I think he's probably just happier in his life now than he was then. Outside of the travel thing, he's got a wife and kids to come home to. That seems to be what he lives for now. He's got some kids! -Tazz

He's just a real happy guy. Here's Brock watching his favourite TV show, Friends; Next time some mean old Undertaker is threatening Paul, I want to hear "I'll be there forr youuu" followed by Brock running down the ramp with bad intentions.

I saw Lesnar live several times in his first run. He seemed like he couldn't be bothered to be there. Considering lifestyle that guys had to go through on the road during that time, I'm surprised *anybody* looked happy to be there. Lesnar says, in his book, Not to derail the thread, but is his book worth reading?

Lesnar says, in his book, Not to derail the thread, but is his book worth reading? It's not a super-detailed biography, but it's Lesnar telling Lesnar stories (as edited by Paul Heyman). I liked it.

People work for money, first and foremost, and love second.
Wrestling has to be a HARD business. You've got travel, you've got the physical grind, and to top it all off... you work for a lunatic, if you're in the WWE.
So, I'll always tip my hat to guys like Goldberg, Austin, and Brock who walk away with plenty in the bank and the security of knowing that they don't ever have to take another bump in their life if they don't want to.
That being said, Brock seems to be enjoying himself a lot more this go-round. Probably because of the lighter work schedule, and with Heyman doing all the talking for him. Coupled with the fact that he's always put in the ring with good hands who can lead him to a good match... yeah, I'd probably have fun and smile a lot, too.
On a side note, does anyone know how much of Brocks' matches he actually calls?
