...on RAW was when the Miz cashed in November 2010, nearly 5 years ago. (Yes, I know Cena beat "interim champ" Rey Mysterio in July 2011 but I don't think that really counts)
So, can we get a shake up here? Can they build up a #1 contender and have a legit title change on RAW?
I remember a time when the title changed hands a lot. Too much, really. But now, it seems like the title changes hands only at the big shows which leads to an awfully stagnant Main Event.
Is it a good idea to create some buzz by changing it on RAW? How about a house show like when Bret and Diesel won their 1st World Titles? Now with the Network, they can do a change at one of their Network Specials like "Beast in the East" or the Madison Square Garden show.
It just seems like an out-of-the-blue title change might break up the monotonous grind that is the WWE right now. Anyone agree?

The fact that you can see the path multiple PPV's in advance is a huge part of the problem in the WWE.

Right now they could do for some well built title matches on RAW, change or not, IMO. Last I remember that I even had the brief thought it could happen was Punk/Ryback in TLC.

I would agree. They should do a triple threat or fatal four way on RAW and take the title off of Rollins without actually pinning him (because christ he's been pinned enough).

They need to realise that the title changing hands on Raw would be A Big Deal and might mean something for the ratings they're so worried about. It doesn't have to happen often, but in the Attitude days people would defend the title on Raw or Smackdown a lot, even if you didn't think they'd lose the belt. It happening even once would spice things up an awful lot.

Wouldn't it be a nice, refreshing turn of events to wake up tomorrow and read/hear that Dean Ambrose (for example) pinned Rollins for the title at a House Show? Have a Hard Camera and 1 ringside camera to record it and state on the WWE.com that the entire match will show on the Network at 8:00 on Sunday. Highlights shown on RAW.
Build a rematch for the next RAW. Hell, let Rollins regain, for that matter.
It can't be that hard, can it?

They don't do nearly enough title matches on Raw.

If they ever pull the trigger on Reigns, a house show would be ideal, as he would actually have a positive reaction to it, as opposed to crowning him in front of a smarky Wrestlemania crowd paying big money just to boo him out of the stadium.

It's crazy how backwards they got it. Rollins is supposed to be a smarmy heel who can back up what he says but because of his big mouth he usually bites off more than he could chew. With a heel like that he's supposed to always get away leaving the fans wondering when he is going to get his comeuppance. Ideally this leads to Mania where Roman/Ambrose pins him and brings a end to a bunch of storylines. With him being pinned so much if you fight him and don't get the win it's almost like what's wrong with you instead of focusing on how good Seth is as the champ.

They just need to go full on HTM with Rollins. Seriously. It'll mean so much more when he finally bites it.

If Roman won the title I'd like it to be on Raw.

Is there still a WWE championship? I know that Seth guy carries the belt around, but he loses every week - sometimes more than once.

Would make all future house shows more interesting since anything could happen.

If they do a shock title switch on Raw, it might actually bring it viewers because the show will feel less cooked and more unpredictable, like anything can happen at any moment so you shouldn't miss it.
You know they won't do that. They'll stick to having a boring champion that is a loser but keeps the belt anyway.

They have nothing happen on raw and are shocked when the ratings go down. Three title changes on free tv in the past 10 years.

While a championship change on raw would be neat, I'm bettin Rollins doesn't lose the title til June.

they can also do a MITB Cash-in on the Raw pre-show. Have Seth doing an interview with Scot, Dave, Cory and Sheamus sneak him from behind . this can also serve network subs. more reason to stay or non network folks a more reason to sign up. even a small amount is better than nothing
