I still think that Cuffed in a Cage is probably the worst thing that TNA ever did to a cage match.
Let's take 12 or so guys, cram them in to one cage, and have them all scrambling to handcuff each other to the cage. Doesn't two dudes working while trying not to bump in to 10 other guys sound like a gripping, intense finale? Better yet, eliminate the two best teams in the match first so that it can be even more intense!
WHYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY

If only Steiner was in the red cage match, he'd have pulled out a FrankenSteiner from the top of the structure and literally blown the roof off the building.

The electrified cage may have been horrible, but it didn't have dudes in handcuffs flailing their arms about while Rellik lumbered around. Also, I forgot all about the f***ing Arm Wrestling match. Remember the reverse Knockouts cage match?

Remember the Dixie Land match, which was a cage match and then a ladder match?
Remember how boring the cage portion was because you knew anything that happened couldn't play into the finish at all?

Tuxedo-Strap match between Sonjay Dutt and Jay Lethal. The objective was to strip the opponent but they couldn't do it because they were tied together

I agree with OP. Just watching that match unfold was glorious trainwreck TV...on their biggest night no less.

After this and that TripleMania cage match, I have to question why do companies keep booking these high flyers in giant cage matches that drastically limit their ability to do what they do best...

And with the giant cluttered cages, why has WWE never put a couple of high-flyers in the Punjabi Prison where they'd probably be awesome using the ropes and many walls to do all kinds of insane crap?

I thought the Kaz vs. Black Reign in the "Misty on a pole" match was pretty hilarious and terrible. Lockdown 2007 had a couple of horrid matches on it between the electrified cage match and the blindfold steel cage match.

I believe Foley has a story during a match in that style in his first book.

I'm surprised they haven't done a reverse blindfold match yet where the ones who are blindfolded are the fans.
