Man that was good. I really liked that format as it didn't feel like they were trying to cram so much into a certain timeframe like on the ones post-RAW. This seemed a little more direct and on the good stuff with less of the fluff.

Probably wise. Ric Flair + Drink + Live Mic = Chaos + crying

Really didn't care. More f***ing Montreal, more f***ing Curtain Call, Austin must have 2 hours worth of Curtain Call talk on his podcasts, he asks the Kliq about it every time they are on and they've all done his podcast at least twice.
It was fine, but nothing new here if you follow his podcast

But the bigger question is would you recommend it to a friend?

But the bigger question is would you recommend it to a friend? Certainly. I would give it a 12/10 if served over rice.

I liked it, although I have to agree the rehashed curtain call and Montreal Screw Job parts are overdone. Thought he was going to dig deeper into the WM14 match, but it went nowhere. Really like listen him talk about the Flair match, especially his friend calling him that watched Georgia Championship Wrestling with him when they were in high school.

No one watching the Flair podcast right now? This is excellent stuff. It's endearing but kind of sad to see how much Ric Flair loves and misses the good ol' days.

I find it adorable how easy it is for Ric Flair to let himself be so deflated. He's easily one of the best wrestlers in the world and a guy whose primary expertise is in the pizza business comes around with some really stupid ideas and his confidence shatters.

"80'S HEELS DON'T WORK ANYMORE!!! I want you to go to the cafeteria and watch this, because I don't understand why you get slammed off the top every night! Malenko, you go with him!"
- Flair, on how Vince told him his spot off the top was passe.
Vince trusts Malenko to make sense out of stuff. As well he should, but interesting he respects him. As a booker he knew f*** all how to book the man.
Also, Vince loaned Flair 850k so he could pay one of his divorces. Flair gave him his last WrestleMania check back as payment.

Did Flair ever work with Warrior? He's one of the few big big stars I cant recall having a match with Flair.

Before Warrior was fired in '92 he was supposed to tag with Savage VS Flair & Hall. I'm thinking in the build-up to that?

I have the vaguest of memories but didn't Ric Flair and Mr. Perfect have a tag feud with Macho Man and Warrior where Perfect/Flair tried to coerce them into fighting against each other?

Yes I do remember that, though I wasn't watching the time as it was a bit before my time (I was 6). But as far as having a one on one match, I feel like it's something I would've at least heard about, even if it was on a house show. And now I've used the magic of Google search (which I sort of hate because it feels like cheating), there's footage of a house show match between the two and apparently they had a total of 9 matches in September and October of 1992.
