Thing about Forever is; while I enjoy it too, and it IS as bad as and Robin, it was almost universally loved when it first came out. Looking back I see the flaws, but I dragged my parents to see it twice. That and Goldeneye were my big 1995 events, I asked for so much merchandise from it for my birthday. I was obsessed with the soundtrack, everything.

Saw it for the first time when somebody posted a thread on here about it that got to 20 pages or so. It was a blast. It's a terrible movie, but a hell of a lot of fun to watch.

I grew up watching B&R on VHS so I can't hate part of childhood, I re watched and I feel part of the reason it's so hated know is how badly the camp is. Don't get me wrong it's a (so) bad (it's great) movie regardless but when was the last time a major superhero had even a hint of camp?
PS: B&R deserves something for being able to make UMA THURMAN in Poison Ivy's clothes unattractive for the most of the movie

Despite the film's flaws, I still love Schumacher's neon filled vision of Gotham. Me too. Production design was amazing. I believe Barbara Ling was responsible for that.

Admittedly I liked Forever when it came out but as I got older and I re watched it, I hated it
I'll give credit to Forever in the soundtrack department because that soundtrack is awesome, also does anyone else prefer "hold me, thrill me, kiss me" over "kiss from a rose"? (Both are great though)

I don't know, I thought it was pretty good for its era. They did a decent job at keeping The Wizard's identity a secret and Jane Adams was pretty hot as Vicki Vale. And I liked Robery Lowery a lot better as Bruce Wayne then Lewis Wilson. Of course Alfred was a lot more fun in the original Batman serial, but at least Batman and Robin didn't have the blatant racism of its predecessor.

I just like superheroes.

I still have my Batman Forever McDonald's glass I used it yesterday... don't know where the Riddler one went... that one was a pain in the ass to use But I still love Forever... the only part I'm not really a fan of is Two Face... he should have been the straight man to Carrey's Gorshin-Riddler.

Part of me would have loved to see Carrey play Riddler under Nolan's direction. He could still be a little comical, but he's a great enough actor that he could have brought some real menace to the character.

I love Batman and Robin like it's one of my favorite so bad it's good movies for me. Like I know Batman Begins is a better movie and everything but I enjoyed watching Batman and Robin more and rather watch Batman and Robin if I had to choice to see one of them. I'm not saying Batman Begins is a bad movie

B&R is my second-favourite Batman movie, with my first being the Adam West movie. I don't apologise for this.

speaking of Batman Forever I don't know how anybody could sanction Jim Carrey's buffonery

I hate this movie. It came out when I was like 15 and I think it was the first thing to ever give me nerd rage.

I love how even though they've never fought nor even heard of Mr. Freeze before, Batman and Robin have ice skates built into their boots. judging by the clothes of Gotham's citizens, I don't think its winter, so they've got a two inch blade in their boots just cause another note, how would Freeze's ship slaughter thousands if it hit? Was there a built-in nuclear bomb they forgot to tell us about? I remember thinking the same thing about Blankman years before, and I was 8 when that came out. I thought to myself, "How does he fit the roller blade wheels into his shoes like that?" As for this movie, the dissing of this movie has been done before and it is no secret that it's bad. However, it is fun to watch the badness of it all.
