Talking 10.5 inches of snow for the Broncos/Pats game tomorrow. Two points: 1) This both helps and hurts the Patriots. It helps them in the sense that their receiving corps are so depleted by injuries and attrition that weather may dictate the play-calling to be heavier on the running game, screens, and short pass plays. It also helps them in the sense that Tom Brady usually dominates in the snow because opposing pass-rushers can't get any traction and he has that extra half-second in the pocket to find the open receiver or let the route develop. This would be a key factor Sunday night, with a ferocious Broncos pass rush squaring off against a patchwork Patriots offensive line. That being said, it hurts them in the sense that if they need to rely on the running game, they could be in for a world of hurt because LeGarrette Blount has been a disappointment this season and I have little faith in James White or Brandon Bolden getting more than a handful of carries in a single game. 2) It's too bad Peyton Manning isn't starting. I would have loved to see him ride off into the sunset with one last shrivel against the Patriots in cold weather.

According to Adam Schefter, the St. Louis Rams will not face any punishment for "mishandling concussion protocols" in regards to quarterback Case Keenum during last Sunday's game in Baltimore.
So just in case you still held out hope that the NFL wasn't this incestuous, malevolent organization and that the league gave a flying f*** about player safety or concussions, this should all but bury that notion.

Terry Bradshaw had claimed that the league is suppose to have someone up there in the box to monitor these things. Any word on that person?

Patellar tendon tear for Graham, he's out for the season Great trade for Seattle. You cant predict an Injury. But he was mediocre even before then with this offense this season. That's what happens when you go from Drew Brees to a run heavy offense...
You wanna talk frustrating trades and moves I'm a god damn Eagles Fan, it's been nothing but anger watching this "Team" play. At least Seattle has a winning record...

Am I the only one who thinks that Rob Gronkowski looks like Mark O'Toole who was the bassist for Frankie Goes to Hollywood.

Gronk was walking which is good to see but hard to judge on. That hit, it may have been legal but I cannot call it clean. Absolutely hate seeing it.

Rapoport saying Pats don't believe it is serious yet, and Schefter saying a source texted him the same. Still not in the clear though. not in the clear at all, heard the same thing about Kelvin Benjamin when he left training camp injured and we all saw how that turned out.
