So now they are going to an evem more obscure channel majority doesn't know about, that is filled with nothing but infomercials and reruns of crappy reality shows. Fits them perfectly. It's actually available in about 50% more homes than DA is, but that's not that huge a step up. Plus at least DA was paying them, Pop won't be doing that.

I can't wait to see the bullshit spin they put on this turd. Seriously, it's going to be the most entertaining thing TNA has done in a month. "This is going to take TNA Wrestling to the next level. Things are looking up and the future is bright." One year later. "TNA Wrestling is moving to METV. Now stay tuned for Mayberry RFD followed by C.H.I.P.S."

It's the TV Guide channel, rebranded as a one stop shop for infomercial type programming. You can buy timeslots on it for any program that complies with broadcast law, then try to sell your own ads or products. Paragon use it at the moment for the same reason. In the UK, a different, unrelated Pop! exists - which is a children's channel, so that should be amusing for their branding. It's sort of how Smackdown worked on UPN, and Red Green on Global - pay a fee for the timeslots, then sell ads and keep all the cash. It relies on there being enough people wanting to advertise in your programming of course... Yeah advertisement issues was what f***ed tna in destination America in the first place. I wish POP tv realize who they're dealing with in Dixie Carter, a moron who has a history of lying and insulting executives.

Are you ready for TNA to only be on 1/3rd of the screen?

I do have to wonder if Dixie went to POP because she knows the network has no standards when it comes to reality shows and see this as her chance to finally her 1st dream. Second being the groupie to the Wu Tang Clan.

If the first episode is live in New York City, I think I'll have an aneurysm

It seems inevitable to me that they'll just keep trucking along as long as Dixie's interested enough to pump money into it. Even if they eventually move to a 2AM timeslot, they'll still be kicking.
btw it seems like on some providers this is still the TV Guide network and the shows air in a little window in the corner.

I go to TNA's website, and Mozilla tells me it's untrusted.

Dixie is a goddamn dumbass.
How do they afford this when they can't even pay people now? After awhile you'd think someone would say "Hey now, the dream is over." They're the Black Knight of wrestling promotions. Their continued existence is genuinely baffling.

I can't decide if TNA is more Black Knight at this point or the more the bicycle zombie from the beginning of Walking Dead.

I go to TNA's website, and Mozilla tells me it's untrusted. That's how I got the video, in Chrome I caught them when they were trying to set up the player, and they accidentally ran the whole thing an hour early before changing it back. I know I'm cruel to them, but the applet they were running would have handled it fine if they'd left alone, but no...

Wait...wait...
So, if true, they are now BUYING their own air time on not-TV Guide channel, and hoping to sell commercial/ad spots/whatever on their own...when they were on a Do Not Advertise list while on DA.
Are we sure Dixie isn't holding something over Panda like the Sword of Damocles?

They're the Black Knight of wrestling promotions. Their continued existence is genuinely baffling. So long as the Daddy's Spoiled Princess believes that she's the next reality star and he continues to enable her, she's going to keep on trying. TNA is only around so long as Bob Carter is.

Are we sure Dixie isn't holding something over Panda like the Sword of Damocles? They just don't want her to work for Panda, and tank that. Gotta love that there's this countdown clock on their website, yet browsers are saying the website isn't to be trusted. Great stuff there TNA.
