Canelo drops him again and it’s over. He dropped the tomato can twice in the third.
I hate Goldenboy and I hope they close soon. f*** Oscar. f*** Canelo. f*** boxing. This was a farce.

Well since Alvarez will only fight on the DAZN provider, no wonder they’re gonna play it safe.

Where did they find this clown to face Canelo? Bob Holly’s school of jobberdom. This fight was basically free and just to have people subscribe to DAZN so that’s why they got a bottom of the barrel challenger opponent for Canelo. The future of boxing will be streaming since Alvarez is the only draw boxing has.

Canelo only looks great against questionable opposition, like Chavez and this guy, they didn't want to put him against a real champion at this weight, it would be too dangerous for them. Put him in the ring with Jacobs, or give GGG another shot and see what happens.
He looked good against GGG last time, but the win was still questionable to say the least.

They’re not gonna risk the cash cow again specially not with DAZN hanging on the balance. Eddy Reynoso, Canelo’s trainer, just said that they’re looking at fighting Jacobs, another easy fight since GGG killed Jacobs.

In what universe did Jacobs even seemed competitive other than a couple of rounds? Other than that it was an ass whooping. Jacobs will get the Canelo fight next since he’s a free agent and they wouldn’t have to deal with f***ing Bob Arum or another promoter.

Jacobs actually gave GGG quite a fight, and I think would give Canelo a hell of a fight as well. I also don't know that I'd say Canelo's the only draw in the sport. Fury and Wilder did decent numbers, and Lomachenko, Crawford, with the rest of the Top Rank crew have gotten excellent ratings, and Mikey Garcia overrated though he is has been creating some stir, although once Spence gets done with him that may die down considerably. He's the biggest draw but not the only one.

He's the biggest draw but not the only one. Canelo averages a million buys for every ppv he’s on. Fury-Wilder only did three hundred fifty thousand buys. I may be mistaken but Lomachenko has never headlined a ppv Carr. Terrence Crawford isn’t a draw at all. It’s one thing to be on free tv but another one to make people actually spend money to watch you fight, and unfortunately so far, Canelo is the only draw. The numbers Fury-Wilder are on the Demetrious Johnson level.

No wonder Dana been going after him It's easy to criticize Dana White for a lot of things and he does deserve a lot of it but he was genuinely angry at De La Hoya dragging Tito and Chuck out of retirement for a PPV that barely got more buys than your average live RAW audience. And of course De La Hoya now wants to take the low road and challenge Dana to a boxing match. Combined with what seems to not be a good reaction to the Canelo bout tonight, he's losing a ton of respect a rapid pace and it's almost sad to watch.

Jacobs will get the Canelo fight next since he’s a free agent and they wouldn’t have to deal with f***ing Bob Arum or another promoter. Are you sure you're not thinking of a different guy? GGG-Jacobs was a close fight, literally notable for the fact that Jacobs was pretty much the first guy Golovkin had faced that didn't get his ass whooped. Not only was it close on all three judges cards, look at the press scores here (I had it for GGG fwiw) - www.mmadecisions.com/decision/7873/Gennady-Golovkin-vs-Danny-JacobsHe will get the Canelo fight though. He's not a free agent, he's with Matchroom which means (now his TV deal with HBO is over) he'll be heading to DAZN.

Mikey is getting utterly f***ed up by Spence as anyone who knows Boxing could have told you would happen.

The Vasyl Lomachenko Vs. Anthony Crolla fight is tonight.
Gilberto Ramirez made his Light Heavyweight debut tonight, and may have looked even better than usual by smashing a former World Title Challenger in 4 rounds. He might be even better in this division.

Lomachenko gets a return to form after a fairly uninspiring performance against Pedraza destroying Crolla in 4.

Canelo is gonna face Jacobs.
That’s a fight unlike Alvarez last joke of an opponent.
