So basically today was "The Raiders and Jaguars almost win but remember they are the Raiders and Jaguars" Pretty much. Poor Jags.

If the Colts played two teams that were even halfway competent over the last two weeks, they're currently sitting at 0-4.

Man these Giants never make it easy. Wasn't convinced they would win until time expired. Can't defend the long ball at all, although our offense was good. I don't what to think of the offense. Eli's been stellar and hasn't thrown a pick except for that stupid play call today (we're used to him having 6 or 7 at this point in the season) , but I don't think this system is conducive to scoring a lot of points. They often have to settle for field goals, which doesn't give the already weak defense room for error. And at the end of the day, we should be 4-0. Go figure

Indianapolis will win the AFC South because the rest of the division is a dumpster fire, but that's about where the road ends for them. They would get run off the field by any other division winner in the postseason.

If the Colts played two teams that were even halfway competent over the last two weeks, they're currently sitting at 0-4. If I'm honest the Titans should have beaten them and the Jaguars had like 17 Opportunities to win... The Titans and the Jags are halfway competent; specifically, half of their teams are competent. The other halves are lacking in one way or another. The Colts improved a few things today. They kept the drive killing penalties to a minimum. Their coverage was better today, though that did not really help since Bortles was spot on for much of the game. Their pass rush was also better today as well, though again Bortles negated that for the most part as well. I have to say, if he is going to be able to manage games like that in the future I don't look forward to facing him over the years when he gets better. Mariotta looks like he will be a solid QB as well. Thank goodness they are on the Titans and Jags instead of one of them being with the Texans. The Texans with a decent QB would change the nature of the division entirely.

So how is everyone's football day going? From a fan's perspective, my team won thanks to its 40 year old backup QB and its 43 year old kicker, so that's fun. From a fantasy standpoint, I managed to remember to log on and move Devonta Freeman into the starting lineup and bench Luck. I missed that my kicker had been released and both of my TEs were injured, so that sucks, but my opponent this week missed that Sammy Watkins was inactive and left Chris Ivory on his bench, so that helps.
