I would love for this to happen, Sting has been my favorite for over 20 years. Hell even if its a 1 month Reign I am all for it.

My only concern, and this may sound shallow, is his horrible bald spot. Does it concern you with Cena? Because Cena has the same bald spot hence his weird haircut. Sting should just copy Berlyn's hairstyle who is another one who had that issue.

If it happens, have Sheamus cash-in right away and take it from him. The record book can state that Sting is a former WWE Champ, we don't have an old guy as champ, and WWE can fill their "lol, WCW" quota some more.

He'll lose.
The booking of Sting in WWE has been so insanely stupid, I don't expect that to change.

No amount of nostalgia is going to make me want to see a 56 year old part-timer go over one of the best wrestlers in the world and first guy WWE has 'made' in years. If he does win I hope Sheamus immediately comes out and brogues him into unconditional retirement, and I say that as someone who loved WCW Sting.

I'd hate this guy being the guy to beat Rollins 100x's more than yet another Cena run. And I would absolutely hate another Cena run.
I didn't watch any WCW, so with no emotional attachment to the guy he's just an old man (albeit a legendary old man) who shouldn't be sniffing the title. I simply can't make myself believe that he can hang with a guy who had such a great showing against Cena just 2 days ago...

Have him win then Sheamus cash in.
I'm glad Sting is still mad at the authority

Seeking redemption, Jon Stewart lays out Rollins, causing Sting to lose the match via DQ.
Sting vs. Jon Stewart takes place the following Raw, with Sting capturing the title at Survivor Series.

As far as being the guy to end Rollins' run, that'd be somewhat unfortunate.
However, there's a possible story there for Cena trying to tie Flair's record, by beating Sting. And that opportunity will never come about again.

Okay, a more serious booking attempt.
Sting vs. Rollins. Sting wins. Sheamus cashes in, steals the belt, leaves.
Sheamus is treated as the Face of the WWE. Rollins is kicked out.
Survivor Series is booked. Team Sting vs. Team Authority. If Sting wins, he gets a title shot against Sheamus. If The Authority wins, Sting must retire and never return to the WWE.
Go-home Raw. Seth Rollins lays out Sheamus in the final minutes and reveals himself as the final member of Team Sting.
Sting's team manages to win the bout at Survivor Series, but not before there's a tease of Undertaker's invovlement...

I actually want this to happen. We all know if he wins the Title it would only be for a short period of time. So why not? No matter if it's just for a few minutes, one night or one month. I'd be totally cool with Sting getting a short run as WWE Champion.

I also think they should bring back Ted Dibiase, he's only like 5 years older than Sting, he can probably still go. And Lex Luger, I'm sure Seth could probably (literally) carry him to a creditable performance. uhhh who else... what's Bob Backlund up to these days?

If he was going to challenge for the title, then why have him lose to HHH? It would have made more sense to beat him, thus building on that momentum.
Yesterday was stupid, with HHH showing fear when he saw Sting, a man he beat, then shook hands with afterwards.

Gotta love people making fun of TNA having Sting win the title at 52 then pushing for a company with far more talent to give him the title at 56.

Sting can put Seth over & shouldn't be winning the title. They really have a problem with Sheamus as I think they expected him to be really hot as a heel and he's the same guy with a worse haircut. Have him lose the briefcase at the Authority's screw up, turn face, job to Seth & back to the midcard.

If he was going to challenge for the title, then why have him lose to HHH? You think just anyone gets to go over the ULTIMATE ASS KICKER!? That's THE ONE TRUE DESTROYER we're talking about! You have to be one smart dude to match wits with THE CEREBRAL ASSASSIN!
