Is Scott Stiener's maths promo one of the all time greats?

Okay I know it's not Dusty Rhodes' 'Hard Times', Foley's 'Cane Dewey' and Austin's '3:16', but other than the very top tier of great promos does Scott Stiener's genius maths promo get to tier just below the very elite?
Love him or hate him you have to admit that he plays his brain-dead jock character so well that people really can't tell where the character ends and the man begins. You also have to admire that the fact that maths do all add up and that he has a lot of complicated percentages and fractions that he's had to remember. Also the sheer originality of it alone is incredible! It seems like some people lump it together with Luger's "I DON'T KNOW!" or Sid's "I have half the brain that you do" bluffs, but that is doing a massive disservice to it.
I know it's one of my favourite promos of all time anyway.
You also have to admit that it's become one of the more iconic promos of the last 10 years and when TNA is long forgotten this might be one of the most remembered moments from an episode of Impact.
