Just reference any horror/action movie for this. The unattractive, trained military vets and soldiers ALWAYS die, yet, the pretty white kid and the jive talking black guy are always just fine, and learn to blaze their guns with the best of them And let's not forget turning their guns sideways and making accurate shots as well. Because if TV and movies have taught me anything, it's that bullets traveling sideways are more lethal. I'm not one to stereotype, but I remember like 7 or 8 years ago, going to the local ghetto mall (the one the suburbs forgot) and waiting to play Virtua Cop 2, and the kids were playing were holding the guns sideways, hitting absolutely nothing... i laughed a lot... when i came up to play i overheard "look how stupid that white boy looks holding that gun"... i laughed... if only because i'm arabic...

I remember that. Strangely enough, it worked great for Lethal Enforcers. There wasn't a crook that didn't get perforated when you held that gun sideways.

Also if they did that in reality they would be dealing with a broken hands. Guns do jerk back after firing.

Bump with a purpose.
Now that I think about it, this movie may have wanted us to be on exstasy while watching it.

I liked the fact that Liberty was wearing a American Flag designed Binki top and pants. How...how...I really don't know how to describe it. Is it cliche? Blunt subtlety? Something other than a (horrible) visual joke?
Or the fact that since she was Asian, she could do kung-fu. Wonderful.
Funny thought, The cop who has her legs ripped off and dies...reappears in the sequel...in a wheelchair. Wow...at least they tried. Right?

Nope......when you adapt something to the silver screen, you have to do it justice.

I sometimes wish that I can somehow get some Hollywood power (Get a couple of scripts made and maybe move into producing) and be able to pitch a couple of remakes.
I would love for a chance to improve one of Uwe's films. Also, Street Fighter (I would have an action packed Tournament where everyone had history with Bison. Weird concept, huh?).

Not a weird concept at all, although not everyone did have a history with M. Bison (ie Blanka). Secondly, you would have to talk about the first Street Fighter game (The Forgotten Street Fighter), in which Ryu and Ken are the main characters and Sagat was the main villian.

Secondly, you would have to talk about the first Street Fighter game (The Forgotten Street Fighter), in which Ryu and Ken are the main characters and Sagat was the main villian. I thought about the Blanka thing. I would just introduce the character by having Bison send hired "Retrieval" Experts to bring the "Mythical" beast to compete in the tournament (Which I would say is funded by Bison). The experts find Blanka's village and shoot the leader, setting off Blanka from the shadows. Blanka gets a nice scene tearing apart this team of, lets estimate, twenty men (With an eletric shock for one of them) before finally getting taken down after many, many tranquilizers. (Most of the tranqs would come from the main "Expert" who I would have in the opening scenes, only to be killed off in the beginning of the second act for defying Bison) I figured I could work in the Ken/Ryu history with Sagat with someone asking Sagat where he got his scar and reference it more with a confrontation between Ken and Sagat (I figure Ken would be more talkitive than Ryu for some reason...).

Why the hell aren't they shooting off camera to reload!?!? Uwe Boll really used that 360 rotating camera trick way to much in those first minutes of the clip. But then again, when it's you're first time using a camera, you gotta try all the neat effect tricks, right?

Some Trivia bits about HotD I picked up from IMDB.
--According to interviews, the crew was forced to destroy the turn-table, used for the 360 shots of the big battle with the zombies, after shooting, when it occurred that actors could be killed or seriously injured by the fast-moving camera. House of the Dead remains the only film to use such a devise.
--The are 32 video clips from the original game inserted in several parts of the movie. From which 26 are inserted during the 10-minute-long battle in front of the house. The remaining 6 are used as transitions to change scenes prior to the battle.
And my favorite...
--Received such bad reviews that no Danish cinemas bought the movie.

Gotta let you know that the scar is from Ryu not Ken. I know, I just jumbled that sentence up a bit. In explanation, I figured that Ken would be more than likely to mention Ryu giving the scar to Sagat then Ryu. Maybe it is stereotypes, but I see Ken as the cocky American, who can get serious when needed.
