Again, a revolution isn't a revolution if you got to keep saying it's a revolution. Its not working because WWE thinks more women and longer matches mean problem solved. Now it's shoot now, ask questions later. Forget that most of the women have little characters or reason to get behind them. More shoot promos will solve everything.

They were cheering because in no way did you even TRY to heel it up, go after the fans, or anything Paige.
I really thought it was a terrible promo, and not what this diva revolution needed. The only thing it did right was cause a splinter into this annoying team format so individual wrestlers can possibly get characters.

Eh. I don't know. The difference between WWE divas and how women are presented in NXT was never clearer than it was this week. On RAW, women make catty insider references and say the most forced lines. On NXT, women talk like genuine competitors with genuine emotion.
Fundamentally, they need to get away from the reality era and the buzzwords and just tell stories. They don't know how to do that.

This "revolution" has been a complete and utter clusterf***. Bad writing, bad promos, bad characters and bad matches.

I think 'pipe bomb' is more than a bit stale at this point.

It was stale and forced the night it kicked off. I'm not really sure worked shoots are going to be some grand solution for that, though.
Much like TNA's Revolution, this one should've never been televised, at least not they way they went about it.

Well, she's not wrong. The worked shoot stuff is probably not the ideal direction to go in but it's a lot better than pointless tag matches and Twin Magic finishes.

Disappointed and surprised the interview wasn't interrupted a half dozen times with a random "MAH HOUUUUSE!"

What exactly puts Paige in a position to look down on the other divas and try the pipebomb thing? I understood AJ's smugness at least. AJ was on a different level of achievement, and earned achievements, her smugness was entirely justified. Paige posts relentless pouty, posey selfies that make her look like she hasn't got a thought in her head, acts like a bimbo on a reality TV show, looks like she got shot with a makeup gun and is an average wrestler and average talker. She's no different than the rest of them.

AJ was on a different level of achievement, and earned achievements, her smugness was entirely justified. AJ worked her way up due to talent and hard work, didn't resort to vanity and reality shows, was in main events, was more over than all the divas, was in a major GM role and was a major merchandise seller, so much so that none of the divas today would have merchandise without her. Whether she was good at the roles or whatever, she was still on another level from the others. Kayfabe and in real life, she had plenty of reasons to gloat.

You say you want a revolution Well, you know We all want to change the WWE You tell me that it's evolution Well, you know We all want to change the WWE But when you talk about Nikki Bella Don't you know that you can count me out Don't you know it's gonna be terrible all night? All night, all night You say you got a real solution Well, you know We'd all love to see the plan You ask me for a contribution Well, you know Well I'm paying too much attention to Paige's cans But if you want money For people with no promo skills and poor workrate All I can tell is brother you have to wait Don't you know it's gonna be all night? All night, all night

AJ was on a different level of achievement, and earned achievements, her smugness was entirely justified. Her merchandise sale and in-ring reaction was miles above any other diva at her time or recent time(to her time),so you can say it was justified

Possibly the most charismatic ever. Like she pretty much looks like what the general public thinks what a Woman's Wrestler would look like. Anyways I do like Paige's new heel character of playing up herself that most people don't like to a 1000. The whole arrogant entitled bitch accomplished "veteran" despite not even being on the main roster for two years is just perfect for her. But the shoot comments are just cringey. Like if she continues shooting on others and doesn't get any shoot comments back towards her then congratulations she has truly morphed into the Triple H of the Diva's Division.

Just curious, whenever she talks about how Charlotte is only here because of her dad, why doesn't Charlotte (or anybody else) bring up the fact that Paige herself is in wrestling because of her parents? Or is that not considered part of her kayfabe background?

Or is that not considered part of her kayfabe background? I thought about that too, but I think it comes down to the idea that Ric Flair is a known entity worldwide in wrestling a legend in WWE, whereas Paige's mom is more a regional star that probably very few WWE audience members even know about. If Pagie's parents were even mid-level stars in WWE they probably would have to go a different way with the promo.
