His finish was my favorite part. Not often do you see someone follow a Gorilla Press with a standing moonsault. Absolutely, that combo was excellent... it's like a flashier version of the Warrior finish. I said when they were showing the Vignettes they were making him out to be a big deal... that match proved why. Not that it was a 5 star classic but his buckets of charisma and physical ability was damn amazing to see. Oh that was never going to be an amazing match, that wasn't really the purpose. But as an introduction and showcase for the guy, it was outstanding, not only the moves, but the personality, he looks like he has so much charisma it's scary.

Can't wait to see where he goes from here. I am happy for the guy, looks like he will pick up from where he left off in the indys. So many great matches for him to have on NXT and main roster.
Just about to post the gifs in the pics/gifs thread, as I haven't got around to making and posting them till today. Can't wait to see where he goes next and what happens in his first match on NXTV.
APOLLO NATION. TAKING OVER. TOO EASY

Because it wasn't that good of a match. Standing moonsault aside.

Loved the debut... unfortunately so many other great things happened this weekend, he got a bit lost in the shuffle. But charisma, athleticism, look, great entrance music (imitating Bill Contis Rocky 3 OST), boundless opportunities for this guy

Very happy to see Crews being so well received. I was actually fortunate enough to see the dude's first ever match at the WWA4 wrestling school. People knew from the very beginning that he was gonna be a big deal one day. Glad to see him get what he's deserved. Legitimately could not have happened to a nicer guy.

Has he ever wrestled in front of a crowd that big? He seemed immensely shocked by all of his stage entrance.

I like him but I also get shades of "Blue Chipper" Rocky Maivia in him. Hopefully he develops a decent personality that will set him apart from the rest of the roster. From what I've read, he has the talent to back it up.

Built like a tank, moves like a luchador, crisp actions, good selling, and he comes across as very likeable and friendly which will become very important

Knew nothing of Uhaa beforehand.
I'm now a fan of Apollo Crews. That was awesome.

He was good but my main takeaway was how awesome Tye Dillinger's theme song was. I need to listen to that when I'm accomplishing daily tasks.

I was very, very impressed with him... and THEN saw the standing moonsault. Holy crap that was awesome! I also liked Tye Dillinger's new gimmick too and was chanting "TEN" along with him. Both guys looked very good so the match worked out well.

Too bad he didn't debut earlier, since I want this guy to be Ambrose/Reigns' backup versus the Wyatts.

People dissing the finish are missing the point. His finisher isn't a standing moonsault. His finisher is throwing your ass around like a ragdoll for about a minute straight and THEN doing a standing moonsault.
