vimeo.com/133789940Apparently there's an NXT Kids show with two boys doing commentary with Corey Graves. How is this the first time I'm hearing about this? Also: (edited thread title to be less confusing) For those that didn't get to watch I'll try to give a quick summary: - Bayley vs. Jessie McKay is the first match. Bayley is essentially the face of this whole show with how much attention she pays to the kids in attendance. - Two boys do commentary with Graves. Have no idea what their names are, but they're not that bad. They call Jessie Kangaroo Lady cause she's from Australia and give her an entire Kangaroo wrestling backstory. - There's a small trivia segment (like you'd find in every Saturday morning cartoon) that I posted a screenshot of above. - PJ Whitaker (their teenage interviewer) spoke with Zack Ryder about his career and the Woo Woo Woo. - Main event was Kalisto vs. Tye Dillinger. The boys hated Tye's haircut and they called Kalisto a little ninja. - They teased an episode 2 featuring Charlotte, Sami Zayn vs. Tyler Breeze, and an interview with Bayley. Pretty fun matches to start and end the show. It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be and I was actually interested in showing it to my little sister to see how she'd react to it. If it pops up anywhere else on the internet I suggest at least giving it a shot.

The kids are already pretty much as good as JBL and Lawler on commentary. I could see them doing the 'kangaroo lady' stuff on Raw without much difference.

They could have kept Rob Naylor and just said he was 12.

The kids are more entertaining than Byron Saxton.

This is quite cute and the kids actually did a decent job. They seemed to be channelling King with the Kangaroo joke... in fact no they didn't, King's jokes would be way less subtle and way more stupid.

So that was some fresh commentary.

it's gone? Looks like it. Thank god I loaded and watched it when I did. God, once again another sign that WWE is in very good hands after Vince is long gone. Brilliant move by WWE to create a show like this. Hopefully they keep doing them. It can only be a net positive for the company.

I watched it. It was... different. As commentators, the kids weren't trying to get themselves over. I don't watch wrestling with children but I imagine that's what it's like.
Also, those kids LOVED Bayley.

Its 21 min. I have a feeling that this is getting shopped, because on the Network I would think they would go closer to 30 min. The 21 min screams commercial space of a half hour.

I guess I'll be the first to say it.... I hate the idea.
Wrestling shouldn't be aimed at kids. I miss when it was edgy for a 7 year old me to watch wrestling. Now I'm 22 and sometimes I'm just embarrassed cause it feels like it's aimed at that 7 year old me when the 7 year old me was watching a show aimed at the 22 year old me.
Talk about backwards. I'm not saying the PG era sucks (it does) but things like this are what I can't stand about the company's mindset. I know I can choose to not watch.... but these ideas say a lot about the company and what direction they want it to go in. And it's not looking good IMO.

They could have kept Rob Naylor and just said he was 12. Would have outed myself by name dropping everybody he can in an effort to remind viewers he's met all the coolest wrestlers backstage.

I don't mind the idea. Reminds me a bit of Saturday Morning Slam without the limits set to it.
