, even the old Mayor of NXT showed up. I always did like that guy. Still, to say the boys and girls in the back are upset would be an understatement. They understand we're having the PPV on such short notice, but they're more worried about the wear and tear on their bodies. I may have to switch Breakout to another day if we're going to keep dealing with shit like this, just to ensure that everyone's well rested enough to compete. Oh, right. Alexia's still doing interview work tonight, so look forward to that. I did promise she could be on PPV, and I'm nothing if not a man of my word. That and it's obvious to everyone that I could give two f***s at this point. Let's just get through tonight and try to regroup afterwards. 1) In the preshow, The Haters take on the team of Aiden O'Shea and Irish Airborne. Having met with Jake and Dave briefly, I could tell they were both a little nervous. Unfortunately it showed, as they weren't able to have the kind of match I know they could have. Couple that with them not clicking with the Thomaselli's, and the high spots were Maritato and and Aiden. Eventually the standard brawl comes into play, with the Thomaselli's thrown to the outside before Airborn wiped them out with stereo planchas. Inside the ring, Maritato tries to hit the Arriverderci, but Aiden shoves him off before hitting him with a thunderous Boomstick for the victory.
TNA AND 5 HOUR ENERGY PRESENT.... TURNING POINT 2) In the opening contest of the PPV, Matt Hardy takes on Jason Carter IV. Truthfully I just threw this together because of the Carters-Hardy feud, but the extra week would've allowed us to develop it further. So now it's just a match, which just makes my hatred for WGN grow. Still, Hardy and Carter put on a decent match, with Carter showing off that he can indeed wrestle. Carter signals for the end, setting Hardy up for the Carte Blanche. However, Hardy has it scouted, reversing it into the Twist of Fate for the victory. Poor Jason came up to me afterwards to apologize for the match, even though it's not his fault. It was a good match, things just aren't clicking. 3) I'd hoped it was just a one time thing, but turns out that's gonna be the theme for the night, along with "these matches don't make sense, but hey it's good wrestling." The Knockout's Revolution continues next, as Gail Kim defends her title against Mio Shirai and Ashley Flair, who brings her father to ringside with her. Ric seems to be subdued, allowing the main focus to be on the three women inside the ring. Mio brings the hard hitting style, Ashley brings the technical style, and Gail brings the veteran instincts to make this one of the better matches of the night. Ashley looks like she could pull it off after connecting with the Natural Selection on Gail, only for Mio to haul Ashley up and deliver a German Suplex that only gets two. Mio bounces off the ropes, only for Ric to trip her up before strutting as if he did nothing wrong. Mio wastes time yelling at the Nature Boy, only to get tossed to the outside. Ashley tries locking in the Figure Eight, only for Gail to wrap Ashley up in a Small Package that gets the victory. Ric is absolutely shocked as Mio seethes on the outside, slowly backing up the ramp. 4) Either this idea is really good or really bad, but we're going through with it: The World X Cup Battle Royal. With six teams of five, it made the most sense. I won't go over every detail, but the battle royal does tell several important stories: Team TNA working great as individuals but struggling with teamwork, La Sombra getting the most eliminations with seven (including both Super Smash Bros), Pentagon Jr. nearly breaking the arm of Team Canada member Michael Avery, and Marty Scurll (who the hell tried to rename him?) actively avoiding elimination by staying on the outside. There's high spots aplenty, including a brilliant Tower of Doom that pops the crowd and gives me hope that this PPV can be salvaged. The final four come down to La Sombra, Prince Devitt, Marty Scurll, and Trevor Lee. It turns into champions vs. nonchampions, with Marty and Devitt trading shots that echo throughout the arena while La Sombra and Trevor all but fly around the ring. Trevor manages to land the standing double stomp to Sombra, only to get tossed over by Devitt as he touches the mat. Devitt hardly has time to breathe, as Scurll comes rushing forward, only to be back body dropped over the ropes. Scurll lands on the apron, trying to avoid elimination as Devitt struggles to eliminate the Team Britain Captain. Luck is on his side, as La Sombra attacks Devitt from behind and struggles to eliminate him. Scurll slides into the ring before backing into an opposite corner as Sombra and Devitt continue to fight. Sombra looks to take out Devitt, only for Devitt to counter and toss La Sombra out as well. Devitt struggles to catch his breath, only to be taken out with a thunderous chair shot to the back. Scurll winds back and connects with another shot before picking up the limp Devitt and tossing him to the outside, giving Team Britain 10 points and the victory. 5) After that match, we get a small breather, as Brian Cage and Eli Drake take on the duo of Drew Galloway and Rockstar Spud. Before the match begins, Drake takes the microphone and offers Spud a chance to walk away. Spud looks uncertain as the fans beg him not to leave, only for Drew to place a hand on Spud's shoulder. Drew says it's okay if Spud leaves, that he'll understand. Spud merely nods before rushing forward, connecting with a dropkick that has Drake reeling. From there, Spud and Galloway take the fight to Drake and Cage, refusing to go down. However, Drake and Cage are more than willing to cheat to get ahead, isolating the smaller Spud for a majority of the match. Drake and Cage look to end it with a Splash Mountain Powerbomb, but Drew comes in with a Sick Kick that sends Cage reeling. Drake enters the ring to get revenge, and we got ourselves a good old brawl. Cage tries to shake off the effects of the Sick Kick, grabbing Spud and looking to hit the Splash Mountain Powerbomb again. But Spud has it scouted, slipping out of Cage's grasp before catching him with a boot to the gut, delivering the Underdog! Drake tries to break the pin, but Drew tackles him to the mat, holding him down as Spud gets the victory. Drake to the outside, frustrated with the loss as Spud and Galloway celebrate, never once checking in on Cage. 6) In what is an emotional match, Awesome Kong makes her way down to the ring to take on the new leader of The Dollhouse, Jade. The two share a nod before tying up and proceeding to tell a wonderful story. Kong refuses to back down even with this being her retirement match, while Jade is out to prove that she deserves to be in the upper echelon here in TNA. The duo wrestle a surprisingly clean match, which throws Kong off enough to give Jade the advantage. An attempt at the Awesome Bomb is countered into a hurricanrana that sends Kong crashing into the turnbuckles, allowing Jade to connect with double knees to the lower back (which used to be Pope's finisher, but he's gone so I'm giving it to someone else). With Kong down Jade looks to end things with the Jade Kiss, but Kong rolls out of the way just in the nick of time. Kong looks to end things with the Implant Buster, but Jade deadweights her before spinning out and connecting with a spinning backfist. Jade connects with another before going behind Kong and, in an impressive feat of strength, drives her down with a huge German Suplex. This time, the Jade Kiss connects, and Jade gets the three. Kong gets up shortly after, realizing what has happened as Jade stands in the ring. The two share a handshake before Jade exits the ring, allowing the fans to give Kong a fond farewell. 7) In what may very well be the match of the night, Horror Show defend their titles against the veteran tag team of Bad Influence. Daniels and Kazarian take the lead early on, showing that they haven't lost a step in their time away from TNA. Still, Myers and Horror are the tag champs for a reason, as they isolate Daniels after the initial flurry from the fan favorite team. Myers wears down Daniels while Horror works on the leg, preparing for the Stretch Muffler. Daniels catches a break, managing to counter a back body drop attempt into a spike DDT that has Myers vertical for two seconds before falling back to the mat. Daniels makes the tag, and Kazarian cleans house. Kazarian has Myers set for Celebrity Rehab, but Horror enters the ring, and all hell breaks loose. Daniels and Horror topple to the outside while Myers and Kaz do battle inside, Kaz taking it to the tag champ. Kaz busts out the old Wave of the Future, but Myers kicks out at two. On the outside, Daniels seems to get the better of Horror until a shot to the leg hobbles him. Horror decides to push the advantage, taking a steel chair to the injured leg that sends Daniels crumpling to the ground. Horror slides back into the ring, delivering a clubbing forearm to the back of Kazarian before deadlifting him up and planting him with the gutwrench powerbomb. Horror isn't done, lifting Kazarian before planting him once more as Myers dives with an elbow drop to complete the Cult Classic and get the victory. 8) In a match several weeks in the making, James Storm defends his King of the Mountain Title against his former tag team partner Bobby Roode. There's no collar and elbow tie up or feeling out process, Roode attacks Storm from behind during his entrance and it grows from there. The duo battle in the crowd, throwing each other against the guardrails and attacking one another with any weapon available. Roode connects with a blistering chair shot to the back that sends Storm stumbling forward, desperate to get away from the former champ. Storm manages to catch a break after throwing a drink in Roode's face before connecting with the Last Call to knock Roode down. Storm stumbles back to ringside, only for Roode to make his way over the guardrail as well. Storm rushes forward, unloading with rights and lefts before tossing Roode into the ring. Storm reaches underneath the ring to grab a kendo stick, only to be stopped by referee Dan Engler as he enters the ring. This allows Roode to recover, tackling Storm into the corner before the two begin trading shots once more. Engler tries to separate the two, only to be struck down by both competitors. A swarm of referees come down to try and separate the two, only for Roode and Storm to attack all of them before continuing to brawl. Road agents and security try to keep them away from one another, nearly succeeding until Roode dives onto Storm. Kurt Angle makes his way to try and make sense, forcing Storm to the outside while making sure that Roode stays far away. Storm is escorted to the back, but not before yelling that this isn't over. 8.5) Whatever, this is a diary and we need filler while Kurt tries to make sense of things. So instead of a video package I had Alexia interview EC3. It's the typical "I'm going to win because I'm Ethan Freaking Carter The Third", but Ethan does a damn fine job of building the match and I did promise she'd be on the PPV. She's slowly getting the hang of this, so kudos to everyone involved. 9) I should be excited for the main event, but in all honesty I want this to be quick so I can get to my meeting with WGN sooner. That shouldn't take away from the action, as Jeff Hardy and Ethan Carter III do a damn fine job of drawing the crowd in. Sure, they've wrestled one another a number of times, but they build on that tonight to have a terrific match. Once again Ethan proves that he can indeed wrestle (again), while Jeff does a damn good job of bringing the fight to Ethan. During separate points of the match, Jason Carter IV and Matt Hardy make their way to ringside, cheering on their respective family members (cough cough). Ethan tries to irish whip Jeff, only for Jeff to twist underneath and surprise Ethan with a Twist of Fate! Jason immediately pulls Ethan to the outside, prompting Matt to attack from behind. The ref manages to separate Matt and Jason before demanding that both be sent to the back! Jason throws an absolute fit as Matt reluctantly heads to the back, leaving the action inside the ring. Jeff looks to hit the Swanton, only for Ethan to roll out of the way at the last second as Jeff crashes on the mat. Ethan is the first to his feet, looking to nail the One Percenter, but Jeff shoves him into the ropes. On the way back Jeff prepares to hit the Twist of Fate, but Ethan counters with a northern lights suplex for two. Undeterred, Ethan connects with a running punt before hauling Jeff up and drilling him with the One Percenter for the definitive three. Ethan grabs his title and makes his way to the back as Jeff slowly pulls himself up. He's not on his feet for more than five seconds when Low Ki attacks, connecting with a dropkick that sends Jeff into the corner. Low Ki delivers a Ki Krusher before climbing the top rope, flipping off the crowd and connecting with the Warrior's Way. The PPV ends with Low Ki standing over the fallen Jeff Hardy while EC3 looks on, a small smile on his face.

Sitting in this chair, facing off against the very person that gave me two television shows, I can't help but think how much has changed in the past two months. Last time I saw him he was like my own personal angel, and now I've called him the devil all throughout the plane trip here. I've kept calm for most of the meeting, which Sophie has handled well. Screw assistant, I might just make her Vice President. Girl knows how to get things done. Sophie: "In wrestling, we have our shows planned out weeks ahead of time ( *cough*). We plan everything up to the PPV, and yet we were forced to change everything around due to several of your representatives demanding their investments pay off and the nonsense with DirecTV throwing off our PPV schedule. We were promised the 27th, we built to that date, and were forced to change everything around the day before. We lost thousands of dollars in ticket sales, in building rentals, and revenue. Something needs to change." Mr. Henderson: "Well, I will admit that the DirecTV deal did alter plans for you. However, we were told that your PPV was originally set on the 20th. We were never informed of your decision to move said event until last week, and by then negotiations were already crumbling. I am sorry about what happened, but you need to look internally for the true culprit. I can't refund you all the money you lost, but I can cut you a check for $25,000 to at least make up for the ticket revenue. I'm afraid that's the only expense we're willing to cover at this time." Motherf***ers. "And how do we know this situation won't happen again? Just because you've negotiated with In Demand doesn't mean we aren't at risk. We're still rebuilding TNA's image, and a stunt like this does more harm than good to us as well as to you. You lose money on your investment, and we struggle to continue keeping our recent goodwill.Three years ago TNA was looked at as a joke by the wrestling industry. Sure, we had great wrestlers, but it was mistakes like this that led to many giving up on the product. That's viewers turning the channel, that's loss of revenue for you, and that's fans that we lose. Incidents such as these can't happen because everyone loses. I realize you've had much more experience in television that I've had, but wrestling has been a part of my life since I was two years old. I know this business because I love this business, and even if it puts me on your shitlist I'll fight for it as well. We'll take the $25,000 because in the nicest way possible we're owed that money, but sir, I have to tell you that I don't appreciate your employees coming around and forcing me to change things on the fly. I highly doubt you would do the same thing for Salem, and quite frankly it's insulting that you would do it to us. If you want your investments to pay off, you need to trust me. It's not as simple as throwing them on television, you need to introduce them in an organic way and let the audience decide for themselves if they enjoy it or not. We'll still feature them since that was the deal, but if there's any more interference I'll have to do what's best for my company."And with that I walked away. I'd said what I needed to, and I highly doubted I needed to stay any longer.
Five minutes later I met up with Sophie in the front lobby. She had collected the check, and informed me that Henderson promised he wouldn't interfere again, but that his "investments" needed to be featured more. Said that since he had paid for the contracts, he needed to know he was getting a return. That's fine. I'll make sure they're "featured". Sophie: "So.... what now?" "We wrap up the year, do about four tapings of Impact, and prepare for next year."Sophie: "I meant in terms of 'where do you want to go?' I'm starving." "Oh. Right. Um, pizza?"I am not smooth, Not smooth at all.

IMPACT WRESTLING ON WGN AMERICA
1) There's no lengthy introduction because I had to say goodbye to two of my pets, I accidentally erased my notes on the show, and I'm not emotionally stable at the moment. So rather than me slowly slipping into madness and declaring war on both WGN and ROH, I'll let Sophie explain what's going on.
Low Ki and the Beatdown Clan brag about their actions at Turning Point, The Hardys come out and challenge them for a match later tonight.
2) In World X Cup action, Team Mexico takes on Team Canada as Pentagon Jr. battles Michael Avery. It's a decent match, but ends rather quickly as Pentagon Jr. gets the submission win after the Armbreaker. After the bell rings, Pentagon smiles before falling backwards, damaging Avery's arm and causing a pull apart brawl between the two teams.
3) In the second match, the Super Smash Bros. battled Mad Pirate Morgan and Puma King. Fueled by a desire of revenge for their team partner, the Smash Bros. finish them off with Pacman Fever.
4) In the final match, Petey Williams takes on La Sombra, which draws the ire of fellow Team Mexico partner Extreme Jaguar. Jaguar tries interfering towards the end of the match, drawing Team Canada and Team Mexico into another brawl. Among the confusion, Sombra nails the Brilliante Driver to give Team Mexico the victory.
5) Eli Drake and Brian Cage discuss the events of Turning Point, where Drake abandoned Cage after the match. Drake apologizes, stating that he got caught up in the heat of the moment before swearing it won't happen again. The two share a handshake before heading to the ring.
6) In a rematch from Turning Point, Eli Drake and Brian Cage take on Rockstar Spud and Drew Galloway. Drake and Cage struggle to get on the same page throughout the match, culminating in an argument after Drew unknowingly shoves Drake into Cage. The two argue before Drake slaps Cage, demanding that he get his head in the game. Cage responds with a Discus Lariat that takes Drake down before leaving the ring, allowing Drew to get the pinfall.
7) In an interview with Alexia, Kurt Angle reprimands Bobby Roode and James Storm for their actions at Turning Point before declaring that the fans deserve to see that match. Therefore, next week it will be Bobby Roode vs. James Storm in a Street Fight.
8) Awesome Kong comes out one last time, giving a heartfelt speech to the crowd before calling Ashley Flair out. Kong praises her work ethic before declaring Ashley the new face of the Knockout's Revolution. This brings out The Dollhouse, who disagree. Jade states that if anyone should be the face it should be her, since she beat Kong while Ashley sat on the sidelines. Jade challenges Ashley to prove she's the face of the Knockouts by challenging her now.
9) Ashley and Jade have a competitive match up, with Jade getting frustrated that she can't seem to put Ashley away. The Jade Kiss is avoided, allowing Ashley to lock in the Figure Eight. The Dollhouse attack and draw the DQ, prompting Kong to enter as well. Jade and Rebel make it to safety, but Kong is able to deliver the Awesome Bomb to Marti as the crowd chants her name.
10) Coming back from commercial, we get an interview with Ethan Carter III, who brags about his victory at Turning Point. EC3 mentions that not only is he still champion, but he is now free from having to deal with Jeff Hardy any longer. He's earned this vacation because he is the best, and no one is ever going to take that away from him.
11) In the main event, The Hardys take on the Beatdown Clan, represented by Low Ki and Homicide. The BDC isolate Matt for a majority of the match, but a hot tag draws in Jeff, who cleans house. An attempt at the Twist of Fate is countered into a spinebuster, but Matt is there to break the pin. A brawl erupts inside the ring between the Hardys and the BDC, which sees Low Ki tossed to the outside before Jeff wipes him and the rest of the BDC out with a suicide dive. Inside the ring, Homicide tries to hit the Gringo Cutter, but Matt pushes him off, catching him with a boot to the gut on the way back and delivering the Twist of Fate for the victory. The Hardys celebrate inside the ring while Low Ki and the BDC fume on the outside.
