Stephanie needs a reality check. If they're serious about making NXT a full brand, just keep the technical wrestling women on there and pay them main roster salary as said above. It's just too depressing to see them tout "STEPHANIE'S REVOLUTION" and they wrestle another cooldown multiperson borefest.

After last night, we should've expected something like this to happen.

*generic Naomi or whoever music plays* *enter Team Bad* *generic taunt* *out comes Team Bella* *generic comeback remarks* *out comes the other three* *blah blah exhange* *back to Team Bad generic taunt/comeback*
Sasha Banks rips the microphone away from Naomi.
Sasha Banks: "Who are you kidding? Who do you think you're fooling? Yes, you. *points at Naomi and Tamina*. I've heard 'Divas Revolution' since being called up here to this roster. And that's not all I've heard. As soon as you say those two words and then throw talent in the ring with *ahem* 'divas' whose idea of a revolution is going with a brighter shade of nail polish today or strapping glowing light to their shoes, then what I hear is scoffing from all these people out here. Who are you fooling? No one. That's the answer. The revolution had already begun long before any of you had Stephanie McMahon tramp stamp it across mainstream media. I AM THE REVOLUTION and it started when I was supposedly "slumming it with these two. *nods to NXT'ers*. But I'm not playing this game anymore. You see, you all have had plenty of practice coming out here every night with your heads held high and blinders on to the reactions you get out here night in and night out. But I don't know what that's like. And I can't do it anymore. You want a Revolution? Ok, here's what one looks like. I'm outta here. You all keep living the lie if you want. But from now on, The Boss is doing this HER way. *pause* And I suggest you two do the same. *nods to NXT sisters* *tosses mic*
*everyone stands around dumbfounded, even Charlotte and Becky*
*next chapter begins*

9 Divas.
On a base level, at least 6 of them can go, the other 3 can be carried halfway decent.
You can put on one hell of a singles match and make that title seem super important.
You could do a tournament and make us believe the title is important by having them fight for a chance at it.
Let's just put all 9 of them in the ring and have them roll around on the floor.
THE REVOLUTION IS TOTALLY HERE GUYS
If they don't ditch this three "faction" set-up and start focusing on a singles division for the women, the Divas Revolution is dead in the water.

What I'd like to know is what agent helped them put this match together? This should've been move after move of the ladies hitting their spots and showing what they can do. Instead we got neverending heat segments like this was an 80's Memphis tag match.

Can I ask what exactly makes Tamina a bad wrestler? I need examples. Does she even get enough in-ring time to show that she sucks?
The match wasn't *bad*, at least what I saw of it. It was definitely long as shit, and Michael Cole at the booth makes everything that much worse because his enthusiasm has that As Seen on TV pitchman quality.

In the past seven days I've watched both Bellas get in the ring with Sasha Banks and Becky Lynch and make them look like they're stumbling around lost trying to make these matches work. I've spent well over a year watching those two roll out awesome match after awesome match in NXT. It takes a really special kind of mediocrity to make two women that good look that uneasy. Meltzer said the NXT matches were rehearsed thoroughly. Not saying that's a bad thing, but when you compare the great matches to the last week's Banks/Nikki & Becky/Tamina, you'll see a world of difference.

Well, they honestly need to redesign the title before I see any chance of them being serious; the thing looks like a bejeweled tramp stamp, not a legit wrestling belt.

They act as if nxt and wwe are literally too separate universes and realities...where we just did not see banks hug it out and crying her eyes out with becky, charlotte, and bayley the night before. That's absolute garbage booking and insulting to the fans imo. Yes it was a curtain call but when you show it on YOUR network..the SAME network you are showing summer slam on, you can't pretend like it just didn't happen! They DO act like NXT and WWE are separate companies/universes/realities, even though NXT is developmental in the same.universe/reality, because a lot of fans no longer see NXT as developmental. Some see it as separate. I can go on a long rant about it, but i will refrain. And they CAN pretend like it didn't happen because they know that regardless of what they do, no matter how insulting to the fans it is, people will still watch.

Yeah, another thing, look at this.
I hate how Charlotte and Becky act here. They're not acting like themselves, I mean this whole Divas Revolution thing is a straight bust. You have to get rid of the trash in order to get the greatness to shine through.

I just realized, they had them come out to Paige's music, then when Becky got the pin her music played.
Maybe the Divas Revolution is an elaborate excuse to call Charlotte up without having to use her terrible theme.

Here's a way to get out of this mess that will both appeal to wrestling diehards and the "throw it at wall and see if it sticks" inclined WWE creative team:
Have a repeat of the nine diva match on RAW. However, mid-match have the teams disintegrate and have all nine fight amongst each other, regardless of previous team affiliation. Steph comes out with a mic, demands they stop fighting, question the divas and the audience about who they think is the best, and declares a eight woman tournament to see who "really is sparking this revolution", with the winner taking on Nikki at NOC.
Opening Round Matches:
Sasha vs Tamina Brie vs Becky Naomi vs Charlotte Paige vs Alicia

Nobody looked good there.It's a classical multi-women WWE match,always a disaster.
I don't think the solution is the NXT callups having matches together for the eternity, either.

I think it's more sad that people actually thought this whole thing was anything more than window dressing by the WWE. Look at the way they debuted on the main roster. They had Stephanie tower over everyone and then stick each woman on teams as if they are kids in gym class, and that was supposed to accomplish something? They are still the cool down match on PPV based on last night. Nothing has changed except they get to name drop Stephanie multiple times during the night as some sort of feminist super Mom because that's the bubble she lives in. The women are still as interchangeable as ever.

Yeah that's it. Eliminate the team with Sasha on it first, the one woman who can actually wrestle a good match with PCB
THen for good measure, have PAIGE, y'know, the brawler, raised in a family of tough guys, play Morton for Foxy and Brie Bella, FOR 10 MINUTES
Also why is Becky back to being dressed like a Leprachaun? She has some badass looking steampunk gear, and I thought we were past this.

They need to have Sasha cut loose from Naomi and Tamina, as they're both dead weight, have her move to Team Bella in the place of Brie, because she's the weak link at this point in-ring wise & just have Bella v PCB.

Here's the thing. People don't like the Diva's division. It's centered around the Bellas, nobody has any character, and they're always having these pointless multi-woman matches.
So they call up the acclaimed NXT wrestlers for a Hashtag Revolution...and it's centered around the Bellas, nobody has any character, and THE WHOLE DEAL is pointless multi-woman matches.
