I've seen some bad stuff live...tons of fake Doinks, someone promoting the "original" Golga years after John Tenta died, and more. It's actually come across companies and shows.
But as far as embarrassing, the ones that came to mind were ones that didn't have to do with the wrestling, it had to do with the attitudes of wrestlers and fans. I forget the company, but there was one we went to 3 years ago, where Robbie E upset my friend when he pushed a table at her while she was watching someone's promos. And he refused to address the matter or apologize. The other came from my "favorite," PWS...a certain "cornball" fan was starting rumors and refusing to address us in anything but his "character." Then almost one year this month, another PWS show led to the infamous public Facebook attack/bullying incident.

I've only been to ROH shows and one TNA house show, so by that standard the TNA show is the weakest. Not to say it was a bad show, not saying LOLTNA, but it was the weakest compared to the ROH shows.
It was however very unremarkable. Within a few months I had completely forgotten I had even gone to it. I saw RVD live, saw Bubba, saw...I can't even remember anyone else. Can't remember a single match. I do also remember Don West schilling in the ring for the hour before the show started, that was pretty sad. I don't think anyone paid any attention whatsoever, and I'm pretty sure Don West was slightly drunk.
