Ordinary People, Big Hero 6, Inside Out and the latter half of Click were like punches to the gut.

Most recently Big Hero 6. It was 3 times.
1. The footage of Tadashi testing Baymax, not giving up, and saying things like "I'm not giving up on you. You don't understand this yet, but people need you" and "You are going to help so many people, buddy, so many." And he's pretty much saying it to Hiro.
2. "I am satisfied with my care."
3. "Hello Hiro."

That movie is emotionally one of the most brutal ones I've watched.

Up and West Side Story, every time. I watched Selma on a flight a few months ago and cried proper baby tears in front of witnesses.

Passion of the Christ for religious reasons. One thing that did surprise me though is when I went to see the Lion King 3D re-release I actually teared up during Mufasa's death.

The scene where Littlefoot's mother dies reduces me to a blubbering wreck to this day

Seven Pounds and Antwone Fisher, especially the scene where Antwone meets his biological family for the first time.

Silliest thing, but The Cat Returns. When Haru realizes who Yuki really is. It didn't help that I lost my cat shortly before the time I saw the movie. It's even more heart wrenching in the manga, where Haru knew who Yuki was all along... {Spoiler}{Spoiler} she was a childhood pet and she asks her to go back with her when they meet in the Cat Kingdom, and Yuki just has this sad look of regret on her face and basically says she just can't. Turns out Yuki on Earth was killed by a car, so here the Cat Kingdom is more obviously an afterlife. Oh god, I'm getting the feels again writing about both.

First time I remember was watching Click. That resonated with me.
And then the beginning of Up. If that was a short, it would have been the most depressing one of all time.

So many, I cry frequently at films. Just from the last year or so, or else I'd be here all day:
Inside Out Selma Pride Interstellar Guardians of the Galaxy Boyhood The Imitation Game
