What were your favorites? I'm going to pick a less talked about one.
Spring Break Out was great. Cool venue. Someone gets thrown in the pool AND in a run in heavy WCW, it wasn't a bad idea to put a moat around the ring.

Lethal Lottery is a cool idea, if they only booked it right.

Obviously War Games is up there and it is a shame it has not been brought back in its full form. I also enjoyed the concept of the TV Title with time limits as it creates a unique gimmick that separates it from other singles titles and it is a natural heat and feud builder.

The All-Nighter specials in 1994 and 1995. Six straight hours of wrestling on TV sounded like the coolest thing ever when I was a kid. Remember, no such thing as video-on-demand back then! Plus, they helped me learn about WCW's history since I was only a few years into my wrestling fandom; a lot of the content came from the early Clashes so I saw matches like Flair vs. Sting and Flair vs. Steamboat.

That All Nighter was awesome. I had it tapped on VHS and watched it the next day.

Nitro. It brought wrestling TV into the 90s, production wise and lead to the death of the 100% pasty white jobber squash shows.
Jobbers who actually meant something. The Disco Inferno, Alex Wright and such were jobbers, but they kept their gimmicks in spite of it and they were allowed to get wins every now and again against people on their level on Nitro and have feuds on the B show so beating them actually meant something. The WWE has never quite mastered that, they strip people of their gimmicks and try to make them serious as they job them out so beating them means nothing, look at poor Ryder.
The Power Plant. For all it's flaws it was a good idea, they ensured they had a steady supply of home grown talent to bulk out the card when the residue of the territories began to fade away and those released from the WWF weren't up to snuff.
The something for everyone approach. Fans of high fliers had the cruisers, fans of technical workhorses had the US and TV title division, fans of Hardcore had the Flock and whatever feuds they were engaged in andso on and so forth. Even if you hated the main event, there would be enough gold in the midcard to keep you watching.

The cruiserweight division was a great idea and showcased a new style of wrestling to an American audience. WWF's lightheavyweight division was a joke in comparison.

The Dangerous Alliance. Paul E is fired as announcer, brings Rude in as a hired gun, and the program ends with a killer Wargames match.

Live tv.
Bringing in established names early like Hogan, Gene, Heenan to establish credibility.
Making the lesser titles mean more.

Slamboree: Night of Legends kicked off the whole HOF debates. And you get a couple of matches with older guys that could still go.
Bringing in Lord Steven Regal, his style was so unlike the others. I loved him as TV champion.
Mike Tenay. Lance Russell & Terry Funk. Bob Caudle. Even Tony Schiavone (until about late 1998). Good announcing. They made it sound important, like a...(gasp) SPORT!
