Not going to watch the interview but the hell is with that thumbnail? It makes it look like Bray's on a true crime show talking about Roman's murder.

Bray has been completely ruined by the WWE with so much bad booking and illogical feuds that didn't go anywhere that I just want him to go away for 6 months or so. That being said I loved the line about him being trapped in the cell that is his own mind.
That set design is woeful however. Where the hell is it meant to be?

I think it's meant to be that shack from his debut vignettes. Bray does say it's his home.

I know he said that, but it doesn't look anything like how I would have imagined it what with the black curtains on the walls and the light bulbs dangling down. Looks like he was in a light shop. I imagined he'd live somewhere like this. {Spoiler}{Spoiler}

Pretty disappointed by this. Wyatt's promos and character have really lost their luster.
He had the character nailed, initially. But a character needs experiences that he can talk about, and that the fans remember. He's really not done one memorable thing in WWE, character-wise. And I think a character and promos like his makes people, myself included, expect more meat from them at some point.
He holds it down in the ring though. He's still one of my favorite performers.

"Bray, didn't Erick Rowan leave you to run a vineyard or something?"
"Look man, let's just pretend that didn't happen okay? It was stupid."

"Bray, didn't you and the rest of your Family lose to John Cena all the time in spring of 2014?" "Look man, let's just pretend that didn't happen okay? It was stupid."

Does Bray sodomise Cole at the end of the interview?
If not, that's a missed opportunity for character development.

A character this cool should have something way better to do than he seemingly always does.

Bray Wyatt would be so much cooler if they'd let him be Bray Wyatt. Instead they've got him sitting in rocking chairs, calmly giving interviews and spouting gibberish. Where that weird mystique he had? This was the guy everyone thought would be the next Undertaker.

Bray seems like he knows his character and the rambling nonsense was apart of the character but he did mix in some good words early on. I started to get turned away when he did the signing and it seemed like someone in the back was like yeah that's over do it every single week and it got boring real fast. However, he's still steady in the ring. My favorite match of his is the one him and Bryan had the rumble and I still think him and Bryan for the title would of been a great feud. When Bray cut the promo about the man that has the title has the power I was thinking that is a great hook for his character.

A character this cool should have something way better to do than he seemingly always does. To me, it almost seems like the Bray Wyatt character should probably be above wrestling in a way. He's the kind of mysterious, intriguing character that could probably be explored better in a horror movie or something, where he can actually be portrayed as the dangerous, possessed pseudo-monster he claims to be. Tying all his actions back to a sanctioned contest of grappling skill maybe humanises him too much.

They have three hours for Raw every Monday and two hours for Smackdown. Why don't they feature weekly sit down interviews like this with a different person every week? Or even do a three/five part series with someone to help build characters etc? Why not bring Jim Ross back just to do a few interviews? They could even do sit down interviews with rivals similar to the interview JR did with The Rock and Stone Cold. I really don't understand why Ryback and Kevin Owens seem to hate each other, so letting them talk in this setting would be great

If the WWE were competent at storytelling Bray Wyatt would have beaten John Cena at Wrestlemania after John refused to turn to the dark side and hit Bray with a chair like Wyatt wanted and Bray won as a result. Then with Bryan as your champion Wyatt is the natural No.1 Contender thanks to that victory at the Rumble. Even if you wanted Cena to win at Mania he should have won after giving in to the darkside and Bray then scores the moral victory in defeat whilst Cena takes a couple of months off to do some soul searching. Perhaps Bray wins the world title and then Cena returns to feud with him.

I think it would of been a nice concession in regards to having Cena win but he didn't win the way he wants to and so you get Bray tormenting him over how he got in his mind. We all know Mania doesn't end feuds anymore so that could of played out a few different ways. I really think if you give him the "power" card in regards of the title he would do wonders in that spot. His goal and focus would be strictly on the WWE title and if you put him in that spot I believe he can knock it out the park.

Sort of in the sense of Vegeta and Nappa conflict of that guy standing in the cut is dangerous as f*** and you better watch out even though his henchmen could break backs themselves.
