Kitty Pryde is perhaps the worst X-men character ever conceived. I defy you to name another character whose a larger mary sue in any medium. "ooh look as me I'm a snarky ballerina and i'm a ninja and a computer hacker and I'm besties with Wolverine for some reason and all the boys lurve me and I have a pet dragon and I get crammed into franchises I have no business being involved in like Guardians of the Galaxy because Bendis used to wank to me when he was 12 and I'm Star-lord now and bleh be bleh bleh bleh". seriously, f*** this character. I wish she stayed on that space bullet and starved to death.

The best Judd Apatow movies are the ones he didn't direct.
My favorite Hans Zimmer scores are from The Holiday and As Good As It Gets.
I wish more modern superhero movies had awesome opening titles like the Burton Batman movies, Superman: The Movie and Raimi's Spider-Man trilogy.
"Dark" does not automatically mean "amazing masterpiece." Quality matters.

Peter Jackson's LotR and Hobbit films are over long boring and just bad films. Geoff Johns is a major reason why comic book sales are so bad. I don't think at this point the second one's even really so much an unpopular opinion. The guy got too much power, is writing a ton of characters he has no clue how to write, and is more interested in feeding his own ego and having his own universe than he is in making a story fit a universe or in leaving something for future writers to explore. As for Jackson... I've only seen the first two Lord of the Rings movies (both multiple times), only way I will ever watch the Hobbit is if it's the book-accurate edit someone did, but those... Yeah, I think they're very well made, they are boring as f***. There is a huge amount of comic fans that love Johns and consider him "the greatest living comic book writer".

While it isn't a bad show MLP FIM is nothing special. And the huge fandom it has with adults puzzles me and someone I know that worked on the show for a few seasons.
Rob Zombie's Halloween 2 is better than the original Halloween 2. The original Halloween was an American Giallo film. The sequel was a paint by numbers slasher.
Jaws isn't a good film. Robert Shaw is amazing. But he is a scoop of ice cream mixed into the 3 scoops of crap that is the rest of the film.
The Exorcist isn't scary and isn't a good film. Saw it at 3 and it didn't scare me. It actually bored me. Saw it again in my mid teens and the same thing. And I was raised Catholic. Which according to lots of people should "Make it super duper scary to you."

-The "Fantastic Four" movies bombing is not the fault of 20th Century Fox, but rather the fact the comic, team, and characters themselves are so dated it is impossible to update them to a modern audience enough to make them interesting enough to carry a good movie or TV series.

You can blame Marvel for that. They've kept Fantastic Four stagnant since the 80s and done everything to keep them from growing further because heaven forbid everyone grows a grey hair if Franklin or Valeria turn 15. There's a great website that goes into detail about this called "FF- The Great American Novel". zak-site.com/Great-American-Novel/

Models Inc. , Savannah & CPW were all entertaining shows.
Hogans Heroes was once voted worst show ever....if people think HH is bad then they haven't seen bad TV , HH is perfectly serviceable imo. Way better than modern reality stuff.

Agreed on Pixels being a fun movie.
I guess I don't think all the Marvel movies are all that enjoyable. They're fruitstripe gum. It's great when you first get it but the longer you chew. The quicker you realize that the whole thing is a giant string of commercials disguised as movies for movies that are also commercials.

Cyclops >>>>>>>> Wolverine
Personal rankings of Spidey movies: ASM2, ASM, first Raimi movie were all good in that order. The third Raimi had obvious issues but I'm cool with it. The second Raimi movie was exactly the same as the first, just with a different villain pasted over Osborn.
Batman '89 bored the pants off me.
I guess age wise I'd be a "90's kid", but I really don't relate to most of the memes. Also, I hate grunge music- I didn't like the sound to begin with, then there's the fact that almost every self proclaimed 90's kid I know who is a big fan of grunge seems to mistake negativity for intelligence.

The two Timothy Dalton Bond movies are two of the best in the series. Damn shame the guy didn't really get a fair shake at it.

Way better than modern reality stuff. I think it just pissed some folks off that you had a sit-com with Nazis in it. The show ran for 168 episodes and reruns of it are still shown today 45 years later. It's obvious plenty of folks have found the show entertaining.

I hope they re-enact that last scenario you mentioned with her version in the next movie. Luke Cage is another member of Bendis' wank club. Can I add BMB being overrated in general? Wow, he can stretch dialogue over numerous repeats of the same frame, I'm impressed!

I don't like Led Zeppelin, they make me cringe and I think most classic rock stars are/were boring wankers.
