where all 30 participants end up in the ring at the same time? So basically, not a single wrestler would get eliminated until that point.

I think more than anything what I want to happen in a Rumble is just for someone other than 1, 2, 3, or 5 to be the first eliminated. Just because it'd be such an easy thing to do and it'd just be something different. The Rumble's really starting to show its age in recent years and I'll take any shake-up I can get.
Well, besides what's quickly becoming the tradition of the crowd shitting all over the finish, anyway.

In WCW they had World War 3, which was either 60 or 90 men in 3 rings at once; it was horrible.

30 man battle royales don't open on the "everyone gangs up to eliminate Big Show" spot solely for the logic of it. There's no space to do anything, and the ring becomes overly crowded with people just brawling until shit happens. Chaos is good for a royal rumble, but to an extent, and the amount of time people would have to spend trading punches until all thirty are even in the ring would make the match boring as sin.

Will there ever be a royal rumble where all 29 eliminations happen before number 30 enters?

1994 and 2006 were I think as close as we got to it (which were still quite a ways away) and those crowded rings just did not work.

It would be amusing if the ring just broke under all the weight and everyone was eliminated at once

No, it would be a mess.
The "everyone out before 30 enters" suggestion on the other hand could be amazing if the right person was #30.

Another scenario I'd like to see is someone winning after all 30 have entered, only for the clock to countdown and a 31st entrant to come in and win it, probably a heel screwing over a face.

Why would you want to watch 30 minutes of a very crowded ring? A ring so crowded no one can do anything

That was my booking plan for Roman Reigns at the last Royal Rumble. To make him look strong, have all 29 wrestlers in the ring at the same time with no eliminations. Roman will be the 30th person in the ring, once he gets to the ring he eliminates everyone, starting with 1st and ending with 29th. It will be the worst Royal Rumble of all time and people would crap all over Roman. WWE will think it is making Roman look strong and a good challenge for Brock at WrestleMania.

So instead of the Rumble lasting 45 minutes to an hour, it'd last 10-20 minutes.

I really thought they were gonna do it in 2012 when Jericho was doing the JeriTroll thing. Would have been great. Jericho doing victory laps and high fiving everyone before going in the ring, just milking it for several minutes.

I generally hate battle royales.
They're a clusterf*** if you have more than 8 people in the ring and contain next to zero storytelling until you get down to the last couple people.
At least the Rumble is drawn out. I don't have a problem with it getting busy at times, but it works best when you have just a few people dominating at different times.
Also I hate the under the rope rule. That kills any reason for someone to stay in the ring.

Nah, that's what regular battle royals are for.
