It's simple.
One doctor said yes, one said no.
We need to bring out Chuck Norris.

I don't think anyone who has even hinted at agreeing with me is implying, nor am I, that concussions are meaningless and to be ignored. Nothing remotely like that.
What I am saying and possibly others agree with, is that people constantly mix up his neck injury with this concussion and think he has re-injured his neck and doesn't have a concussion at all. The number of concussions also is a number I imagine the majority of the roster share yet no one is calling for others to retire because they haven't been honest enough to admit the numbers they've had. Bryan is being called out for being honest with his health.
I do also agree with the suggestion that the "problems" Bryan causes the on screen product and people WWE wish to push isn't exactly inspiring them to bring him back sooner. The fact he has only now been given the go ahead to see a third doctor after all this time confirms that. Why wouldn't he have had this final, decision making opinion months ago?
My main motivation in making this thread, really, was to try and highlight to people that these two long term absences are caused by DIFFERENT and unrelated injuries. Clearly it was needed due to a post earlier talking about how he was trying to prove how tough he is by coming back from a concussion and taking head drops.... when he wasn't coming back from a concussion at all, it was a neck injury. I guess his point is the same but the ignorance of the injuries involved justified this thread in my mind.
