Since there's one in the WWE Forum might as well do one for TNA.
What are the most dumbfounded and stupidiest moments that made you throw your hands in the air in frustration?
For me, the beginning of the end for me caring about TNA was Bound For Glory 2011. Roode is set after winning The Bound For Glory series to beat Kurt Angle and win The Belt and on the verge of becoming a breakout star. Only for Hogan, who cannot admit that his time in the spotlight is over demands minutes before the match starts that Angle retains so that his match with Sting which stunk up the place will be the moment everyone talks about. The match ends anticlimatically not even clocking at nine minutes with Angle winning via foot on the ropes and then the next three weeks makes everything that had happened the past months pointless.
And TNA did it again the very next year with Aries and Hardy.

Honestly, Tomko teasing a face turn and then turning heel. I know he's turned out to be a bust since then, but at the time the fans were salivating for him turning on Christian and they just used it to do yet another swerve heel turn.

Yea I agree with the Roode/Angle BFG main event. It's funny, because the followup and Roode's title reign & feud with Storm might actually be my favorite thing TNA has ever done.

Austin Aries getting thrown to the side almost immediately after he won the world title.
I couldn't believe it. Aries, to me, seemed like a slam dunk mega star. The guy that could be seen as TNA's tippy top guy and be perceived as being on the same level (or better than) than top WWE stars by the fanbase in the same way that guys like AJ Styles and Samoa Joe were. Instead, he played second banana to that Aces and Eights bullshit, which just got worse and worse as it went on and was flat out sucky after BFG.
I was furious. I had become so attached to this character and got almost nothing in return. THAT was the moment my heart turned black and I really began to hate TNA.

Sending an obviously bombed-out-of-his-mind Jeff Hardy to the ring to "compete" against Sting.
Completely asinine and totally amateur of them to do so. I could argue booking and stupid contracts all day... but this one instance trumps nearly everything.

I was disgusted with them for how they treated Roxxi and Daffney near the end of her run, but what made me the most personally furious was the Dinero/Joe feud.
It was messed up enough to suggest he spent his money he'd collect for "church" to use for picking up women. Stupid, doesn't further the angle at all, but it's at least just sleazy. Then we have a scene with him trying to adopt a pitbull with the money, and he explicitly states after dancing around it that he wants it for fighting.
Dogfighting is absolutely disgusting, morally abhorrent, and unacceptable, but the fact he was given that to do because he was the black guy, pretty much, and that's what black folk do hyuck hyuck, brought my piss to a boil, as they say. The only reason they didn't catch much flack for it was because TNA had already lost any vestige of relevance.

The only reason I even watch nowadays is because the Impact threads made me start following it again, and with the sole intention of riffing on it while it crumbles.

He was on his way to becoming a star before they randomly turned him heel for this crap. Alone with this, I also agree about letting a bombed out of his mind Jeff Hardy go out on PPV against Sting. Roxxi and Daffney, hell you can say about how they treated anybody that got hurt or had serious health scare. If it wasn't not paying or helping them out. They also think it was fun to mock it on TV with concussions. Jeff Jarrett being the HHH of TV as World champion and how he had to beat Raven because he "needed" to be champion to debut on Spike and yet Raven got nothing from that. He was push down the card just as fast he was put into the ME.

Aries not getting a long title run and Pope not being the one to dethrone Styles in 2010 come to mind. Instead, Hardy got a title run as a face nearly three years after his initial arrival, and RVD got a title run for no apparent reason.

RVD won the X Division Title, Chavo & Hernandez won the tag titles, Tara won the Knockouts Title and reveals Jesse Godderz, Devon got revealed as the first member of Aces & Eights, and Jeff Hardy winning the title over Aries (even though Aries was more over than Jeff at that show).

The Jessie Godderz deal was bullshit, also with Daffney, that was one of the lowest moves ever.

Dropping the ball with Monty Brown, BIG TIME. He could have been their Rock. Similar to it because it's related to them dropping the ball with Monty Brown: Kaz being pushed to the number one contendership for the title. Yes, he was talented. Yes, his matches with Angle were good. Didn't matter. With some of the TNA homegrowns being put on the backburner for WWE signings, you could buy it. Yes, it was hard to see the top TNA homegrown stars on the backburner for a while- but if nothing else, there was always that semblance of "okay, it sucks that they're not giving it to a homegrown...but come on, you can't really blame TNA for doing it, they just got THIS GUY!" (whether it was Raven, D'Lo Brown, Jeff Hardy, the Dudley Boyz, Christian Cage, Kurt Angle as THIS GUY at that point). For most of TNA's time period, it sucked, but it was understandable at least- and honestly, there was the inherent feeling we'd have probably done the same. The moment Kaz got the big push? All of that understandable nature was gone. A TNA wrestler- and not even one of the top stars in TNA- leaves the company, goes to WWE, flames out after a few weeks on Velocity, and returns to TNA a failure- and gets a World Title push. In that moment, it became clear that it wasn't just about "...they just got THIS GUY, come on!"- but rather "To TNA, the very worst WWE guy is better than the very best TNA homegrown, and it's time to accept that- as long as there are shiny new WWE castoffs, your favorite TNA homegrown will never make it. If they want to, leave for WWE and come back."

There are so many but the one that made me angriest was just last year when Eric Young won the TNA World Heavyweight Title.
First of all, I don't particularly like Eric Young as a wrestler. I know he has a fan base and that's fine but he's not someone I feel should be World Heavyweight Champion.
Secondly, ripping off a WWE story line less than a week after it happened and placing the title on Eric Young simply because he kind of resembles Daniel Bryan is an insult to every single persons intelligence and their loyalty. In any other form of entertainment in the world blatant plagarism is punished yet the idiots who plagarised WWE to the exact are still hired by TNA.
Just a complete lack of creativity and respect for the fans and I remember being infuriated that they did something like this. People can say what they want about WCW in it's dying days but at least they never did the amateur backyard shit that TNA did last April.

When Angle beat Joe in his debut. Everything with Joe. Out the window. Not really, Joe still continued to be a draw, and while they waited too much time in my opinion to book it, Lockdown 08, when Joe defeated Angle for the belt, they sold about 60 thousand buys. What killed Joe was when they turned him into a budgeted Umaga. Then the f***ing ninjas....NINJAS! KIDNAPPING! TV!

It's like they found their new plaything and the first thing they wanted to do was make sure it proved its superiority over the old toy. Yeah, they gave him the win 2 years later and it sold well, but It could've done much better if Joe still had his aura at that point of the unbeatable Samoan badass.

When they finally gave Raven the World Title only to let him drop it to Jarrett on an untelevised show right before their new TV deal.

Breaking up Team Canada. Everyone but A-1 made out alright, but they killed off an awesome heel faction, and the next X-Cup was missing a clear-cut heel stable, and it just didn't have the oomph that the first two had.
